Honestly, I don’t leave reviews often, but my £15 spent on the club burger was not well spent. Wet, bland and tiny portions. You’re only paying to sit down.

£15 for two bits of broccoli and a bit of chicken and potato. It made an aeroplane meal feel like a 5 course dinner

We had the unfortunate idea to book a raclette dinner at Jimmy's pop up. We asked for the vegetarian option in advance and we had just an little plate of roated potatoes and parsnips on top of boiled potatoes and bread, while for the same price meat aters got a plate of charcuterie. Service was VERY POOR, the waitress was just on her phone all time and couldn't care less about the clients she had. The fire was off and when i've asked to turn it on the waitress just rolled her eyes and offered me a hot water bottle. I would not raccomend the dinner experience.

Online pictures were very misleading, and the experience was both overpriced and underwhelming. The evening was disappointing overall. There was no fire pit at the table as implied, and the seating was cramped, leaving little personal space. The small plate of meat provided for two was of good quality and tasty, but the portion was surprisingly small, and it wasn’t clear in the description that you’d only receive one plate. The vegetarian option was very underwhelming—a plate of roasted vegetables, most of which were burnt and consisted largely of potatoes. While unlimited potatoes, salad, and bread were offered, these felt more like fillers than anything substantial. Having to leave your seat to collect cheese disrupted the flow of the meal and made the experience feel less refined. Service was another weak point. There was no clear explanation of how the concept worked, and staff were inattentive. We had to repeatedly get up to order more drinks and food ourselves, which felt inconvenient and unorganized. Dessert was yet another disappointment—three tiny donuts per person served with cheap squirty cream, and no mention of the hot chocolate that was supposedly included (something I only learned about after the visit). To top it off, an £18 service charge was automatically added to the bill, which felt completely unjustified given the poor level of service. At £35 per person, the experience was far from worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Had a 1.5 hours of unlimited cheese. Potatoes were very good. Cheese wasn’t the best. Worst part was that you had to get up and go to the counter for more cheese, which sometimes they would serve the smallest amount. That was quite a weird and stressful way of having to eat I must say. Atmosphere was good and the staff were nice. Just a bit slow.

Love, love, love it here! Wonderful location right on the Thames with a cosy and Christmassy vibe. Best burger I’ve possibly ever had- shout out and thanks to amazing Heidi who is the best!

Average experience. Food was nice but you have to serve yourself more Raclette when you want it meaning leaving your table and queuing. Also there are no toilets on site!!

All you can eat raclette, potatoes, bread, salad with a meat or veggie plate. So. Much. Cheese. Followed by small donuts and a hot chocolate. I am so full. It's been amazing. The table space is a bit squashed but the view of the crowds walking past has been excellent. There's little fires in the middle of the tables. A wonderful date night or evening with friends. Perfect for winter. Love the music, the service, the cheese man. All excellent. I've taken off 1 star because the tables are squashed but I'm being pedantic. Merry Christmas 🎄

Came last year just had to come back. Food setting, venue all fantastic. Staff can't do enough for you. Excellent reception. Very friendly and made sure we had good wheelchair access. All in all. Absolutely love it here.

When we arrived for the unlimited raclette evening, the servers were a little stretched, and they were having trouble with their ordering system, so we were delayed in getting our food. But they immediately extended our session to compensate and as soon as the food came out we were happy as Larry - delicious and filling and a great view of the Thames!

Lovely evening with lovely food and great mulled wine. More raclette than anyone could possibly eat. Service was very busy when we arrived. Whole it did take a while to get food and drinks initially, appreciate staff did all they could to keep on top of things.

Delicious raclette on top of your bread, potatoes, charcuterie and salad. Fast, efficient and friendly service.

Fire and fromage but no fire near where you’re eating and there heaters weren’t working either so absolutely freezing. The raclette gets “cooked” using a blow torch because they can’t keep up with the number of people asking for more cheese and need to speed up the cooking process. We had to ask for more drinks 3 times. I wouldn’t recommend

Visited this bar today for the first time, and I am sure it won't be the last. The service was amazing, Maddy and Alina were brilliant, and the chefs were really friendly too. Whether it is drinks with friends or family, this place has such a good vibe.

Went here on my lunch break today on the Southbank. Great music. Had a Raclette cheese burger and oh my god! It was delicious. If you’re on the Southbank - get that burger!

