We stopped in for some juice and a coffee. We normally like J&J and they are normally pretty standard. The place was fine, location good, juice good...as you'd expect from a Joes. All and all everything was fine. I saw many reviews about rude staff, but the staff were fine. I would not say overly friendly, but not rude at all. Would say its as good as any other near by Joes.

To say this was the most horrific experience would be an understatement. Staff are unbelievably rude!

Absolute disgrace and very rude staff. Waited 3mins for a sandwich, no apology, they barely even looked up. Very disappointing

Great portland street branch. I ordered a Stress down juice and avocado sadnwich at 13.35. i was told it will take 20 mins. After 40 mins waiting i realised everyone has been served but me. I asked to check and they messed up. Juicer made my juice and the girl making the sandwich asked me to wait. I saw her making the sandiwich and she put meat on it. i intervened and told her i asked for an avocado. She was aghast and threw the meat off the sandiwch to make the avocado. i asked her to make a fresh one, since i am vegetarian and cannot have the same bread with meat taken off it. She said i will have to just wait another 10 mins - even though there is no other customer. she tells her collegue shes too stressed out and need an hour break. then makes my sandwich without mozarella. i had to again go back and she put the mozarella in my sanwich and handed back the same one. the girl making sandwiches was having a bad day, and she totally ruined mine. the attitude was the worst part. she was like doing me a favour and yelling at me . horrified Her collegue apologised to me and she just stormed off. Almost ensures i cannot go back to joe & the juice.

I visited J&J for my post-Running juice. I loved Ginger and Cumin Juice here. The staff members are also very strict about the COVID-19 Restrictions, which is a good thing.

Very poor customer service. Staff very rude making jokes at the expense of the customer. Not a good impression...

Good coffee and juices for sure. Staff as often at Joe and the Juice is the most annoying. Won’t come back in this one for sure.

Filthy toilet area, although the basin itself was cleanish. Cafe itself needed thorough And deep cleaning and a refurb and removal of all the boxes piled up into the customer area. As for the staff member cutting up cardboard boxes on the main customer table.... The sandwich and coffees were surprisingly good, however. This was at 1:30 in the afternoon and very quiet, cinkaree to every other place around.

Have been in twice recently and served by two different people (male and female). Not prone to writing in to tripadvisor but compelled to say that the service in both instances was awful. Sullen, disinterested and clearly not wanting to be there.... I am extremely surprised, given the other negative comments, this is allowed to continue. I suspect you will post another 'I sorry that....' message but do nothing about it. Good brand but dreadful delivery.

Terrible staff, chatting and ignoring the customers. When they came round to make the drink they were slow and grumpy.

Guy who served me was sullen and made no attempt to help me with anything. The only things he said to me were ‘Name?’ I didn’t hear him immediately and he gave an almost audible sigh when asked to repeat what he said, The follow up was ‘£12.’ All while looking elsewhere. The staff bang and crash behind the counter and there seems to be a ‘Don’t want to be here. Not interested.’ attitude. I mean, I assume that they are being paid and are not doing community service? The food and the smoothie was good though.

This place is a total dive. The staff don't seem to care, spending their time listening to loud music and on their iphones. Meanwhile the toilets have not been cleaned for days. Message to whoever owns this place - you need to train your staff or employ staff that care, people who value having a job not the staff you have. The hygiene rates 0/100. See photos.

horrible service, the guy who served me was sitting on the cash desk while taking my order and then forgot to call my name when it was finished, usually love joe and the juice but never going back to that branch

Myself and my daughter stopped by at the 96 Gt Portland St shop, asked for an Americano with skimmed milk and an ice latte with skimmed milk. We waited for 10 minutes until our order was being prepared. As the person behind the counter started making the order I reminded her that we asked for skimmed milk. She responded saying I'll ask you when I get to your order. She then gave us the Americano with semi-skimmed and full fat milk with the iced latte. After I reminded her again that we asked for skimmed milk she asked one of her colleagues to get the milk from storage. He came back with semi-skimmed. I pointed out that I ordered skimmed again and she said that's all they had. I asked her why she accepted my order when they didn't have skimmed milk. She said that's all they had again. When I asked for a refund I was told no refunds, the machine wasn't working and there's nothing more they can do. We were offered any other drink. The service was abysmal and their attitude was not customer friendly, just shrugs and careless. Thanks for a bad experience and needless to say won't be going back.

Guys behind the counter having chats and neglecting clients time. Total lack of respect, far west behaviour.... In few words totally unacceptable!!!

If you want a coffee served with a side of attitude this is the place, an unwellcomming feel that the staff don’t want you there. Rolling of there eyes, cutting you off mid sentence and shouting at you. The coffee tastes pretty good though

I really wanted to like this as a Joe and the Juice Sweden fan but it hasn't travelled well. I often work in the area and came with a colleague just after it had opened early in the morning. The carpets and tables were covered...

We came a group of 5. Everyone loved our juices and service. I have never been disappointed at any of the Joe and Juices. Love their decorations and ambiance. This place is rather small but perfectly cozy.

Terrible sandwich which was burned and overpriced for what was offered. The juice wasn’t great either.

Most terrible experience in my life. I entered the shop and there were 2 ladies behind the counter. I ordered my juices and I asked the one who served me if she will bring the order to my table or I have to collect it....

This new Joe & The Juice has only recently opened, but overall, it's a good start and very well run. The interior design is terrific, very modern and sexy for a juice cafe. The staff are of course friendly and down to earth, and I...
