Joe & The Juice in City of London, Westminster

Pedí un sandwich de atún con aguacate y jalapeños. Me di cuenta que el sabor era amargo pero pensé que podría deberse al jugo de jalapeño. Después de unos bocados pude ver que dentro del bocadillo el aguacate era de color marrón oscuro y de ahí venía el sabor! Ya que no puedes ver claramente los ingredientes, confías en la decencia de la persona que prepara tu sándwich, ¡no esperes un asqueroso aguacate marrón empapado y maloliente en tu sándwich de £ 9! Si me enfermo de esto voy a emitir una queja oficial a la agencia de normas alimentarias bajo la ley de seguridad alimentaria!

El lugar es impactantemente desordenado, mesa no despejada o limpia, el suelo es un desastre, la decoración está sucia y rayada, el personal es grosero y no muy servicial, los asientos son viejos y desgastados. Una señora que se sentó en una mesa adyacente tuvo que limpiarlo ella misma. ¡No volveré, qué desastre!

Hay bastantes tiendas Joe & The Juice alrededor de la ciudad, incluyendo este lugar en High Holborn. El horario de apertura es de 7 am a 9 pm (entre semana) y de 8 am a 8 pm (fines de semana). Pasé por aquí y recogí un sándwich de Avo y jugo de Energiser que se prepararon bien, ambos sabían como se esperaba - bastante bien. Los precios bien, el servicio tan amable y oportuno, no tendría problema en pasar por este J&J de nuevo.

Waited 10 min on the side the be asked if I can place an order every I was first in line . They were very busy with the deliveries and no one checked on us. I asked for jalapeños but specifically asked just for 1-2 slices of jalapeño and my sandwich was full of them. My juice was good though.

i came with my friend to buy coffee and it waa 19:00 one hour before the closing and they didn’t let us seat!! but the mother and the girl infront of us, they are lazy and they don’t do they job properly the workers were jist sitting down with the phone and didn’t want to do my order

Company uses practice of putting receipts in their customer’s straw! Didn’t call my order or name when it was READY. Made me wait 10 minutes to tell me the order on the counter was mine. Ridiculous

Cafe Nero next door was closed so we gave this place a go for a white americano which wasn't bad at all. We sat outside which was pleasant.

Well surprise surprise another dirty premise with food across the floor. Poor service. Unfriendly. This is standard across all branches. It is places like this that don't help with the COVID-19 pandemic and why we probably end up in lockdown each time! I had the blue magic shake which was green and not blue. The shake was very nice and filling. Freshly made. Not cheap. The shake was literally left there for me to take and only after a few minutes I was told it was my drink! How was I supposed to know this when there were other orders as well? The cup was filthy with ingredients splattered all over it. They could have cleaned it. Their products are generally good. Pricey but these sort of places always are. They do however, deserve an award in bad customer service and poor cleanliness. Management don't care as you can see by the reviews! If they did, they would do something.
