You won't get better value for food here. Great food lovely owner and staff, and, to be honest, it's a no brainer with mains for around a fiver home cooked and filling if you haven't tried the food here what are you waiting for! Do it!

Belly buster breakfast with a cup of tea was well worth the £5.50. I'll definitely be going back.

Called for breakfast . Hidden gem this one £4.50 for a medium English and 50p to add a drink .. was spot on highly recommend. As my photo shows I didn't leave much on my plate (not like me) 🙃 Only reason for the 4 stars is the access . Its up a steep flight of stairs with no visible disable access.

Steep narrow stairs up to the cafe on the first floor. Only one WC toilet for everyone. Cheap prices but will not return.

The bad 1st it's upstairs so might not be accessable to all and worst of all on our 3rd visit the man serving was making rolly cigarettes up on the counter not a good sight ! Now the good it's cheap and they serve great breakfasts. Unfortunately because of the cigarettes we won't be back a real shame.

Belly buster breakfast is top notch, been here a few times for food. Mince and dumplings is also a hit. Reasonably priced menu and plenty variety on the menu to choose from so you’ll never be stuck for choice. Jans super helpful service is excellent

So wasn't expecting to find this gem of a place. Clean and friendly, food cooked to order and during this horrible 2020 pandemic they are taking everything very seriously. Brilliant

Very disappointing service, waited 20 minutes, only to be told that they forgot my order!!! Waited for meal against better judgement, it was mediocre. Excuse was that one of the experienced ladies had retired and replacement was learning the ropes!

20 min wait after ordering, then get told there's a item missing off my breakfast which they didn't offer extra bacon or anything and I still got charged full price! Also when I finally got my order it was freezing cold.. Can't believe that they have five star food rating!! Never going back here ever
