Jino's Thai Cafe in Leeds

Called in at six on Friday night before we went to the match. Good job we booked as it was heaving. It’s no surprise though as the food was fabulous. Mixed sharing platter starter followed by thick noodles with chicken and a tofu stir fry. It was delicious, especially the vegetables. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and I’ll certainly visit again.

Food is pretty good and the staff are lovely. Someone really needs to have a word with the really grumpy manager, though.

We are regular takeout customers of Jino's - we like all the meals we have had with them. They are cooked to the highest standard and portion sizes are generous. The delivery service is also good

As a frequent visitor to Leeds Jinos is a must place to eat whenever we are there overnight. Brilliant food and a great atmosphere. All the dishes are authentic and beautifully prepared and presented. Will be returning again when next in the city.

I came here for my boyfriend's birthday with some of his friends, just hours before I well and truly disgraced myself on our night out. The food came very quickly. I had a curry which was lovely. The portion was generous, but sadly I couldn't finish half of it due to my diminished appetite.

Hands down the best Thai food in Leeds. Tasty food thats amazing value for money. Tom kha soup is to die for, and paenang curry is top notch. We always ask for soup extra spicy, and they are always happy to comply. Noodles are also super tasty, and if you like seafood, the prawns are really fresh and meaty! Whether you take away or sit in, it's brilliant either way. The bonus of bringing your own booze when you eat in just tops it off. They offer plenty of choice themselves, though, if you don't bring your own. Places like Zaap in Headingley don't even come close to the quality! Definitely a hidden gem!

We ordered a takeaway order through Uber eats. The food that arrived was tasty although it was smaller portions than other Thais we have ordered. Our order arrived with one main meal short. We order 6 curries and only 5 arrived. We rang Jino’s to explain but the man on the phone was rude, unhelpful and unapologetic! He said it can’t be their fault as they double check orders. The receipt we received had the food ticked off apart from the meal we were missing. We explained this but the man didn’t apologise, offer a replacement or any remuneration. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Wasn’t impressed. Wanted a big soup got Seafood soup delivery. Small portion full of mushrooms. Watery soup, a bit bland. £10. Avoid.

Jino’s Thai was very accommodating by allowing us to put back the time of our booking, when we were delayed on the motorway. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was good, and deliciously spiced. I was also pleased to see that they served local beers. Unfortunately, we were quite close to the back door, so experienced a cold blast whenever this door was opened. Also, the atmosphere in the restaurant was rather spoilt by a table of noisy young women.

today me and my niece went to Jino's for lunch . we had their special Lunch . It was perfect as always . with the sun shining it was just like i was back in Thailand . One plus for this place is They Take CASH ! well done . Perfect meal . Perfect service . and paying cash was the icing on the cake ..

I was always in favour of Jino until they were in the previous location. I visited after a while in their new spot, and really sad to see the change in food quality and also the plates to a plastic version. The meal I had was not high quality and it was like pre cooked and low quality adding lots of sauces instead of veggies. I am honest that I saw a sharp contrast in quality from their past. The waitress: she was nice and kind and helpful and also asked me about the change I experienced, and I said the truth to her too, just to transfer to their boss:(

A great buzz in this Thai cafe but still suitable for all customers, be it solo, families, couples of just a few mates. A great menu with all the traditional Thai style dishes but also a few different options. I had Thai prawns start, very juicy with a delightful Thai dipping sauce. My main was one of the Thai style stir fries, a generous portion, plenty of veg and a wonderful sauce. A great experience, all in all.

This gem of a place is friendly and recently moved to new premises which are light and airy. The tables are well spaced and a good selection of Thai food together with a lunchtime deal is available. The choice of a starter, main and a drink for just over a tenner is a good price. The food is typical Thai but the selection is quite varied accommodating vegetarians too. The service is not bad but the food is really tasty.Staff are so charming. Toilets are nice and clean and spacey. We tried the chicken satay, thai green, pad Thai and sweet and sour chicken with rice dishes. Great lunchtime break.

We called for a midweek meal and the place was full. My friends had never been but thoroughly enjoyed their masaman curry and pad Thai after we’d shared a jinos platter to start. With Jinos still offering byob it is a really good value , but high quality, meal out.

