Definitely the choice for a takeaway. Food always comes hot no matter the time, enjoy every single bit of it. Absolutely delicious and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Amazing food as always, ordered a large £100+ order at the weekend family all loved it. Food was delivered hot and fresh. Owner answered our questions about gluten allergy and made sure all food we ordered was able to be eaten by the person with the gluten allergy.

Absolutely vile, couldn’t eat it! waited for over 1.5 hours for delivery and so disappointed when it arrived. I spoke to the owner who was really rude and unhelpful. Avoid, like the plague!

Ordered a delivery which took longer to arrive than any takeaway I’ve ever ordered in my life. (1hr 40 mins). I couldn’t eat much in the end as it was so unpleasant. Main issue being dry overcooked chicken that tasted odd, burnt seaweed and disappointing rice. I called to offer feedback but the lady was defensive and rude. No apology offered. I would not recommend ordering food from here. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog.

The food was cold and tasted stale like it was warmed up in the microwave.. over priced and disgusting, also the customer service is shocking, I called up to complain and was shouted and sworn at done the phone.

Food mediocre, service rude and dismissive

Food was nice enough, but the man on the phone was really rude. I placed a very large order on a Saturday, so I phoned up about 1 hour and 15 minutes later to check on how long it would be. He told me "not to shout", even though absolutely no shouting was done. I checked to see if he was talking to me or someone else as I had been nothing but friendly, and had explained we weren't desperate for it, and he told me not to shout again and that he was very busy. Really big shame because I do like the food but the customer service is absolutely awful, so we won't be ordering again. We tipped the driver as it wasn't their fault, but was tempted to lodge a complaint and send it all back.

Use Jasmine House all the time now and never disappointed. Only slight negative is no free prawn crackers anymore. Quality of all the dishes is excellent.

My daughter just ordered & they got order wrong & when she phoned they argued with her basically saying she was wrong when the woman read it back to her. She was very rude on phone will never order from there again. Food wasn’t that nice either. Avoid this place

Always use this Chinese but time to look for another one ordered my Chinese tonight at 18:50 got told within the hour still not here at 20:30 so told them to not bother… over 1.5 hours for some noodles.

Good Chinese food. I tried flat rice noodles and chowmin, both were great. Wow factor was the hot and sour soup, if you love spicy recipes this is one is a must try.

Very friendly and helpful when I called to place order. Wonderful, friendly talkative and polite Woman when my Husband came to collect from work. Even asked me how long it would be so food was ultra fresh, hot and delicious. Thank you so very much. We'll be back

This has been my go to Chinese despite living 25 min drive away in Tanmere. Based on my latest experience it's time to start looking for an alternative. The prices rise as consistently as the standard drops, the Singapore noodles are now just noodles with v little in the way of meat, the same for the chicken Pad Thai. the mix balls are smaller than ever and the deep fried chicken with chilli & garlic salt was excessively salty. its a shame, but its no longer worth the trip. An order that was coming at around £27 is now £38

Last time we order. Every time the price goes up the delivery drivers have been very rude. The food has slacked massively a satay is peanuts not curry! Very disappointed and as I’ve said will not order again!

It was so tasty. Container filled to the brim. A bit expensive but it was a really nice treat. Would definitely recommend.

The worst customer service I have ever received from the owner and the driver! Was told the food would be with us in 40 minutes so arrived home within 25 minutes, the driver rang the phone and hung up so couldn’t even answer in time. Called back to find out what was happening and the owner spoke so rude down the phone to myself, was a very nasty lady said I was lying etc, my partner had to take over the phone to tell her how rude she was being, she then changed instantly. When they delivered the food the driver was very rude too and didn't even apologise for the rudeness or situation. Sadly I will now not be a loyal customer anymore as this is the last time I order due to how appalling their customer service is.

Not even worth a one star. Food is expensive for what it is. Everything is a leftover re-heated or re-fried. The lady at front of counter is hostile and very unwelcoming. I have found a good Thai and Chinese in Bognor Regis. Menu fresh, prices good AND they deliver.

As a regular visitor to Jasmine House, this evening we were extremely disappointed. We were told 40 minutes. It arrived 70 minutes later. The chicken balls were under cooked, very pink in the middle so these were not eaten and no prawn crackers, which are normally thrown in for free. The rest of the food was delicious as usual but tonight we were left disappointed.

The lady asked the chef if our food was ready I herd him say tell them to F... of Why I have no idea as we waited over 1 hour

Mercenary operation. Do not care about their customers. Complained about a garlic Bok Choi dish... nothing they could do. They said they'd lose money if they replaced sub par dishes. A friend wanted to make an order of £14.80 but the management said they would have to charge £2 extra because it was under £15. This wasn't Saturday night, Wednesday... Zero care for their customers. If you have a poor experience, please share. There are amazing, caring Chinese takeaways who look after their customers. Jasmine house don't.

Re heated chips, tasteless food,

The food was appauling, took an hour and a half to arrive and when it did it came lukewarm. The food used to be good however, it has dropped in quality massively. I cant understand how in 2021 places like this are still able to serve up slop. But then again it is a classic seaside town with no cuisine/foodie culture so what would you expect

The best Chinese takeaway in Bognor

Ordered from here yesterday and both my wife and i was sick. I called to speak to them about it this evening and the manager dismissed my claim saying he was coming to my house with the environmental health. Did not want to take responsibility saying that I had eaten something dirty from my home, swearing and shouting at me down the phone. Very rude and food was awful. If you want to be ill order from here.

