Says delivered but its not been delivered

I order an extra burger patty, making it a triple. However, it wasn't included, so I was charged for an item I did not receive. The rest of the food was fine.

Food never delivered, no option to speak to anyone

Quality was awful, food stone cold, cold drinks were warm and took forever to arrive. Along with a missing item.

My order has not been delivered. It is showing as delivered 17:34 and it is now 18:07 and I have NOT received my order

Did not recieve food despite the tracker saying they were outside.

Pay an extra pound for cheese on your burger and then don’t get the cheese.

Couldn’t find address. Map is not accurate shows wrong house address pinpoint.

Delivered half hour after original estimated time, chips and nuggets were cold.

Here’s what they say you’ll get versus what you actually get… also everything is smaller now… cheeseburger patty is literally paper thin and a bacon double fits in the palm of your hand with space around it!!

Food was cold when it finally arrived and was missing a drink. Never ever again will I use the just eat app again. The delivery man was very rude when arriving. Avoid at all costs

saying delivered at 19:25, it's 19:14 right now and nothing has arrived. Noone answers phone joke

always quick and efficient , delivery drivers are always great at what they do, food is piping hot still when it gets to me and the prices are so good for what they offer !!

courier was excellent. order was wrong and didn't get free chilli cheese bites

Normally very good but late this time and wrong burger received.

Our food arrived an hour late. We made quite a big order of nearly £40 and it turned out to be cold when delivered. When I said I hope this isn’t cold to the driver he quickly walked off.

1 dip was missing from order, apart from that it was good

It wasn’t ‘late’ as such but the delivery time was moved back twice

Food was nice Overall cleanliness good but tables and floor were not very clean

It’s nice to have Hot food for a change. I’ve been using a Rival delivery service that no matter how much you pay to get a faster delivery the food always turned up cold. Thank you

Food never arrived. Driver marked it as delivered, but I never received anything. Not the restaurant's fault, but whoever the driver is should be ashamed and reprimanded.

Usually it arrives quickly and is still hot, but we ordered last on a friday night which i understand is a busy night but it was barely warm and was much later than first stated.

The problem was not so much the food was late, but that it prob sat in the bag waiting for a driver for 20+ minutes, plus actual delivery time, and so burger was cold, halloumi fries were cold + incredibly soggy, and ice cream was almost all melted.

I ordered a Double Whopper + 1 extra Patty. Instead I got a single whopper.

Food received was not as described, burgers were very small , not good quality, especially for the amount charged, won’t use Burger King again !

Absolutely shocked they can call themselves burger king. Got a bacon double cheese burger the same size as a mini fillet from kfc got charged 7.59 and the best thing was the drink. The chips tasted stale, but what a pathetic excuse for a burger. Will not be going back 👎

Both bacon double cheeseburgers missing. Only received the chips. Cannot contact anyone only request a refund which is denied!. What did arrive was barely warm. £55 and only two people ate!!!

The delivery driver went to the wrong house then drove off without handing me my food. I called him to get my food and he was rude and didn’t even apologise to me for being late with my food and driving off without handing it to me. Food was freezing cold as well because he took so long.

The burger I had was good but the service was slow and the table dirty. They seem more keen on drive through orders and click and collect than customers in the restaurant.

Lovely place never over busy, easy to order at counter, good food good service. Great for a wee lunch/brunch anytime of the week.

The food we order and the food we got was not correct, some items were missing, it was over an hour and half late. When I phoned the restaurant they said there was nothing they could do. When our food finally turned up it was all cold.

I'd like to be able to tip after my order arrived. Not sure if that feature is already available and I just can't see it, but would be a nice feature for rewarding a good delivery driver. Top marks otherwise.

Walked in at 9:40 , they open for 9:00, I’m awaiting service , kitchen worker can see me but decides to just look away once I look back hoping to be served on the tills, waste of time and personally , I’ll let maccies have my money mate

Order was missing all the food items. Bag just contained drinks. Rang up to complain and given option to collect at store - no - that’s why we use the app!

Hello i order from just eat just 2 days ago and one order didnt come at all on online banking it was showing me that card was declined, on tracking order its show that order have been deliver and i didnt get 1st order, and i order again same order.

It’s been one of my best experiences, good and fast service, quality food.

Never got delivered! I want my money back please.

Good place, a bit dirty at the evening

the drink was as warm as the food, but 2 hours in the fridge took care of that. other han that, it was delicious food, and good timing on the delivery.

The food was ok but for a fast food place it was very slow. I saw the food in the warmer and it was there for about 15 minutes before it was put in a bag and then on a tray. I forgot to buy some mayo so got in the qué to buy some but no one was serving. There was someone Infront of me but I went up to the counter to ask if anyone was serving. One man left as he was waiting so long a young man served the man Infront and then me I paid for four mayos and had the change practically throne at me. I also asked if we could have our drinks while we were waiting for the food when we got the food the burgers were warm the chips were hot but the service was very bad we won't be back here again. The problem is all fast foods places are more interest in doing the food orders for takeaway and delivery that the people who come in to eat in the restaurant.

The burgers get smaller, and the prices get bigger. Please stop shrinking my food!

On filling in the order I put a note on for seedless bun due to intolerance, When order arrived both buns were seeded When the children went to drink their drinks one was only half fun. Burgers squished, ice cream put next to hot food .. so cold
