El lugar es impactantemente desordenado, mesa no despejada o limpia, el suelo es un desastre, la decoración está sucia y rayada, el personal es grosero y no muy servicial, los asientos son viejos y desgastados. Una señora que se sentó en una mesa adyacente tuvo que limpiarlo ella misma. ¡No volveré, qué desastre!

Hay bastantes tiendas Joe & The Juice alrededor de la ciudad, incluyendo este lugar en High Holborn. El horario de apertura es de 7 am a 9 pm (entre semana) y de 8 am a 8 pm (fines de semana). Pasé por aquí y recogí un sándwich de Avo y jugo de Energiser que se prepararon bien, ambos sabían como se esperaba - bastante bien. Los precios bien, el servicio tan amable y oportuno, no tendría problema en pasar por este J&J de nuevo.

Waited 10 min on the side the be asked if I can place an order every I was first in line . They were very busy with the deliveries and no one checked on us. I asked for jalapeños but specifically asked just for 1-2 slices of jalapeño and my sandwich was full of them. My juice was good though.

i came with my friend to buy coffee and it waa 19:00 one hour before the closing and they didn’t let us seat!! but the mother and the girl infront of us, they are lazy and they don’t do they job properly the workers were jist sitting down with the phone and didn’t want to do my order

Company uses practice of putting receipts in their customer’s straw! Didn’t call my order or name when it was READY. Made me wait 10 minutes to tell me the order on the counter was mine. Ridiculous

Cafe Nero next door was closed so we gave this place a go for a white americano which wasn't bad at all. We sat outside which was pleasant.

Well surprise surprise another dirty premise with food across the floor. Poor service. Unfriendly. This is standard across all branches. It is places like this that don't help with the COVID-19 pandemic and why we probably end up in lockdown each time! I had the blue magic shake which was green and not blue. The shake was very nice and filling. Freshly made. Not cheap. The shake was literally left there for me to take and only after a few minutes I was told it was my drink! How was I supposed to know this when there were other orders as well? The cup was filthy with ingredients splattered all over it. They could have cleaned it. Their products are generally good. Pricey but these sort of places always are. They do however, deserve an award in bad customer service and poor cleanliness. Management don't care as you can see by the reviews! If they did, they would do something.

We ordered three different pastries. One of those was a pastry filled with salted caramel. The filling had an overwhelming chemical taste. My daughters thought like hand sanitiser or washing up liquid and I felt was almost like paracetamol. It was inedibly. When I returned it, I expected the manager to investigate it by actually tasting - certainly tasting the rest of the pastries from the same batch. He did nothing of the sort; just dramatically binned it and offered me another pastry. I would have thought when someone mentions potential contamination, something should have been done -- even if he thought I was being ridiculous. As I think of it, I am amazed that all the pastries are out on display, uncovered in a cafe in the middle of one of the busiest transport hubs in London. One sneeze, one dirty hand. It would be so easy to cause a sickness. The other pastries were fine, just not noteworthy. The tea was poor. Obviously, I didn't take up the manager's offer of another pastry, but he was kind enough to refund the money for it.

125-127 Westbourne Park Road, London W2 5QL EnglandPlease avoid this it is the worst evening I have had out for a long time. The food was way way way below standard. We paid £35 each for a tiny bottle of what was supposed to be Gin but tasted like dishwater...... We waited over 20 mins for a drink and had to ask 3 times to be served!!! It was not the characters fault they tried there best but way substandard offer to customers. the food was terrible a couple of sandwiches with indistinguishable contents and the cakes were even worse. I am sure they cannot continue to advertise this and get away with charging so much.......

Me gustó que fuera capaz de personalizar mi pedido con facilidad y sin faff - tenía la Pila de queso crema vegano, pero con queso crema regular, y tomate en lugar de aguacate. El bagel estaba tostado y todo estaba fresco y sabroso! Lo visitaría de nuevo.

101 Victoria Street 2nd Floor, House of FraserI have tried to book a table here for two weeks now. I have emailed three times and called ten times. Not once have I received anything back. Awful customer service. I had a few questions before I booked, and I was a party of 10. They have lost out on generous tips and money. Will be looking to spend our money elsewhere. If you can't even answer the phone or email god knows how slow, you are as a business when you're in the restaurant. I dread to think.
