Food was lovely and nice and hot

Sweat and sour chicken balls are not very nice . The chicken tastes very processed, they need to do something about them . Otherwise the rest of what we ordered was good 👍

Worst chinese i have had , all stone cold , 2 of the same dishes , special fried rice with one prawn in it , stating if ypu spend a cwrtain amout which we did £54 you would get free prawn crackers like most chinese restaurants do they did not ,

I ordered my usual Spicy King Prawns & Peppercorn Salt which was yummy. It has around 9 large prawns in batter, lots of red chillies & onions packed full of flavour. I would certainly recommend you trying it as I feel you would enjoy it if you like spicy foods. The delivery drivers are friendly & professional.

The food was not its best and to spend £50 on chineese and not get free prawn crackers is an insult

Really quick delivery , rang before knocking the door as we have dogs and the kids where going bed. Food was hot and fresh and wasnt overloaded with vegetables.

The sweet and sour chicken balls were tasteless and didn’t seem to contain chicken as they were full of some kind of meat mush! The chow mein was served without onions as requested but seemed to be made up of old and fresh noodles going by the colours as well as various bits of chicken which seemed to have been doused with some kind of flavouring. Again, tasteless and dry! I had forgotten why I hadn’t ordered from here for a long time! Won’t make the same mistake again.

Chicken balls with curry sauce review. OMG the batter was Fresh with a hint of spice . Its the tastiest batter ive ever tasted. Please never change your recipe. Its so hard to find a decent chinese take away that actually makes beautifull food. So many more little touches they could add to delivery customers . Serviettes would be nice. You deserve 5 stars alone just for the chicken balls and remarkable service

Food tasted old. Chicken balls were chewy and definitely not fresh, as was the crispy chilli beef. Prawn crackers and chips were old and stale. Our chicken with cashews in yellow bean sauce had no cashews inside. Overall very disappointing.

This restaurant has very good staff, the food is also very good and they also take care of cleanliness etc. This is a very good rest.

The delivery driver tried to make us make a payment of our food when it was already paid for. The restaurant was very professional, food was up to standard it was just the driver we were very unhappy about, the rate is based on the driver NOT the restaurant.

I had an amazing experience at Jasmine hitchin last night. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the smoked salmon, and the service was top-notch.

Delivery was 30 minutes late. The order confirmation showed 35min-50min and the food arrived in 1h:25min. It wasn't a rush hour when I made the order. The food was cold when it arrived. The worst Beef in Satay sauce and eggs fried rice I have ever had. The aromatic duck pancakes came without the cucumber and the spring onions In general, very poor quality food and service.

Did not receive prawn crackers ordered paid which are a favourite, chilli beef had no flavour, they dont have special fried rice as other places which is always disappointing, but just not great tonight and was for my sons birthday treat

Did not like the food tonight: it felt like it was a load of leftovers put together - chicken curry was watery, the Singapore dishes were way too hot and the whole order was lukewarm; time to order from another place I think - disappointed.

The wrong hose number was in the order, 186. When i rang to see where the delivery was they said it had been delivered to a couple, my next door neighbours. They wouldnt have been able to give the security code, but handed over the meal.

Ordered the Vegan options. It was beyond burger cut in pieces in sauce. Terrible! No beancurd options

Delivery was 40 minutes late (total wait of 1hr 30mins). Delivery driver not remotely apologetic at the door, even after we had called to see where our food was. Food itself was rubbish, lamb ribs were grey and chewy with no flavour. Beef chow mein noodles were also flavourless, whilst the beef looked like grey pieces of leather. Waste of £16, all I could do whilst eating was dream about the food I could have got for the same price at other takeaways in Hitchin.

Undercooked duck that looked slimy. Undercooked lamb ribs were rubbery with no flavour. Prawn toast thick and rubbery, tasted like it was reheated. auce thick with zero flavour. The most disgusting Chinese takeaway I've ever had, so disappointing.

Rubbish Chinese. Wont be using them again. Everything looks the same in the sauces. Hardly any flavour or taste. Also had to spend more than £35 to get prawn crackers and they didn’t even bother putting them in. Wasted my money!

I honestly don't know how this place gets any good reviews. I have ordered a few times over the years. I always leave it a good long while before trying again in the hope that there's some improvement. There hasn't been. The order turns up so quickly that nothing can be cooked fresh. Which leaves me wondering how long before has it been cooked. It's just such poor quality. I can cool better rice at home. Dishes smelt funny too. This is the last time I'll ever order from here.

chicken balls were rubbery, chicken chow mein was cold and really dark and chicken in it was slimey as if it had been re heated, sweet and sour sauce was really thick like it would go the day after you have it and really dark and tasteless, only good thing was the egg fried rice and prawn crackers.

Food was ok but could have had more spice and flavour. The quantity of Lamb spare ribs was small. I was very impressed by quick delivery.