Visited last night Saturday Really busy and I know why. Food… fresh authentic and absolutely delicious. Our regular place to eat. A big shout out to all the staff. Mark was really busy front of house.

Never order delivery from Jinos as every time I’ve ordered there’s an item missing. With real ‘the computer says no’ frustration, the maitre D never apologised but just told me they couldn’t redeliver or offer a refund as I had ordered through Uber food (you can’t order directly from Jinos). No apology and actually put the phone down on me when I said i wouldn’t order from them again. So terrible customer service and a Friday night meal treat completely spoilt. £50 wasted 😖

I was in the area for work and was recommended this place. Probably the best Thai food I’ve ever had!! I had the shitake mushrooms to start and massaman curry, both were fresh and extremely tasty. Gutted I don’t come up here more often…

Another visit this time on a Saturday night.Not alone this time about a dozen of us.17-30 we arrived and it was doing a good trade.Well despite a large number service was superb along with wonderful food.A great set menu the food is delicious and plenty of it.A great visit with friends,I will be a regular here when I need a meal in Headingley.Go great yourself.

First visit to Jino’s today at lunchtime. Lovely restaurant with friendly service. Food was fantastic. Well worth a try!

been here for the 2nd time in 3 weeks . The staff are really really nice and helpful .Food is always served hot (my pet hate is cold food when its meant to be hot) .I asked for more chilli's - more chilli's were presented. Bring your own drinks is a bonus (no corkage charge either) as they do have a license - ive never been to a food outlet who will do this . Well done you guys, you made our night FAB We will be back with more friends. Loving the place and staff and food.

First time for us n we will defo make it a weekly visit! The spring rolls were packed to bursting will filling, the spare ribs fell off the bone and I don’t eat veg but the tempura veg was amazing!! Just waiting for mormy to finish hers then onto the main course King Prawn Pad Thai mmmm I’m full but can’t wait for it!!! I’m in heaven xxxxxxx thanks Kimberley Jones for recommending it

Amazing food! Amazing service! Went here with a friend and really enjoyed our time! The starters were amazing - we had vegetable spring rolls and chicken satay! Both had chicken massaman for main - delicious and very reasonably priced, came with rice. Another perk is it’s bring your own booze!! The service was really friendly and so efficient! We’re working really hard and lovely people! Great trip would really recommend!!

Delicious curries to choose from. All 3 of us enjoyed our tasty meals which include a drink but still can't to less than £30 for us all.

We arrived early and we were offered a seat to wait. Our table was small, the room was noisy and grew steadily noisier during our meal. Our starters arrived promptly and were very tasty. Our mains took a little longer to arrive ( the couple at the next table arrived after us and were served before us). But, once again, the food was very tasty. And, when the bill arrived, it was very very reasonable

Three of us had evening meal. Staff so attentive and polite as well as very efficient.Inside was very nicely decorated and set out, I liked that you could see into the kitchen - always a good sign in my view.But the best part was the food, easily the best Thai we’ve ever had. We had 4 beers, soft drink, 2 starters and three mains ( price included rice) and it was under £60 , so really good price as well. Good options for vegans.Would highly recommend and will go back when next in Leeds. Thank you for a lovely meal.

My wife and I had a lovely authentic Thai meal here on Saturday evening the staff were all very polite and helpful would definitely recommend

We were a family of 7 & had a table booking for 6:30 which was to be vacated by 8pm. We hadn't realised the restaurant only served limited alcohol beverages & that you could BYOB. Despite this, the food was amazing & staff were excellent. At 8:15pm we we had finished eating but our drinks were still full. We came to a compromise with the staff that we would switch seats with the crowd waiting to be seated at our table. The manager was very respectful & courteous at all times and paid special attention to my 85 year old mum. Mum had recently had severe mobility problems & this was her first trip to dine out in over 2 years. She wanted to thank the kind manager who had offered his arm when we exchanging seats. Also for offering her a free hot drink which she declined.