On their website it says free delivery for 4 miles away, We live 3.7milea away and still charges us for delivery! website needs updating or the manager needs to sort it out!!!

Absolutely incredible food everytime. The best chinese in bognor. The man behind the till who I believe is also a chef has wonderful customer service skills and nothing is ever too much trouble. However the reason for giving 4 stars is because I have been served by a very very very rude lady in there numerous times also, horrible attitude and she looks absolutely miserable. But the food is always ace!

After seeing the story 2 below, I must say our order on Saturday night was slightly over the time specified but we knew it was freshly cooked and it was not an issue. We have been using the Jasmine for many years when it was a restaurant and the quality of food and service has always been excellent, well done the ‘Jasmine’ for serving Bognor for so long, don’t let negative comments bother you as you do a fantastic job

Always amazing, fresh cooked food. I never have an issue with slightly differing delivery time estimates as ordering from a very popular restaurant on a Saturday night, I appreciate that it's hard to be exact. I highly recommend them.

Incredibly poor customer service and rudeness. I ordered on a Saturday at about 5.45pm. The guy who answered the phone told me there would be a 50 minute wait. I checked with my family to see if one and all were happy with this and proceeded with the order. 75 minutes later, I called to chase the order up and was told that my food was currently being cooked. Just shy of 2 hours later, I called to chase the order up once more, and when told that it was currently on its way, I expressed dissatisfaction with the time we had been waiting, citing the initial '50 minute wait' we had been told, and asked what they would be prepared to do on the price of the meal, given the circumstances. The guy on the phone firstly said he 'would never have told me 50 minutes' and then reluctantly went on to say sorry about the wait and that there was nothing he could do on the price - and that we could either pay full price or not have the food at all. I firstly disagreed with his denial of the 50 minute wait we had been told, (since this is what I had initially checked with my family with him on the phone). He continued to disagree and asked if I would like to discuss the issue with his manager. I then overheard him telling his manager that 'a customer is 'claiming' to have been told it was a 50 minute wait for food'. Next a woman came on the phone with an aggressive tone telling me that I'm calling a member of her staff a liar and that she ‘hasn't got time for this, as it’s a busy Saturday night’. She said that she ‘wasn't prepared to budge on the price and that the best she could do was offer me money off a next purchase’. I told her that this is a one off, since we are visiting relatives. With our position of regular custom out the window to her, she went on to say, 'well, it doesn't matter then, because you won't be back anyway'. By this point I was furious. We ended the call. Just at that point, the delivery man showed up. We explained the situation to him and asked to pay half price for this awful service. He then phoned his boss (the woman), who confirmed that we either pay full price or the food comes back with him. After my father in law initially sent the driver away out of principle, I eventually agreed to pay for the food, since my 3 year old daughter was waiting on this food and we didn't have anything in to give her (it was really late in the day by this point - and going out for food would have added yet more time). My wife then chipped in to explain to the driver that the reason we were visiting is because we were visiting her mother in hospital, who has recently been diagnosed with a terminal illness. Perhaps this was an unnecessary detail, but the truth is, this was the context. The meal was supposed to be relaxing for the family, but ended up incredibly stressful, to the point where everyone was full of adrenaline and couldn't enjoy their meal. We would never have agreed to the order if the wait was going to be 2 hours for food! The food itself was decent enough, but nothing to write home about - and certainly not worth the awful experience, which was largely rude, unreasonable and unprofessional. Having read other reviews of this place, I see a trend of similar experiences from customers’ dealings with the manager - and a general lack of accountability and denial of any wrongdoing from the manager.

Great food as long as owner does not deliver in her white Mercedes really rude lady always cold when she delivers, called tonight to place order asked if this lady was delivery or our normal delivery driver as I requested not for the owner to deliver after I placed a order which we have once a week i receive a phone call 5mins later from the owner to stay they have cancelled our order has she is delivering and not our normal delivery driver who is lovely and food is always hot. absolutely disgusted with this.

Excellent first visit...slight problem with rice but when we rang back they had a replacement with us within 15 minutes.. excellent customer service . Generous portions, tasty food, great service. .what more could you ask? Will definitely use again and will recommend to others .

Just would like to say we treat ourself and staff to food from Jasmin house every Friday for lunch. The Food is always consistently good and the staff are always very friendly and helpful Great portion sizes keeps all the staff filled up for the rest of the day There Chicken Phad-Thai with extra spice is amazingly good best in town. First time ordering from here, the young girl asked 3 times my postcode before passing me over. I went through my order inc prawn crackers to which she informed me were free as I spend over £20. Was told 30 min wait, waited just over an hour & prawn crackers were missing. Called to say I was disappointed immediately the young girl shouts over its that lady complaining. I’m then told I wasn’t charged for the prawn crackers there complimentary so basically don’t worry! I explain I had ordered them initially & told I didn’t have to pay as I spent over £20 they were then delivered by a lady chef or kitchen aid who was clearly annoyed at having to deliver them. The whole process was shocking food was however nice but a bit over priced! I shan’t return as they have no customer service. Il stick to New Kam Too

Poor show clearly couldn't get even a microwave right. Wish I could show photos!!! And by sounds of it the boss is very very very very poor with customer services after hearing my complaint put to him with a reply off complete disregard!!! .
