I have been using the 'van' for over ten years. Last Friday night was my most recent visit. It was 2am, lots of merry young students, and a queue of people which was in itself quite entertaining! I ordered my normal doner wrap with my choice of salad, garlic mayo and chilli sauce. The wrap was okay, my memory serves me well , and I have to say the size of the wrap is at least a third of what it used to be. Apart from that it was alright.

Great food always piping hot and not dripping with grease. Highly recommend if you're looking for a burger with a kick after a few beers

I BET ALL THESE 5* ratings are FROM SUPER DRUNK PEOPLE , STARVING AFTER NIGHT OUT AND WHO NEVER TASTED GOOD KEBABS OR CHIPS ELSEWHERE - WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT “best food after night out ?? CHEAPEST INGREDIENTS (frozen again and again if they don’t sell everything!!!) They take your cash and touch your food at the same time or soon after NO HYGIENE - ZERO, they use and reuse same towels to wipe… food surfaces, tools and … their faces (look closely to their moves - If anything, this is the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen - never bought anything from them, but I’ve only watched what’s happening on a course of 10 minutes waiting in the queue when I got to the counter I realised I have to get away from that place before I’ll get food poisoning - HONESTLY 🤮 But anyway, I’m convinced all the ratings were left by drunk people or super hungry. They had no other options, but them, and perhaps these rascals offer them discount of customers leave feedback. NO FOOD place around triangle is clean tasty or fresh!

I know it is a kabab van, but really friendly, efficient and really good kebab!

hands down best night out food (and one of the only open options from 12-5am!) my favourite has got to be the 12 piece nuggets with garlic mayo and bbq sauce. £5.50 and they are hot and steaming!

Jason donervan is an exceptional food truck. The food is exquisite and tasty. The staff are wonderful and nice. 11/10 recommend. I’m all the way from new york and this is by far the best food I have tasted in the United Kingdom.

Chicken wasn’t perfect, but it was pretty good. Everything else in the chicken wrap I had was perfect. Workers were really sociable. What really caught my eye was the name. A clever play on the name of a celebrity that actually visited. Aside from a few little pests, the environment was nice. But since there’s no inside, I can’t blame them for the bugs. The meat is halal too. For drinks, there’s a bottle of water or a can of either 7up, Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Rio, Diet Coca Cola and Coca Cola. If you don’t see them, they’re probably not open yet.

This place is completely over rated! I bought a Chicken Shish. I really was looking forward to it after reading so many positive reviews but was very disappointed with the food quality. The Chicken was very dry but also very bland. Honestly, I’ve have tasted better cardboard! To top it off, the salad had a very weird texture like it wasn’t real, strange I know. It just didn’t add any moisture to the meal. I can categorically say that it is the worst Chicken Kebab I have ever had and I know a good one from a bad one! The only positive about this van is that the guy who served me was very polite!

Staff were really friendly but they need to source some different cheese! Had cheesy chips with absolutely no flavour - didn't bother eating them as they were so tasteless. Asked for no sauce but they came smothered in mayo as well. Hot dog was disappointing but the halloumi wrap was fresh and tasty!

What is this place still doing in business?food is so bad 👎 I would not even feed it to my dogs .owner is so rude and needs someone to show him what is hygiene that is required in the process of cooking someone's food. Place is so dirty and needs to be closed for everyone's sake 🙄

If this is classed as Bristols best kebab then people dont know what a real kebab is. The guys are really nice and frindly but the food is cheap and personally I really didnt enjoy the kebab. Not good.

Friendly staff. Always have time to speak to you even when they are busy. Service is super quick. Food is AWESOME. Had the JJ Doner Beefburger, OMG it is awesome. You get a choice of dressings, mayo for me. Its £6.00 and worth every penny of that. The JJ Doner Beefburger is seriously filling.

The food was delicious and the people here are very friendly. Definitely worth it to grab some food here after a long day out.

After what was a dire time at the balloon fiesta and two hrs trying to get out the field parking... we searched for kebab shop on Google and this little gem came up... I remember seeing this place on sat night takeaway with Andy peters and so we chanced our luck.. it's fair to say I would possibly travel from the north west UK just to eat here! The food was incredible, the staff extremely polite and the van was spotless .... Jason Donovan you saved the day and we are three very happy and very full customers. Would certainly recommend.

I was told by a friend that this was the "best kebab in Bristol" and I wouldn't disagree. I chose the mixed wrap which was fresh, flavoursome and far less greasy than a lot of kebabs. Very impressed, will definitely return

Ordered a veggie burger and was served meat instead. All staff heard me order and 2 staff prepared the order so must have known. I was sick when i realised, after being vegetarian for many years.

We grabbed a doner and fries on our way back from Jason Donervan. It was realllly awesome with the price! We really love the fries with mayo a lot haha!! Look forward to another weekend!! (Btw cash onlyyyyy!)

Someone give these blokes a medal. This mobile kebab-orientated establishment does kebabs as good as it does puns. The cheesy chips and gravy are a beacon of culinary excellence in an otherwise bleak urban desert.