Me and my boyfriend would consider ourselves regulars here, even though we do not always come into the restaurant we often find ourselves ordering on Uber eats (I don’t want to count how many times we’ve ordered). Jinos thai is brilliant. We have never had a bad meal from here it really does not disappoint! We even had a one off meal at the new Thai restaurant closer to far headingley (I won’t say the name but you can guess which chain I’m talking about) and during our visit we just kept thinking we wish we had just gone to jinos instead :) Our favourites to order are the gaeng mastaman and gaeng red accompanied with satay chicken to start! We absolutely love the peanut sauce that comes with this - we just wish we got more!! Keep up the good work jinos! :)

After visiting Jino's many times at its former location, we popped in before the cricket, mid-week and can highly recommend their new restaurant. For me, the food seemed better than before and the lunch menu is a bargain. Lovely and light room, friendly and unrushed service and good prices. I had the steamed dumplings and chicken larb and it both were divine - fresh and tasty. Will be back!

We arrived at Jinos two mins to half past two and we’re still able to order from the lunch menu which was really appreciated. A starter, main and soft drink for £9.95 and on a Saturday as well - we ordered the lunch deal to share along with a side of chips.The food was lovely for a quick lunch time bite. It was the attentive service and friendly welcome we received that will definitely see us return and recommend to friends.Thank you Jinos - we look forward to trying more of your menu.

We went to Jino's for an anniversary meal as we have always loved the food, but the new location and menu additions have made what was already a good experience, even better.But on top of that the service was nothing short of excellent. Professional and so friendly. We arrived with a bottle of champagne, we were provided with glasses and a cooler we did not have to ask for. My wife put a shawl on her shoulders as she had gotten a little chilly, we were asked if we wanted to move tables to a warmer spot (again without our having to ask).Just the meal and experience we had hoped for so thank you so much.

Great food and great staff. Was a perfect place for lunch before going out into Headingley for my friends birthday.

Went for a Monday evening meal, restaurant was fairly busy but a few free tables. We had booked in advance.The service was horrendously slow. Didn't get our main meal until we had been there for an hour. The table next to us were waiting even longer and when they complained the waiter said it was because they'd had loads of orders for delivery come in.Their response "Who cares? We booked this table in advance and you knew we would be here. You should serve us first".Couldn't have said it better.Won't be going back.

I am so glad Jinos has move to North Lane Headingley because it is more convenient for us to visit particularly parking the car. The new Jinos is located on the corner of what was once a cinema The Lounge. The decor is modern and comfortable. Menu choice is so so good with all Thai dishes with so much choice. During the week Jinos offer a set meal for £9.99 for a starter and main course. Fantastic value. For dessert we have eaten the banana fritters coated in coconut. Yummy. We have visited Jinos many times at the new location usually for lunch. Food is served hot and quickly. No faults to complain about just Fabulous.

We popped in for a quick lunch while my son was moving house. They do a great lunch time deal with starter, main, rice and drink for only a tenner.Service was really friendly and efficient and the food was beautiful! I look forward to retuning soon :)

Having made the rooky mistake of not booking a table at the bar next door the proprietor kindly let us in an hour early to enjoy our own carry ins. From the off the service was excellent and they accommodated every need including tweaking the recipe for our friend who is on a gluten free diet.The food was delicious and fresh and more than sufficient for all of us. The service top notch and it was great for the cook to come to our table and have a chat.Please note Jinos has moved to the old lounge cinema site in Headingley on North Lane in what used to be the entrance foyer to the old cinema. The interior is bright and modern and a complete change in style form the old location. The one thing I do like and it's unusual in this fact that you can bring your own alcohol ( even though they do have a license.) All they ask is you buy soft drinks from them ,an easy ask. Fab experience and great to get out for the first time with friends for over a year. If you like Thai food I'd definitely recommend this place for good food, atmosphere and a warm welcome by the staff and owners.

Always love Jino's for a good authentic Thai Meal ,But Now they have move to a wonderful Up grade makes the whole experience so much more special . Perfect Food wonderful surroundings & fab Staff . The Food was perfect . If you wish you can take your own Bottle they are happy to open it for you for no extra cost . This is the first time i have risked going to eat inside since The pandemic began , I felt very safe they have lots of space & each table has Hand sanitiser on . The food was perfect . made me feel as if i was back in Bangkok <3 i would recommend this lovely place to anyone . Thankyou Jino's for a super evening

Been going to Jinos Thai Cafe for many many years so went last night to the new dwelling on North Lane. Staff very friendly but not a clue about food they were serving and how to wait tables. I was served my meal on a plastic plate. What's all that about? And it was damaged and scratched. Very off putting. The plastic plant decorations still had prices on. Also chairs very uncomfortable. Food though is delicious. Definitely good value for money. Will go back maybe for lunch but not a family celebration .

