Incredibly disabled unfriendly. My husband has an invisible disability and was using the disabled toilet. Within about 5 minutes of him using it he had been approached several times by members of staff asking him to move as there was another customer waiting, even though there was another toilet free (which apparently the other customer couldn't use as it was a mens toilet despite just being a single toilet in a room where there would be no one else with them). My husband said he was using the toilet and asked them to use the other one and they still made a huge fuss. Staff badly need training on inclusivity and the toilets should both be unisex instead of one disabled/ female cubicle and one male cubicle - men are disabled too! We will not be coming back here again.

Been meaning to try this place for ages and so glad we have! Brunch was fab, shakshuka baked eggs especially delicious. The coffee was excellent too, nice little tables and had baby changing facilities. Can’t believe we haven’t been sooner but will definitely be back. Food is super fresh and full of flavour.

The Cashier is not friendly,very slow services!!!!!

The food here is immense! Way better than what you would expect from a cafe. Great coffee too, the best I have had in town. I can't recommend this place enough💯

Had a very delicious broccoli and carrot salad. The tender stem broccoli were nice and crisp, the carrot cooked to perfection and the mustard dressing went very well with it. Mid-meal I realised I’m going to be late for my train but the staff were so helpful and swiftly packed the rest of my salad in a takeaway box.

This place is a hidden gem! I went last weekend for an early breakfast after an early morning hot air balloon flight and I was blown away by the service and quality of the food!! I had the MISO CARAMEL BANANA WAFFLES which were amazing!! My wife had the FOREGATE FRYUP. The quality and presentation of the food is exceptional and the speed of service is faultless. We were so impressed with JNCTN we decided to take our son back to experience the food. He too was very impressed and will be returning soon! Great work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful food served by friendly staff. The best vegan fry up ever, accompanied by great coffee. My son had the kids scrambled egg, sausage and beans and thought it was fantastic too!

I didn’t enjoy it at all, the iced drinks are not good at all especially for the price you can tell there’s no love put in their making. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor come back.

Positive - Really nice place, great coffee always served perfectly. Good menu with lots of choice, the freshly made salads are delicious. The staff are also very friendly and professional. Negative - The music is far too loud! It's a coffee shop not a bar. People generally go to coffee shops to either meet with people and talk or do work. In both cases loud music isn't appropriate. You don't need loud music to create an atmosphere, the place has plenty of atmosphere without it. Hope this constructive feedback will be taken as intended.

I have been here a few times now, mainly for drinks & food from the fridge, today I tried the pesto eggs and was blown away! The staff are all welcoming everytime I have been in here! As someone who also works in hospitality I always recommend JNCTN to people as a must try!!

Very nice staff lovely atmosphere small local business very good selection on the menu. The crossiant and paatries are really nice the cakes are really good also coffe tastes very good. Very friendly staff and fast service. The cheese and tomatoe turnover was great.

Such a beautiful coffee shop in the centre of town. Great atmosphere and service was awesome. Had my first experience this afternoon. Definitely want to explore more of their vegan and vegetarian range.

Very disabled unfriendly, when asked if it was possible to turn music down because of my deaf disabled husband finds loud music uncomfortable, they said no, so we turned around and left

Walked past today on a visit to worcester, had two drinks and some cake, some of the best I've ever had, nice environment as well and friendly staff. If we come by worcester again we will definitely be back.

This place is definitely a hidden gem in Worcester - all food is fresh & great quality plus a wide range of interesting menu options.

Popped in for quick lunch before afternoon performance at The Swan Theatre. Lovely coffee and sourdough toast with poached eggs. Noticed on the way out that you could purchase standard or small salad bowls, which I will consider next time. On a personal note, I do not appreciate the trend of allowing dogs into food establishments and was upset when a customer with a dog entered and sat next to me.

Went for lunch with my 7 year old grandson and had a fabulous hour and half in lovely settings and with lovely staff who couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful food and very reasonably priced.

Spectacular scotch egg and scrumptious Bacon Bap, heated in moments by delightful staff, who recommended the superb scotch egg! With 9 minutes to go before train departure, I was well looked after. Food was filling and really high quality.

Stopped here for a break from shopping - and for tea and cake. Plenty of seating available when we arrived at about 3:30pm. I can recommend the raspberry Bakewell slice. Delicious!! Nicely moist and full of flavour. Nice clean toilets. Very close to Foregate St railway station and very convenient if you need somewhere to wait for a train.

First visit with my dad for brunch, lovely experience from start to finish, team was really friendly and service was super quick! The ‘Forgate Fry’ and coffees were amazing, definitely worth the money, best breakfast I’ve had!

This is my favourite cafe when visiting Worcester. Staff are friendly, lovely vibe and the food is amazing. So many vegan options which is great to see, and there is clearly thought gone into the dishes. Lovely!

So I did a review here 5 months ago about how the food was amazing, but it’s really changed. The vegan fry up used to be so nice but I have been 3 times since and it isn’t great anymore. The hash brown is always really hard and spicy? Everything else is pretty good but the beans are spicy too.. What’s with that? I also ordered a hot chocolate and it was meh. Unfortunately I won’t be returning, but a beautiful place

Visited twice during my day trip to Worcester. The venue is lovely, very comfortable and lovely atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and seem very happy.

Went for breakfast and we had a Foregate fryup and sour dough toast. Fast, friendly service excellent quality and well presented. There were 10 different items in the fry up - would recommend.

Great place to grab a coffee and, or food. Plenty of unique food options plus cakes. Staff are very good and the background music is just right.

