Burger King in Arun

probably wouldn't order again due to distance, food wasn't very hot at all.

I need this order refunded. Not fit for human consumption. Straight in the bin. Food is frozen & milkshakes (1 of which was wrong) melted to slop.

After ordering my food it said there was 8 minutes until delivery but this stayed like this for over half an hour or more. Once we finally got the food it was stone cold and tasted awful. I’ll unlikely be using this again

Food wasn't too bad? It's Burger King, you know what you're getting.

Food arrived cold. Delivery driver didn’t come to door or get out his car. Called me upon arrival in order to get me to come out to his car.

Ordered quite late but still delivered and mostly hot

Order missing multiple items and cold

Never turned up, my partner went to pick it up in the end and the food was stone cold

First it said it will be 32 minutes, but then its gone and reset for another 11mins and again for another 10mins. So at the end it was nearly 50mins wait. By the time i got the order it was not hot enough...

The food came at 17:31 instead of 17:05 as it was stated. The food came out freezing cold and the ice cream was melted which shows it was just sat there for a while. When the delivery driver came to my door, he gave me problems about the “address being wrong” even though it obviously wasn’t wrong because he showed up to my house. He stated the address said 5 Sandpiper Road, but my address is 5 Viceroy House, Sanpiper Road. Overall terrible.

Delivery time changed 8 times when it actually arrived it was stone and inedible very poor

Quality was awful, food stone cold, cold drinks were warm and took forever to arrive. Along with a missing item.

Pay an extra pound for cheese on your burger and then don’t get the cheese.

Delivered half hour after original estimated time, chips and nuggets were cold.

Here’s what they say you’ll get versus what you actually get… also everything is smaller now… cheeseburger patty is literally paper thin and a bacon double fits in the palm of your hand with space around it!!

Food was cold when it finally arrived and was missing a drink. Never ever again will I use the just eat app again. The delivery man was very rude when arriving. Avoid at all costs

saying delivered at 19:25, it's 19:14 right now and nothing has arrived. Noone answers phone joke

always quick and efficient , delivery drivers are always great at what they do, food is piping hot still when it gets to me and the prices are so good for what they offer !!

Our food arrived an hour late. We made quite a big order of nearly £40 and it turned out to be cold when delivered. When I said I hope this isn’t cold to the driver he quickly walked off.

1 dip was missing from order, apart from that it was good

Food never arrived. Driver marked it as delivered, but I never received anything. Not the restaurant's fault, but whoever the driver is should be ashamed and reprimanded.

Usually it arrives quickly and is still hot, but we ordered last on a friday night which i understand is a busy night but it was barely warm and was much later than first stated.

The problem was not so much the food was late, but that it prob sat in the bag waiting for a driver for 20+ minutes, plus actual delivery time, and so burger was cold, halloumi fries were cold + incredibly soggy, and ice cream was almost all melted.

I ordered a Double Whopper + 1 extra Patty. Instead I got a single whopper.

Food received was not as described, burgers were very small , not good quality, especially for the amount charged, won’t use Burger King again !

Absolutely shocked they can call themselves burger king. Got a bacon double cheese burger the same size as a mini fillet from kfc got charged 7.59 and the best thing was the drink. The chips tasted stale, but what a pathetic excuse for a burger. Will not be going back 👎

Both bacon double cheeseburgers missing. Only received the chips. Cannot contact anyone only request a refund which is denied!. What did arrive was barely warm. £55 and only two people ate!!!

The delivery driver went to the wrong house then drove off without handing me my food. I called him to get my food and he was rude and didn’t even apologise to me for being late with my food and driving off without handing it to me. Food was freezing cold as well because he took so long.

The burger I had was good but the service was slow and the table dirty. They seem more keen on drive through orders and click and collect than customers in the restaurant.

The food we order and the food we got was not correct, some items were missing, it was over an hour and half late. When I phoned the restaurant they said there was nothing they could do. When our food finally turned up it was all cold.

Walked in at 9:40 , they open for 9:00, I’m awaiting service , kitchen worker can see me but decides to just look away once I look back hoping to be served on the tills, waste of time and personally , I’ll let maccies have my money mate

I'd like to be able to tip after my order arrived. Not sure if that feature is already available and I just can't see it, but would be a nice feature for rewarding a good delivery driver. Top marks otherwise.

Order was missing all the food items. Bag just contained drinks. Rang up to complain and given option to collect at store - no - that’s why we use the app!

Hello i order from just eat just 2 days ago and one order didnt come at all on online banking it was showing me that card was declined, on tracking order its show that order have been deliver and i didnt get 1st order, and i order again same order.