Such a great experience at Jino’s on Saturday - the staff are so accommodating and helpful and the food is very, very good!Recommend the vegetarian mixed starter which was delicious and big enough to share, then follow up with anything you fancy from an extensive menu - a massive choice for vegetarians and meat/fish eaters alike. We ordered via Deliveroo. The food arrived on time but our drinks were missing. I immediately called the restaurant to notify them of the situation. I was spoken to by the 'manager' who was extremely rude to me and basically told me it wasn't his problem and there was nothing he could do. His attitude came across like he couldn't care less. He told me I needed to contact Deliveroo because the drinks were with the driver when they left the restaurant - this felt like an accusation that I was making it up! Why should a customer have to start chasing the firm who do the deliveries when the restaurant you've ordered with have failed to get the items to you? Whether it's a "logistics" problem or not - a customer without an item shouldn't have to start chasing Deliveroo the restaurant should sort this out for the customer.By the time I'd contacted Deliveroo online (who were far more helpful than Jino's) our food was cold and meal was spoilt by the experience of speaking to the manager. He was extremely rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. Very disappointed.

Food is absolutely delicious and the service is amazing!!! I would throughly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Throughout lockdown we have continued to receive a fantastic service and the food is just as good.We have enjoyed plenty of takeaways and we have yet to experience the new venue, which we are so looking forward to visiting.I would strongly recommend number 12, 33 and 56.Thank you for continuing to feed us throughout lockdown.Jinx’s is still the best Thai restaurant in Leeds, we look forward to joining you at the new premises hopefully soon.

Just had an amazing lunch with my Dad. His first time having thai food and he can't wait to go back. Amazing food .Great value and really helpful and welcoming staff.

The new location is bright and airy, perfect for lunch, brunch, dinner just any time really ! The staff were amazing, attentive, polite, hospitable. Then the food was perfection. The thai green curry was delicious as was the pad that. The Gyoza was also out of this world. I cannot recommend this place enough !

Without a doubt the best, most authentic Thai food I’ve ever had. No matter what you order I can guarantee it’s gonna be good!

Friendly staff and meals to suit all palates. Curry was fresh with plenty of healthy veggies. Food flavoursome with just right amount of spice.

We were lucky enough to eat at Jinos on their first night opening since relocation and what a great time we had !Friendly informative staff who really did look after you so well - the starters were amazing beautifully cooked prawns spiced to perfection and we both had chicken dishes - Panaeng & Gaeno Matsaman again freshly cooked and perfectly delivered .We finished with a Guey Tod between us and it really was enough as the portions are good size.All in all it was a fantastic evening and the restaurant deserves its success - will always be on our must do when we visit Leeds!The whole meal including soft drinks came to around £40 outstanding value for the quality - another plus is the following they have from Just Eat never seen so many takeaways and it did not impact on service one bit.

Ordered via takeaway and food tasted fresh and tasty. Every dish was really nice and the quality of ingredients seemed high - especially the meat. We had the Hanglay curry, Som Tam, Tofu Pad Kee Mao and veggie gyoza - all were delicious!Can't wait to eat in when we get an opportunity!

I’m writing this after several takeaway orders recently as the quality of food has just been magnificent. Every dish has been perfect, they have been extremely tasty and all the ingredients have tasted very fresh, well prepared and have been a lovely treat for us when we have wanted a takeaway meal. More importantly for us has been that we have felt that it has been a healthy way of enjoying a takeaway compared to some of the alternatives. Well done Jino’s, we will be back for more very soon!

Jino's were just in the process of moving to their new premises on North Lane when we came here a few days ago to pick up a large takeaway order for 4. Despite the renovation work going on in the new premises, they produced our order on time (rung in less than an hour before), piping hot, in generous portions and uniformly delicious. We tackled a good selection from across the menu: I'll just highlight the vegetarian selection I had which were some lovely crispy veggie spring rolls and a dipping sauce, followed by a really tasty vegetarian pad Thai. I'd have all that again very happily.

