Okay but burger bun slightly burnt and chicken patty obviously been left in cabinet for hours

Only issue is the price of the meal deals, other than that the food is lovely

Great chicken, sometimes a bit of a wait but worth it

I will be returning when I have the opportunity

Ordered over £50 worth of food and wasn’t even delivered the app said it was delivered and it clearly wasn’t Went down to the store and apparently there’s nothing they can do about it Absolute scam they know exactly what there doing Ripping people off Never gave a code to the driver so they know we haven’t received it but still apparently nothing they can do !!!!! We will never a Eat from here again

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chicken Cottage and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! The portion sizes for the chips were fantastic—definitely generous enough to satisfy any appetite. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, helping me decide on the right size to order and offering some excellent recommendations on the menu. As someone who is quite fussy and doesn’t like bones, I appreciated their guidance in selecting the perfect meal. The gentleman who served me went above and beyond; he made sure I was happy while he cooked my food and even took the time to chat with me afterward. It’s rare to find such high standards of customer service, and it truly made my visit memorable. Additionally, they have a few seating areas where you can enjoy your meal on-site, which is a nice touch. I’ve already recommended Chicken Cottage to several friends, and they’ve all had great experiences as well. If you’re looking for delicious chicken and excellent service, this is definitely the place to go!

Whenever we visit Littlehampton we always stop off here before driving home. The whole family love it. The staff are so friendly and nice and the food is fresh and enjoyed by the whole family.

Usually don’t write reviews lol, but I had to this time! The customer service is top-notch, the portion sizes are generous, and the food is always on point. Their burger is a solid 10/10. Highly recommend!

I ate here with my friends yesterday evening and I've had one of the worst night's of my life with serious food poisoning I belive the Algerian sauce is what et caused it as my friends and I all ate the same except from the sauce, I belive I have salmonella and felt like it almost killed me last night. Now 24 hours on I am still unable to stomach any food. They need to take some serious thought into their kitchen and be more careful of cross contamination or throw things out before they go bad. I would avoid this place at all cost, I wouldn't wish the way I've been feeling upon my worst enemy.

Pretty stingy that a meal doesn't even come with 1 free dip or napkins

There is not much choice for halal options in the area, but I would definitely recommend this chicken cottage, Clean, prices are decent and normal variety you would expect,

The chips were nice but I didn't appreciate the hairs we found in the fillet burger or the cold tasteless gravy

Ordered food at 6.20 told it would arrive at 7.20. Now every time we look its getting later now saying it won't arrive until after 8pm. Wouldn't have ordered if I'd know. Awful service

Used to be great. Sad to see the old owner sold out but can't blame her. Good luck to her. However these new owners have NO customer service skills. The price has increased so much you have lost my business. Let's see how long you can last. Mugs. All the people that left good reviews please ammend these as you see fit once you return to this once great chicken shop. If I could give it minus star's I would. However google has forced me to choose 1 star. Mark my word's people

Me and my friends went to this shot today after a long day. We were very hungry and decided that chicken was what we needed so we came to this shop. The customer survive was absolutely amazing the woman that surged us was so lovey and even gave us free extra food. I definitely recommend the food was alos amazing and very cheap

Went on Sunday 14 August got a good friendly reception and prompt food service I will definitely be returning when I go to the sea beats bring own food.

First time using this chicken shop. We bought food for us and the 2 Grandchildren..the Staff were really helpful. The food was great , everyone enjoyed their meal.

The vege wrap was very good as were the chips. My husband had some ribs and they were cold near the middle, but usually they are spot on.

It took 45 mins to get a chicken fillet burger, wasn't told it would be that long when we paid. Shocking service and we got home and after waiting 45 mins you would think it would be nice but it was awful.
