Chicken balls with curry sauce review. OMG the batter was Fresh with a hint of spice . Its the tastiest batter ive ever tasted. Please never change your recipe. Its so hard to find a decent chinese take away that actually makes beautifull food. So many more little touches they could add to delivery customers . Serviettes would be nice. You deserve 5 stars alone just for the chicken balls and remarkable service

Absolutely horrible. Bland and tasteless food. Almost tasted a bit chemically. There are much better Chinese places in Hitchin.

Ordered fried rice and chicken chow mein. Fried rice stinks and give only taste of egg but chicken chow mein was ok .Fried rice is very salty and didn’t give any flavours of chicken fried rice .

Just awful food! Only sweet and sour chicken was “eatable”, the rest just goes to waste bin! Please, avoid!

First time trying here and also the last, our personal experience doesn’t reflect what others have said. Crispy beef tasted bitter and looked dark in colour, cooked in old oil and you could taste it. Noodles ok but crispy prawns and chips were far from crispy, sealed containers made it all soggy by the time it was delivered.

Food was got collected before estimated time, all the food soggy not crispy and one dish under cooked, flavour was ok so shame it was ruined by by either cooking to quickly or not enough heat!

Good customer service. Will try it again.

We regularly order from Jasmine and the food is fantastic every time. Our latest order was very large and they called to say they would deliver free of charge. When it arrived it was still piping hot and tasted great!

Well over 2 hours to get food delivered! Second time this has happened but gave them a 2nd chance - told it wouldn't happen again. I won't be using them again.

Food was delivered almost an hour late and they were quite rude on the phone

The food was 45 minutes late, I had to call to chase the food. They gave a complementary bottle of coke but missed prawn toast off the order and most of the dishes were cold, crispy duck was very dry. They did not refund me any of the money or discount the delivery. Hugely disappointed and I used to use Jasmine a lot.

Always lovely - have ordered from here a few times and is always fresh, not oily at all and good sized portions!! Delivery is on time and never has any issues with orders.

delivery was late, which gave me less than 10 minutes to eat before returning to work. The restaurant did call me to warn me and the food was still hot when it was delivered thankfully.

It's great to find a Chinese Takeaway which delivers both good portions and good flavours.

Very disappointing. Chicken chow mein had very little chicken in it. The sweet and sour chicken balls were solid, with rubbery batter. Despite on time delivery some of the dishes were only just warm. Overpriced and not very enjoyable.

Food was cold when it arrived and my drink was missing

Sadly not very good quality, crispy beef was more tough than crispy. Singapore noodles just tasted of turmeric. Rest didn’t have much flavour so sadly wouldn’t be ordering from here again

Singapore chow mein was probably the worst one I’ve ever had, noodles weird and just didn’t resemble the dish at all, 3/10. However the Singapore rice was beautiful easily one of best locally around here perfect ratio of meat to rice so would give it a good 9/10. Will order from here again and try some other dishes

Delievery kept changing then saying delivered phones have been off for a few hours now no one to call. Then time changed to a new delivery time then that time passed then said order complete again. And again phones are off.

Very late / driver had no idea where our address was and had to physically go find them.

Cold and overcooked prawns. Beef chow mein was dry and tasteless. Driver sat in car, called to say he was here. Terrible food and worst delivery driver ever.

Chow mein was good. Spring rolls were a bit oily, but tasted ok. Thai curry was too thin and didn't taste good.

Food was really good, i order here often before work. The staff are good reasonable people.

Unfortunately the food is not as good as it used to be. Too much clear garlic sauce and salt. Carrots, onions, green onion, chicken and beef on the special rice… not a mushroom, greens or water chestnut in sight.

Not the nicest of Chinese I’ve had far too many onions in the dishes all you can taste is onions. It lacked any other flavour shame!

I ordered my usual Spicy King Prawns & Peppercorn Salt which was yummy. It has around 9 large prawns in batter, lots of red chillies & onions packed full of flavour. I would certainly recommend you trying it as I feel you would enjoy it if you like spicy foods. The delivery drivers are friendly & professional.

Really quick delivery , rang before knocking the door as we have dogs and the kids where going bed. Food was hot and fresh and wasnt overloaded with vegetables.

The sweet and sour chicken balls were tasteless and didn’t seem to contain chicken as they were full of some kind of meat mush! The chow mein was served without onions as requested but seemed to be made up of old and fresh noodles going by the colours as well as various bits of chicken which seemed to have been doused with some kind of flavouring. Again, tasteless and dry! I had forgotten why I hadn’t ordered from here for a long time! Won’t make the same mistake again.
