Stopped off for a quick meal.It was dealt with efficiently and politely .

Whenever we visit Littlehampton we always stop off here before driving home. The whole family love it. The staff are so friendly and nice and the food is fresh and enjoyed by the whole family.

Usually don’t write reviews lol, but I had to this time! The customer service is top-notch, the portion sizes are generous, and the food is always on point. Their burger is a solid 10/10. Highly recommend!

I ate here with my friends yesterday evening and I've had one of the worst night's of my life with serious food poisoning I belive the Algerian sauce is what et caused it as my friends and I all ate the same except from the sauce, I belive I have salmonella and felt like it almost killed me last night. Now 24 hours on I am still unable to stomach any food. They need to take some serious thought into their kitchen and be more careful of cross contamination or throw things out before they go bad. I would avoid this place at all cost, I wouldn't wish the way I've been feeling upon my worst enemy.

Pretty stingy that a meal doesn't even come with 1 free dip or napkins

Good food but awful service. Ordered so many times and on many occasions have got my order completely wrong?! How difficult can it be?

There is not much choice for halal options in the area, but I would definitely recommend this chicken cottage, Clean, prices are decent and normal variety you would expect,

The chips were nice but I didn't appreciate the hairs we found in the fillet burger or the cold tasteless gravy

Ordered food at 6.20 told it would arrive at 7.20. Now every time we look its getting later now saying it won't arrive until after 8pm. Wouldn't have ordered if I'd know. Awful service

Used to be great. Sad to see the old owner sold out but can't blame her. Good luck to her. However these new owners have NO customer service skills. The price has increased so much you have lost my business. Let's see how long you can last. Mugs. All the people that left good reviews please ammend these as you see fit once you return to this once great chicken shop. If I could give it minus star's I would. However google has forced me to choose 1 star. Mark my word's people

Me and my friends went to this shot today after a long day. We were very hungry and decided that chicken was what we needed so we came to this shop. The customer survive was absolutely amazing the woman that surged us was so lovey and even gave us free extra food. I definitely recommend the food was alos amazing and very cheap

Went on Sunday 14 August got a good friendly reception and prompt food service I will definitely be returning when I go to the sea beats bring own food.

First time using this chicken shop. We bought food for us and the 2 Grandchildren..the Staff were really helpful. The food was great , everyone enjoyed their meal.

Great value for your money lovely staff and helpful

Does a really good portion size for chips. The staff were very kind and helped me to make the best decision for size and what to eat. The gentleman spent time making sure that I was happy whilst cooking and once he finished spent time talking to me. I would say that in terms of customer service I would give a 10 star and if it was a restaurant I would definitely sit in to have a nice meal. I have recommended here to other people who also love the food too. Definitely will be visiting more regularly.

Chicken was too pink for my liking, normally very good food from here, it wasn’t the usual lady working. I have tried to call but no answer.

It's okay, it's a fast food outlet, so everything is of a set standard, so you get what you pay for The place is clean and the staff are friendly and the service is good.

Prefer Chicken Cottage to KFC. My favourite is the lamb rib meal. However, if you buy a Chicken Meal they will add ribs for a small fee. I would highly recommend

The vege wrap was very good as were the chips. My husband had some ribs and they were cold near the middle, but usually they are spot on.

It took 45 mins to get a chicken fillet burger, wasn't told it would be that long when we paid. Shocking service and we got home and after waiting 45 mins you would think it would be nice but it was awful.