I cannot get enough of this place!!! Chef Kev on the raclette was a high light! All the staff are so friendly! I've eaten from the street food side as well if you like truffle you need the aspen fries!! You can go for a drink or 2 or go all and eat, you'll feel all festive and lovely when you leave!! I have mobility issues Angel and Chef Heidi couldn't have been more helpful :) the marshmallow roasting is a perfect touch!

Great location, really nice food, drinks and the staff were really friendly. The server Leana especially, she was nice, patient and kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed!

Had an amazing booking tonight at Jimmy’s on Southbank. Perfect Christmas outing with my family/friends and despite cold weather, remained warm and offered a blanket by friendly staff. The unlimited cheese… absolute highlight of the night!! Bubbly and hot every time with 10/10 chef service. Good selection of unlimited sides, a generous plate of cured meats to choose from and a rich chocolate dessert. Well worth the money and would definitely return/ recommend to others. Staff offered a friendly and fast service, no delays and laughs all night long. Overall superb time. Thank you to Jimmy’s and team for a perfect Tuesday night. One to remember for sure! Merry Christmas from the loudest group on the table!

An absolutely gorgeous evening. Had stumbled across this place with some mates and I left with a massive smile on my face. The bartender who served us went above and beyond to make myself and my friends feel welcome and looked after us attentively all evening. Great food, quick and efficient service - a big thank you to all! We will be back.

Shockingly poor service, emailed the company who had no interest in their poor service. There are no fires and the unlimited cheese is not unlimited, and you have to get it yourself. Fobbed off with a dessert of 3 mini doughnuts in a cardboard box. Nothing special at all and I really would not waste your money. Not as advertised.

Mis-sold no fire pits in sight. No outdoor heaters. Power had gone. We complained to staff who stated that is concept is at our other site as there were not allowed fire pits. Well that not how it looks and is sold on the website. Feel like we’re being fobbed off.

No booking recorded when we arrived, although I had confirmation 2 days prior. Service extremely slow. Potatoes finally arrived about 40 mins into the 60 of cheese. You need to get up each time you want more cheese and have it shaved onto your plate - went hard very quickly. Food did taste good though. Drinks reasonable prices but took a long time to get - often having to chase for them. Service then added to cheese and drinks separately when paying the bill at the end of the evening. A nice evening with friends but won’t be rushing back.

I brought my family to Jimmy's Raclette Bar on Friday night. We had so much fun. Really tasty food (unlimited raclette, what’s not to love?!) and the staff were absolutely brilliant.

We ate here with a group of friends after stumbling across it after work. What a find! Great views across the Thames and Southbank and the food was top notch! I ate the Pigs in Blanket Hot dog which was so good and we also had the loaded fries which were absolutely delicious. We will be back!

Very cool, only complaint is that no one did a backflip when I entered the bar which is a bit disappointing as people tend to do that when they see me

Went last Friday night and what a treat, such a nice atmosphere and great in a group especially liked roasting marshmallows by the fire pits and of course so much cheeseeee

The all you can eat raclette is seriously good value, was really tasty and good fun. The doughnuts were particularly delicious although we weren’t sure we’d have any room for these!

Went back for this years Fire & Fromage and was glad to see the return of the Raclette burger! It was fantastic (again) and my daughter had the pigs in blankets hot dogs ( with added raclette cheese!) which she said was amazing. The real surprise? Those ox cheek and cheese loaded fries - wow!! And then, we just had to squeeze in the mini- chocolate filled (hot!) doughnuts! Lovely vibe around the firepits too. Welcome back!

I recently dined at BBQ Club, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The starters were a delightful beginning, with a variety of flavour that set the tone for the meal. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, showcasing the chef's skill and attention to detail. We had a lovely waitress Afrata, who made sure we were looked after thoroughly. As well as head chef Heidi, who explained each dish and its origin. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for that bbq experience.

Never had a truffle burger in my life till I tried it at Jimmy's today. Safe to say it was the best burger I've had in my life!!