Excellent tasty food, cooked to order. So excited to eat outside the new restaurant for the first time. Great service and delicious vegan and vegetarian food. Also meat for meat eaters... Staff always happy to adjust the menu to suit your tastes. Can't wait for the new refurbished restaurant to open.

Enjoyed a takeaway collection from Jino's tonight from their new premises. Was an error with order but resolved straight away. Place very busy with orders. Worth the wait. Staff friendly. Meal very enjoyable. My daughter first try of thai food and she loved her yellow curry. Cant wait till restaurant opens. Loved the old Jino's cafe but the new place is even better position for parking.

I've eaten here numerous times before and the food has always been pleasant.However recently the customer service has been a disgrace. I have ordered food on a few occasions now where over an hour has gone by, only for them to refund my order and say it could not be delivered.My advice to anyone, don't waste your time on a company which doesn't even have the decency to inform their customers, that they cannot fulfil their order...well 80 minutes too late.

Another Saturday and another amazing and flavoursome lot of Thai food from Jinos - if you are looking for something amazing try the hanglay curry full of flavour and one of the best dishes I have had. Jinos you never disappoint!!!

I have been visiting this restaurant for at least 12 years since I was a student in Leeds. And since then I have spent 4 years living in Thailand, but always come back to eat here when I visit.I find the food to be authentic to the small restaurants and street food I have experienced living in Bangkok. It’s delicious and freshly made to order.I like that you can ask for a level of spice so that you don't have to have your head blown off like some places!I also get Thai prawn crackers which are just like the ones I would buy at my local supermarket in Bangkok. And the mango juice which is yum!It’s a small place and it’s advisable to book at weekends and on promotion nights as it’s popular with students. I visited since Covid and they had all necessary measures in place.

Ordered a starter and a main from Jino's and was impressed by the aromatic smells that came from the containers when I opened them. I'm salivating just thinking about what I had. Looking forward to more takeaways from this please

My friend and I came to Jino's during (or maybe just after) eat out to help out without a booking. They were super accommodating and went out of their way to get us a table which was lovely of them! Food was delicious and authentic and the portions were also really good. They also have a fair amount of choice so it's a nice place to go to for trying something new and different.

Thai food in leeds is easy to find. But often it can be more of a hassle than its worth. By this i mean some menus that aren't very clear to the non thai speaker or places that don't offer appropriate seating for the individual.Thai food is delicious and accessible and Jino's makes the most of both qualities. Although, I have eaten nicer thai food. Jino's doesn't oversell itself and it offer a good variety of food making it a good place to eat in headingley especially for students looking to go on a quick tinder date :)

Visited Jino’s so many times ! My go to for thai food! They do not westernise there food like other Thai restaurants in leeds! They are independent and cook all the food fresh! I ordered off the Thai street food menu and it was like I was back in Thailand! You could taste how fresh it was ! Would recommend to anyone! The atmosphere was lovely, a family run restaurant that you couldn’t fault for effort and attention to customers! Excellent 5 star service from the staff and let alone the BYOB!!! Shoutout to the young girl who was doing takeaways on Saturday night, tremendous effort and back bone to the drivers giving her stick!!!I will be back!

Poor tasteless takeaway. Ordered a portion ribs(picture attached) 3 of the ribs were just bone and gristle . Absolutely awful. The two main dishes were poor as well . Won’t be going back any time soon

Absolutely love the food at Jino's, I've been many times and everytime I've been the food has been amazing. The staff are really friendly and BYOB is great too. We tried the set meal and loved the variety of meals and starters. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We visited for a special occasion and honestly this was a disappointing experience.We ordered the Jinos mixed starter which was a strange plate of food, it was hard to define which were the Thai fish cakes and which were the sweetcorn patties as neither tasted of fish. One of the concoctions tasted like a seaside doughnut, which isn't what I expected. The tempura prawns were nice, but that was the only thing that was.We also ordered the pork for a starter and it was very fatty and tastless. The sauce which came with it was disgusting, the smell of it turned my stomach. It smelt like feet - not something you expect to smell when you're eating. I dared to taste it and honestly it was the worse dipping sauce I had ever tasted! Honestly no exaggeration!!The main courses were average at best, but this was the best part of the meal. We ordered a Thai red curry but the veg added into it didn't work - who wants spinach and peas in a red curry? The place itself felt worn and tired with random piping in wall leading upstairs. The prices for the food we had felt overpriced and the quality felt minimal.We had always previously gone to Sukhothai and needless to say, if you want a decent Thai meal then head across the road for a good quality meal for a simular price.

