Great beer selection and a nice wine menu too. This is proper, honest hospitality done without jazz hands but done really, really well. And it is much cheaper than other bars in town. Highly recommended 👌🏻

It’s third time visiting this place whenever i come to Bakewell. Friendly staff who could advise on their selection of craft beers, spirits or wines. Log burning stove kept the room cosy. Anyhow at least we had good time here.

Lovely little place serving a small range of beers. Had Lilley's mango cider but it was warm. They put a few ice cubes in but it could do with being refrigerated.

Nice little place. Doesn't do hot drinks but you can buy one next door and bring it back (if you are with others buying drinks)

Great micro pub good range of real ales

First visit as we'd travelled over from Ashton-under-Lyne to Bakewell for a stroll around; this sort of tap style bar is the future. Highly recommended.

We’ve stayed near Bakewell twice, been here both occasions several times. Great selection beer, keg & cask and more. A great welcome, it’s nice to get a mixture of conversation and people coming and going. Warm and cosy with the fire, great for dogs too!

What an amazing pub. It’s a real authentic bar and I love the atmosphere . The owner Tim was so friendly and it is such a cool vibe . My Blue Moon was perfect with sliced oranges . This is a MUST pub in Bakewell .

Great little pub. Friendly welcoming and a locals favourite. Dog friendly and a roaring stove ( welcome on a cold frosty evening) good range of beers/ales etc.

Found the micropub open as it doesnt say when it opens!!£4.80 for a pint not cheap but it was a good pint.Temper brewery Sinter or summat.like an imperial stout very tasty but not too high abv.so a driving beer!!

Small pub, with a good choice of real ales and beers. Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy.

The atmosphere here is great! Full of locals and visitors alike. Happily go back and can imagine it's a great place to go in winter with the great log burner going.

A nice quiet pub, we were just visiting Bakewell and were looking for a nice quiet pint and found it at the Joiners, a cracking couple of pints as well.

Called in for quiz night. As a lone female I was welcomed into a team and welcomed by the customers. Bar staff are really helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Had blue moon on tap. Various other beers to suit everyone's tastes. I enjoyed my visit.

Just come back from Bakewell after a 3 day break. Joiners made the break all the way better, friendly owner and staff. They have 6 cask ales all kept well, something for everyone. Price wise on a par with other pubs, so go and visit, you know it makes sense.

Lovely staff, freindly and welcoming place

Lovely sun trap outside but service was poor. My beer was good but soft drinks for the drivers in the group not so much. Flat soda etc. Such a shame hopefully others will have a better experience.

Great little find. Very hospitable. Barman was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the range of ales available. Did not serve food so cannot rate but had a decent choice of crisps, nuts etc.

Best ale bar we have visited in ages!! It was our 'local' for our mini break! Staff were really friendly, there was a fab selection of craft ales and a really friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this bar! We will be back when we are next in the area.

Nice craft ale selection, both cask and keg. A bit on the dear side, and most of the seating isn’t particularly comfortable. I really enjoyed the music selection (plenty of alt-rock) and overall the place has a nice atmosphere.

Stayed around the corner from here and popped in for a quick beer. Dog friendly! Amazing place, lovely vibe and a super selection of cask and keg tipples, and a wonderful range of spirits! We’ll definitely pop back whenever we are around!

Came in here forward quick tipple with a friend while our wives were shopping. The gentleman behind the bar was very welcoming and for quite a basic bar it was warm and comfortable. The place started to fill up slowly and on a Saturday afternoon this was great. We will be back. The roaring fire was a bonus.

Brilliant pub, went last week very friendly and the drink prices we amazing to the point I asked the landlord if he had charged me enough ...double honey jack daniels and lemonade and a double vodka and orange... £8.00 amazing.

Loved it! A fantastic beer selection which the owners make sure it's from the local area and surrounding hills. The conditioning of the beer was exceptional, served against the backdrop of an excellent music selection. Best of luck to the new management in their venture, I'm sure they'll be awesome. And a big shout out to the wood burner, super toasty!

Been here once, first place I wanted to go when we came back to Bakewell. A great position, just on the edge of the bustle, although they do get deservedly busy. Plenty of great beer, a friendly welcome and like-minded beer and chat lovers to pass the time with. Also a good place to people watch if you sit outside.

Not the best atmosphere when we visited. Quite a young crowd that were mostly vaping indoors. Beer choice good.