I recently had an incredible barbecue experience that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the smoky aroma of grilled perfection filled the air, and I knew I was in for a treat. The food was phenomenal perfectly cooked, tender meats with a smoky flavor that melted in mouth. The sides were equally delicious, each adding a unique touch to the meal. What made the experience even better was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any request. They offered great recommendations from the menu, and made sure our drinks were always full. Even though the place was buzzing with activity, they made us feel like the most important guests in the room. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the whole experience. The combination of mouthwatering food and stellar service makes this barbecue spot a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Best staff and best atmosphere!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jimmy’s BBQ Club for their Tasting Menu. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. A beautiful balance of flavours cooked in front of our eyes on a Big Green Egg Bbq - truly crafting a unique experience right on the Thames riverbank! The plating of every dish was incredible - thanks so much Chef Mo! Our server Afrata was delightful - so friendly, chatty and ensured our drinks were topped up throughout the service :) It was a pleasure to speak with the Head Chef, Heidi, and the GM, Stacey, throughout the service. Would certainly recommend!

best burger i have had! if your coming to london, come here. walked in with no reservation and ordered and was served within 10 minutes. amazing food. beautiful view of the river with great choices of music to make it extremley enjoyable. would 100% come again. great prices as well.

Worst yet most expensive falafel wrap (£14 - double or triple the London average) I’ve ever had - pita was cold and not even freshly made (smelled acidic like preservatives). Otherwise just 4 average tasting falafels (meant to be made of butternut squash but tasted & saw no hint of that) with mountain of raw red onions and jalapeños. Little bit of sauce that didn’t taste of much. You’re better off at a proper Middle Eastern place with a £5-7 falafel wrap that is 100% fresh, warm, with more fillings and tasty sauce. Friend had the chicken which she didn’t like either, we sadly agreed this was one of the worst foods we’ve ever had in London. Maybe the dining experience is different but certainly wouldn’t recommend these specific dishes.

It’s reasonably priced alcohol for the area, pro tip. Just walk 5 minutes grab the food and sneak back 😉 i personally felt £12 for a burger was to much

Tried the 6 course tasting menu. Had a good time with friends, however, the experience would have been much better if the waitress didn’t look like she would rather be anywhere but there. Very unfriendly and clearly burned our chicken on the bbq. Pointed this out to her and apparently it was “supposed to be like that…”. Food lacked flavour overall, don’t think worth the price.

While BBQ tasting is novel, and the dishes were tasty, it was similar to most tastings where you are still hungry at the end. Also not really any BBQ classics to enjoy. Drinks service was also slow

My friends and I went to Jimmys pop up yesterday for dinner and can’t recommend this place enough!,amazing food ,amazing service and all round a wicked experience filled with good vibes and even better food!,shout out to our server Jack ,he explained each dish so clearly and cooked it to perfection ,everytime our drinks were on the low side we were offered more and had constant refills of our water too,perfect summer night in London right on the river,made even better by the Head Chef Heidi’s choice in music,her knowledge on local produce and food was unreal!,if you haven’t booked a table get booking!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jimmy’s Pop Up! Each course was delightful, fresh, and delicious. The ambience of the tasting menu on the river is the perfect mix of elegant food in a summery laid-back vibe. You feel like you are being treated to supper by your friends on their riverside deck. Alina, our server, was adorable and sous-chef Tom was so kind and hospitable. If you are on the fence just book this; you won’t regret it!

No sense of queue order. Slow service. Poor etiquette. Totally avoid. To edit after the response from the owner. When I was at the bar there was 1 couple there whom came well after me, simply no excuses for careless service.

Nice location. Vegan burger description sounded delicious. However I got a very dry cheap white bun which ruined it completely. All that was left to enjoy was a couple of BBQ’d oyster mushrooms and slaw (which did have a nice flavour)

Second visit here and this time had the six course tasing menu, which was delicious! Really great experience as all cooked at your table which makes the whole thing interactive and each dish was explained while cooking. Every course was lovely, and the ingredients were all fresh and of high quality. Very fun night with great food, great views and great service - Highly recommend!!

Normal French fries for 5,50,- so a bit expensive . Nothing special. Good view tho.

I went 2 weeks ago with my boyfriend for the tasting menu had the head chef and a server called Sarah was a magical experience they explained all dishes and where they come from, would defo recommend!

Order OG Burger with fries, took a hour for the burger just to be burnt and fries weren’t done. Also order 3 drinks at once just for them to forget 2 and tried to make me pay again for the drinks I already bought.