Had been meaning to visit this restaurant for years and finally got around to it. So glad I did! They serve gorgeous authentic Thai food, we enjoyed every mouthful. You can even bring your own booze, they don’t charge for corkage. Will definitely be back for more soon

Amazing selection of starters added to the set menu with pudding left us full and hardly dinted the wallet. Great value! Deep fried Thai bread and minced chicken was a surprise favourite. Mains cooked with just the requested amount of heat.

We have just had a take away and were so disappointed. We have eaten in at Jino's many times and have always raved about the superb food. Was so looking forward to our curries, however our red curry and penang curry had no spice whatsoever in it. Think the chef forgot to put any in. May be it's time to try one of the other Thai's in Headingley.

My boyfriend and I visited a few weeks ago and sat outside as we had a dog with us. The manager was really friendly and gave us some great street food recommendations off the specials menu, I had a vegan tofu dish that was lovely. Delicious as always and great that its BYOB but can buy drinks too if you run out!

Ordered a meal for three and a meal for two was delivered. Abysmal service from the manager, who was happy to take my money and refused to help rectify the situation. Will never use them again.

We love the food here. We have been coming for years but the prices have gone up maybe slightly too much?? Tables are small and close together but if you can request a table in the window you will have a much better experience. BYOB is good and the Thai food is authentic and yummy. Don't change. Thanks

Ordered food at 7:15pm via Uber eats, order was accepted by the restaurant. At 9:00pm the order was cancelled and surprise surprise the restaurant shut at 9 so was unable to call and find out what happened. Absolutely ridiculous to accept orders if you’re clearly too busy to fulfil them. Weirdly, when you place an order for food it’s because you’re hungry so to leave it almost 2 hours before cancelling is beyond poor service.

Ordered food through UberEats and the order took 1.5.hours before being cancelled by the restaurant. We called to enquire and the staff were incredibly rude to us. Told us it wasn't their problem and (sarcastically) "thank you for understanding" before hanging up!Never had such poor service and will ensure no one I know ever has the displeasure of eating here.

Bit pricey but worth it - good Thai food and good choice. And Covid compliant. Well worth a visit. Great chicken toast.

Great vegetarian selection. Veg Thai green curry amazing, lovely delicate flavours. Good for families and couples and all. Excellent friendly service. Would definitely visit again.

After travelling in Thailand earlier this year,this food is authentic and tasty. The service was really good and the bring your own beer can't be beaten!

We went here last Friday. The food is always great, but the last couple of times we have come to Jinos, there has been a guy on the front of house who appeared to be in charge but who has been extremely rude to us on the last couple of times we have been. With Covid etc there are minimal tables inside with tables outside. When booking I was told that we couldn’t book a table outside which was absolutely fine. When we arrived there were two tables free. One of the waitresses told us we could sit on the table in the corner. Before we could sit down the front of house guy, tapped the table and said no sorry this is reserved, who told you you could sit here. We told him who had said, at which point he was again really rude to the other waitresses - who themselves are always more than courteous and could always not do enough to make the meal as enjoyable as possible! The food as ever was delicious but whilst eating, this guy in charge continued to be rude to other guests outside, his tone of voice to delivery drivers was also horrendous. To top things off, the table that he had said was reserved seemed like one that he had reserved for a couple friends of his. Where is the fairness please? We can never fault Jinos, the staff and food are always brilliant but please get rid of the really rude front of house guy, he’s smug, has zero manners and doesn’t deserve to be the face of what is a brilliant restaurant!!

Jino’s never fails to please. The food is fresh, tasty and well presented. Service with a smile. First visit since Lockdown but I must admit love it that much I had a few deliveries during Lockdown too. Took a friend for the first time and she was impressed too and immediately said ‘We will come here for lunch in future, no need to look elsewhere’. We had Satay Chicken for starters and Khao Pad with Chicken for main.... delicious. Highly recommend.