I try to pop in whenever I’m up from the smoke. My only criticism based on my most recent visit….. pastrami waffles are off the menu! The gochujang chicken waffles are good but the pastrami waffles were fabulous. Please bring them back….

Lovely little place, right next to the train station. Amazing food, cakes, and one of the best coffees in town. There is a lovely atmosphere, complete with amazing staff. Would highly recommend, especially for brunch, with a twist.

Tasty food, but expensive and very small portions. Should consider table service, especially when you’re there with babies and toddlers. Best lemonade I’ve had though!!

Visited Worcester for the new year. Came upon this cafe as opposite our hotel. Had pastrami sandwich one day and soup the following day. Both delicious. Would loved to have tried one of the delicious looking cakes but had dinner booked both evenings and it was quite late in the afternoon. Next time.....

Great croissants, vibes and coffees! The staff were lovely and even passed a pen over when they saw we needed one! Will definitely be coming back (loved the brown haired staff haha)

Great location just outside the station. Great selection of cakes with great coffee. Comfy seating with arm chairs. Products aren't over priced with friendly staff.

Wonderful environment to read, to chat with friends, to work, to study, to start the day with energy. Great windows allowing natural sun light, refined decoration, modern, fresh, new, nice drawings and paintings hanging on the wall, books lots of books. Wide variety of cold /warm food, pastries, difficult to choose one, good coffee, delicious hot chocolate and, of course, fantastic service: fast, with a smile, and attention to details.

It was quite busy so it was quite hard to have a conversation and music didn’t help. There was a guy sat at another table who was rudely asked to leave the table for a booking. Why don’t you reserve your tables for bookings. The group where very loud and kept annoying us. A group of people gave us a filthy look when we walked in. More healthy options and definitely more vegan options please. The only saving grace was the food which was great. The coffees where a bit watery

Looooved the food 😍 As soon as you walk in there's a great atmosphere that let's you relax. It's a good, light space for a catch up over food/ Drinks/ Cakes and sweet treats. There were people catching up on emails and work towards the front and main foodies further in towards the middle and back nearer the kitchen. EDIT- I've been back- This time with more people 🥳 Everything was just as good as last time and they bring it out fairly quickly. There were 8 of us and we all had a range of different drinks (coffee, latté with different syrups, hot chocolate and smoothies) and different dishes from the menu (mainly all breakfast/brunch based).

My only minor complaint is the music is too loud when you're having brunch at 10.30am trying to talk to a friend. More suited to evenings and drinking.

Wasnt sure what to order and was recommended the pastrami sandwich as I wanted something warm. It was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the decor of the restaurant was good. Coffee is excellent. Gets my vote and I will be returning.

Very nice environment, comfortable seating and interesting food. Some vegetarian and a couple of vegan options. (could do with more, especially some that don't rely on fake meat, cheese or eggs). Friendly service. Hot food and sandwiches, salads and cakes from counter display. Definitely worth trying.

Finally got around to trying JNCTN. Had the Foregate Fry breakfast, and it is possibly one of the best breakfasts I've had. Everything about it was nice. Nice place to be, friendly staff working.. So will be back soon for sure.

Train was cancelled so got off at Worcester Foregate Street. Popped here for a quick lunch. Amazing selection! A tasty egg mayo ciabatta and two fresh salads. The salads are so tasty and different - pesto potato salad and harissa chickpea salad to die for!! Love to see wholegrain mustard in the egg mayo. Really friendly people. Lots of veggie and vegan options and spacious with outdoor seating too when the sun is shining like today - thanks guys!’

I went in this morning for a quick breakfast on my travels to work and the atmosphere was so lovely! Very spacious and the food was amazing! I had fried eggs on toast (knowing that eggs can be tricky, they were perfect). Staff were so welcoming and friendly! Definitely will be going back again!!

Was a little early for my train so thought I'd give this place a try. Looked great inside and the lady who served me was very smiley. I ordrered a Macchiato and an Almond Croissant. The server then explained a Macchiato to me in a questioning manner. I said I knew what is was (that's why I ordered it 🤔). She told ne to sit and they'd bring my order over The coffee was bitter and the croissant was not only cold but stale - pastry hard and filling almost slimy. So I left it. Another member of staff came and said 'I'll take that' and whisked my plate and largely uneaten croissant away without another word or a question if everything was ok. Very poor customer service - I won't be back

Lovely vegan options, breakfast good. Excellent smoothies and cakes. Good coffee Happy staff. Nice venue, seats not to close to next table. Reasonable prices. Not supercheap but not hideously expensive either.

Popped in for a late lunch, we were greeted and offered the menu, as we wanted hot food, we choose our own table. I went up the the counter to order and pay. I decided on Shakshuka Baked Egg and a Flat White, my partner had the Fried Chicken Waffle and Passion Fruit Lemon Aid. The food was tasty and hot. we could see the Chef at the pass, plating the dishes up. The only disappointing part was the flat white wasn't hot, but the coffee was good. We'd definitely go again. 😋

Had the chance to pop in today for some brunch . Service was quick and probably the best fried chicken on waffles I’ve had in a long time. Not caked in batter but light and crunchy . Worth the visit for London vibes in Worcester

Refreshing addition to Worcester High Street. Got a bit of a Scandi look and feel. Food looks good, salads can do with a bit more Ottolenghi visual inspiration! Bigger, better and move to top shelf! Random plastic plants drags down the interior. Not needed at all! Good luck guys. It's not yet a 5 star from me, but a good 4.
