The chow mien and sweet and sour chicken was lovely but wasn’t overly impressed with the prawn toast. It was over cooked and very dry.

Did not receive prawn crackers ordered paid which are a favourite, chilli beef had no flavour, they dont have special fried rice as other places which is always disappointing, but just not great tonight and was for my sons birthday treat

Did not like the food tonight: it felt like it was a load of leftovers put together - chicken curry was watery, the Singapore dishes were way too hot and the whole order was lukewarm; time to order from another place I think - disappointed.

The wrong hose number was in the order, 186. When i rang to see where the delivery was they said it had been delivered to a couple, my next door neighbours. They wouldnt have been able to give the security code, but handed over the meal.

Undercooked duck that looked slimy. Undercooked lamb ribs were rubbery with no flavour. Prawn toast thick and rubbery, tasted like it was reheated. auce thick with zero flavour. The most disgusting Chinese takeaway I've ever had, so disappointing.

Rubbish Chinese. Wont be using them again. Everything looks the same in the sauces. Hardly any flavour or taste. Also had to spend more than £35 to get prawn crackers and they didn’t even bother putting them in. Wasted my money!

I honestly don't know how this place gets any good reviews. I have ordered a few times over the years. I always leave it a good long while before trying again in the hope that there's some improvement. There hasn't been. The order turns up so quickly that nothing can be cooked fresh. Which leaves me wondering how long before has it been cooked. It's just such poor quality. I can cool better rice at home. Dishes smelt funny too. This is the last time I'll ever order from here.

chicken balls were rubbery, chicken chow mein was cold and really dark and chicken in it was slimey as if it had been re heated, sweet and sour sauce was really thick like it would go the day after you have it and really dark and tasteless, only good thing was the egg fried rice and prawn crackers.

Food was ok but could have had more spice and flavour. The quantity of Lamb spare ribs was small. I was very impressed by quick delivery.

whenever I have used justeat they have always been cheerful polite and much earlier than estimated time.

My friend recommended this Chinese best Chinese in town to many options to choose . Best customer service they make changes to my order when I call them and given free prawn crackers too . Thank you for quality food and best service 😍😍

unfortunately, my meal was a disappointment. I'm genuinely not one to moan when it comes to food, but my Crispy shredded beef was the chewiest bit of beef I've ever had and the chicken balls weren't overly great either.I'm rating the quality of the food a 2* only because the Sauces on both dishes were actually quite good but the meat itself was comfortably a 1/5. Perhaps a bad day in the kitchen, it happens. Will order once more to see whether it improves but if it doesn't I won't order agaon

Amazing takeway in hitchin town.

I really liked the salt and pepper dishes, I liked the gao curry, the dish was spicy and tasty. the only dish wasn't so keen on was the gravy in the duck and mushrooms.

Waited over an hour and a half for my food only to have the phone put down on me twice plus the person on the phone spoke so quickly that I couldn't understand him. Very disappointed especially as you pay £4 for delivery. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ASK ME

Chicken balls with curry sauce review. OMG the batter was Fresh with a hint of spice . Its the tastiest batter ive ever tasted. Please never change your recipe. Its so hard to find a decent chinese take away that actually makes beautifull food. So many more little touches they could add to delivery customers . Serviettes would be nice. You deserve 5 stars alone just for the chicken balls and remarkable service

The meat options were brilliant. The vegan beef is just a beef burger broken up into a sauce. It was inedible. A real shame considering how many great mock meats are in Chinese cuisine, or just a simple bean curd would be better than that.

I have a very sensitive tum but this Chinese food was cooked well & used only fresh ingredients. Very tasty, good size portions and delivered on time. Very happy & jasmine will now be my regular takeaway. Extremely good standard

Noodles was nice however everything else was very greasy, sweet and sour sauce and black bean sauce was very thick and gloopy. Personally wouldn’t order again.

Worst Chinese, the ckiken was rubbery. The lamb ribs only had 3 pieces and was mostly fat and the ribs sauce was not bqqs sauce more like gravey

I ordered a few dishes. I didn't like any of them. chicken balls did not seem fresh, satay and black bean were congealed. Chicken fried rice is the worst I have had from any local chinese. Sadly, will not order again. Sweet and sour sauce was quite nice though. No prawn crackers added for a £39 order either.

Have ordered previously from Jasmine however we were a bit dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The chickens balls were made with reformed chicken and not whole pieces of chicken as previously received. The sauce of the beef in black bean sauce was extremely thick and gloopy and the beef was somewhat chewy. The remaining dishes were good.

Food wasn’t very hot , like warm at best, we had a range of meals, chicken fried rice was ok, hot spicy prawns food, 2 special chow mein which we very bland and very dry, chips very overcooked, and lastly the crispy beef was more soft and chewy than crispy, very disappointing meal.

the food was late only because the driver was using apple maps which takes them to the wrong location. please let them know to use Google maps as this will get them to the correct location.

Absolutely vile… used to be the best Chinese in Hitchin, is now easily the worst. Had to throw away £40 of food as it was completely inedible.

I think it is different people running it now. Food was disgusting and has been for a few weeks now. They also refused too give me my change at my door nearly £3. He said sorry i dont have change. I rang up the shop and they said they would bring me my money and never did!!! Alot of people are complaining about this place now so avoid at all costs!