Ordered for delivery, really small portions, tasted bland and both mains where undercooked. Really disappointed. Expensive for what it was ill sick to mommy thai.

Me and my Mrs chose Jino's as the first place to come post lockdown, as whenever we had been prior it was always wonderful. Really glad to see it's still the same!! The staff as always were lovely, food comes out piping hot and quick!! I got a rice based dish (sorry I can't remember the name or number) my word was it divine!!! Honestly really happy with this place always, for what you pay you get more than your money's worth. Would highly recommend to anyone who has never been before. Thank you guys for a great service and also for the procedures put in place to help socially distance!

I’ve come into jinos a lot the past few years and it’s become mine and my boyfriends favourite date night place! I get the 38 dish and it’s so so good, the flavour is impeccable. I’ve never had a bad experience and the food is to die for. The staff are very friendly and professional. You can also bring your own alcohol which is so rare which I love, differentiates them to other places. Absolutely love it here.

It's not the first time we ordered from Jino's (previous times times were amazing ! Really good quality and large portions full of flavour) but definitely the last! Dishes that we ordered were wrong (rice instead of noodles which we payed extra for) and we were missing 2 drinks (3£). We rang the restaurant to explain the issue only to get brushed off by a very rude man over the phone. No apology . Told us we will get refunded by deliveroo for missing drinks. Food quality was poor as well. I understand working in hospitality gets stressful sometimes but there's no need to be rude to customers.

Very impressed!We emailed Jinos to order a Friday night treat for collection later that day, as per the clear instructions on their website. Collected our order from the restaurant,with a friendly staff member outside the entrance advising about the 1 in,1 out rule for customers. Well organised inside,staff observing social distancing and masked staff,handgel available on the desk, easy to pay,swift collection. The food was amazing, as always, securely sealed. Well done, really enjoyed this so look forward to eating in the restaurant when they re-open.

My son and daughter-in-law live about 3 minutes away from the restuarant so the opportunity arose for an al fresco socially distanced take away meal. The service was unbelieveably quick and food still very warm on arrival. I'm told this is the norm.I'm no expert on Thai food but this, I'm sure, is more autentic than the two meals I've had before. I was alway told that Thai food was genrally milder spiced but each time prior they have been mind blowing. This did not fit that bill and I learned that Thai curry isn't like Indian, say, in that the sauce is quite thin in comparison. No worries, so very tastly. Yorkshire sized portions, too. I hope some time soon we can have a meal in the restaurant where I can seek advice.

We have ordered our food three times from Jino's and it doesn't disappoint. Three out of three ain't bad! The food is always tasty and hot. This is a favourite of ours and we would recommend to anybody.Some of the portions could do with being slightly bigger, but that's because it's so damned tasty!

I had eaten at Jinos a few time’s but never ordered take away. After our holiday plans were cancelled due to coronavirus and my partners 50th events cancelled I decided to order some take out for for a few of us- I contacted the restaurant by email and asked if they could provide a menu that was just a bit more special than a set menu, after a few email exchanges on likes dislikes and food intolerances the menu was supplied . The food was ready on time as promised on the requested day and the owner even supplied complimentary deserts - the service from mark was exceptional and would have no hesitation in ordering take away again from them. Hoping they can return to being a restaurant soon once coronavirus is resolved . Thanks again guys

It’s been a while since I had one and boy o boy was I pleased as punch. Set meal for two with extra starter or two. Brilliant service and Michelin star quality. Mind is blown. Thank you to the team at Jinos. My hats off to you all

Excellent takeaway service, we haven’t had a Jino’s since March at the start if Lockdown and it didn’t disappoint. We had the usual, number 12 mixed starter for 2, 56 green Thai curry and a number 41 prawn pad si-euw, absolutely gorgeous.

Always the best in service,quality,freshenss, authenticity and above all going that extra mile..Mark was absolutelydelightful and professional.A pleasure to have such cafe around...Highly recommended.

Jinos certainly had not dropped its standards amidst all the strangeness going on. Placed an order was advised of a collection time (we chose to collect) and the food was perfect as always! Such a tasty midweek treat :-) Thanks to everybody at Jinos for feeding us all
