I never write reviews as sometimes places can have off nights but I genuinly feel this is one of the worst places I've been too. Had chicken strippers for starter. Mountain of tastless batter and dry chicken . Chipotle dip was nice. Had burger for main and chips were tastless other than cheap oil taste . Felt like really cheap food . Burger seemed processed in my opinion was a very wierd taste to the meat. Fanta lemon was nice. Overall the place cleanliness was lacking . Dirty glass with stuff stuck to the inside . Wrong starters for family given. Family salad leaves were discoloured . Hotdog cold. Alot of the food was left including starters.

Rocked up in the pouring rain with our spaniel pup based on a recommendation from a local. Made to feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Cool and relaxed vibe, decor and music. Friendly and attentive service. Ordered selection of dishes, all excellent, best chicken strippers ever, great nachos. Highly recommended will definitely visit Kirkcaldy again just to come back here.

Now based at the west end of the High Street, we had lunch here and were pretty impressed. Quirkily decorated inside we were served quickly from a varied menu. Should have asked for our coffee to be served with the meal as we were almost finished before our food arrived. Having said that, the food was really good. My wife had “Smashed avo” sandwich and I had “Chicken club sanny”. Large portions and very tasty. Glad we dropped in and intend to return.

1st visit to new premises with friends. Very quirky & fun decor. Menu exciting. Service almost non existent, but they did seem to be extremely short staffed on the night we were in. One whole hour after arriving at restaurant our food made it to the table. The presentation of the food was great & we all agreed our meals were tasty, although my chicken could hardly be found under all the crunchy batter, it was still tasty. All in all it's something different in the area which will be it's selling point for a while.

Heard so many positive things and highly advertised however after going today for a family meal, I was a little disappointed. The food was good, over priced I would say but good none the less. The service was seriously lacking, I put it down to it being a Sunday but it wasn’t overly busy. Just didn’t really seem overly interested in us even though I would say it was a big table compared to others who were maybe only 2/3 of them. Took over 45 minutes for our starters, some were soggy because they had been left under the lamp I’m assuming while waiting on the others to be ready. We had to chase for drink orders, were never asked if we wanted another - had to go up to the bar ourselves - only when someone was there as I think they must’ve been through the back most of the time. Some of the meals weren’t as described ( eg came with chips rather than rice as states on menu ) and this was never acknowledged by the staff. Having to move our own empty cups etc and encourage for them to be moved when they were taking up most of the table. Weren’t asked if we wanted desert or anything as they had taken the menu away at our starters/main order. Overall really disappointed with the service, has potential but won’t be rushing back in a hurry.

Where do I start? This used to be Jokers and had a bit of a reputation, since the new owners took over it seems to be a much nicer place to go. We initially just went in for dinner, and ended staying all night as they had a quiz night on (£2 per person) I had the steak pie and chips, and my wife had the fish and chips, the portion sizes were fantastic, the food was amazing, they gave us half price off one of the meals, which meant with a cider and a Guinness came to £24. The staff were really friendly and even though it’s a mile from home we’re looking forward to the next time.
