Not even been delivered. Can’t drivers read addresses properly

Has always lovely cakes the iced fingers are the best around I sometimes cut mine and put jam inside my brother and family were treated to these a while ago and he said the same best around shame they don’t do plain drippers 😩he be a regular then come on janes pantry think of all those people who don’t or can’t eat fruit 🙏🏽 🥺 prices have risen slightly But has I said once before the cakes etc are huge So you get your moneys worth……….. Hope janes read this review

Not impressed with my order of Sausage roll & “ traditional” meat pasty. Pastry used for sausage roll tasted strongly of butter( too much butter) so is extremely high in saturated fats. The pasty wasn’t traditional at all and instead had a low quality very flakey pastry. All in all it’s a no from me

Brilliant sandwiches, amazing cakes and pastries. Friendly staff, and very well priced. Fully recommend the Creme egg brownie, before they leave after Easter!

Rolls instead of the bread we asked for. Two sandwiches were incorrect.

A bit late with review but can’t recommend janes pantry enough the cakes are the best around you get your moneys worth…….. Just wish they did plain drippers and honey/sticky buns like the old cake shops did I think they would sell well

As usual order was quite right, last week not tomato in salad and this week white not homemeal bread. Still great quality though 👌

Love this cake shop and the cakes my on thing Is to much fruit in buns and drippers could be a bit Less and I’ve family who would use this place if they would do plain drippers I myself prefer plain but some people don’t like fruit ☹️at all and it’s a shame has I think 🧐 it would be a big seller 💰

Bacon and cheese turnover was awful! Had one piece of streaky bacon in it and dry, hard grated cheese on the top, was literally all pastry basically no bacon or cheese! Sausage roll was alright. Definitely not worth the money.

Chicken salad wasn’t to bad but to big for one person could do with 2 sizes really other wise food wasted what also would be nice is baby toms instead of the beef tomatoes 🍅 has they make the salad soggy especially cucumber 🥒 I had a tuna sandwich which I didn’t really eat the mixture was way to runny to much mayo plus not everyone likes mayo I don’t do I asked only for a bit to bind it together but has I thought it had already been made up and used for all…… can’t fault the cakes tho

Unfortunately all 3 hot pastries were missing from our order. Otherwise good though.

I do like this cake shop one of the best and not stingy on ingredients raisins etc but I feel the synthetic donuts or real cream ones need more jam On them not just decorate jam and I’d love to see honey buns back in our cake shops

Me and my partner both loved our salads, delicious! Daughter enjoyed her sandwich too. Will definitely be ordering again. Just would be nice to have the option to pay by cash also

Lovely iced fingers especially with sprinkles on just a pity they couldn’t slice open and put jam n synthetic cream inside just like our old cake shop used to do back in the 80s

All good 😊 one if not the best cake shops around Cheltenham and glos l know people say it’s expensive £2.50 for a snail bun but it’s worth it👍👍

I did ask for the cakes to be boxed but it came in bags and one box tho I’d of put the more delicate cakes in the box they choose to bag so a bit frustrating 🧁🍩 but has always lovely big cakes with plenty of fruit in them I think it’s a bit to much 🍇🫐

Maybe a tad expensive 🤑but the cakes etc are double in size and always always fresh plus they keep for a good couple days in the boxes/bags and recently I have popped a couple of snail buns in freezer and then defrosted overnight

Cheese and onion pasty was disappointing...Never had a pasty where the cheese was all outside on the top with none inside! It was just a very stodgy mash potato & onion filling, no seasoning. Cheese and tomato pizza was dry, again with no seasoning!. Flapjack sad and unappetizing, not golden or appealing at all.

Waited 20 minutes for a cup of tea. 30 minutes for a sandwich and only 3 other tables waiting. 2 tables asked for their food to take away, they’d been waiting so long. No whole meal bread even though there was some for sale on the counter. No tuna Mayo left and it was only 12,30. Had chicken Mayo and way way too much Mayo, couldn’t eat it. Tables not cleared, staff wondering around achieving absolutely nothing despite not even being busy. There were at least 5 of them! No direction or leadership. No one doing one thing and not one thing getting done! No one on the floor greeting customers who are definitely not a priority. No one taking orders. Everyone stood behind the counter. It’s such a shame as it’s a lovely place.

The best cheese sandwich in Cheltenham

I love the Sandwiches from Jane’s Pantry, always full to bursting with fillings and really tasty! I’m also a huge fan of their cheese straws, great to satisfy my cravings. What I love the most though is that Jane’s Pantry never want to disappoint. A couple of times they have run out of the item I ordered, they always substitute with something equally tasty and always with a note of apology! A great way to show they care! 💝

Lovely cakes has always and huge people say it’s to Pricey but not when you look at the portion sizes Are double the size of any other cake shops so divide in half and no dearer if your that tight…..

I’ve always rated janes pantry has one of the Best cake shops around these days and order Frequently but today's order is disappointing my Elderly mother loves the chicken salad and the Bowl is normally bursting but not today there are items missing from the salad cucumber 🥒and tomato 🍅

Bacon was salty and sausages bland in the bap - but the sausage roll was delicious.

Forgot this little place of heaven existed! Great treat lunch!

Can’t fault this bakery lovely food and the best Snail buns around and drippers are lush just a shame they only do fruit drippers so many people Miss out☹️

The doughnuts from here are the best - absolutely delicious and they don't scrimp on the jam! Also the sausage rolls and steak bakes are tasty. Love coming in here, the ladies are so friendly and I always leave with a smile 😃

I agree with those reviewers who have mentioned the sandwiches; they do not hold back on the filling or the thick cut slices of bread. Amazing value for money. And the hot bakes are always exceptional. The steak bake, and recently the steak and stilton pasty (I have a thing for steak) are both sooooooo delicious. Plus the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. No wonder there's a queue outside most of the time.

No idea what the foods like but the fat bird driving round Cheltenham tailgating, driving close enough to smell her breath and waving abuse because I was doing the speed limit with my young daughter in my car I think I will give the food a miss!

3 items were missing from the order and 1 item was incorrect. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up orders.

Ohhhhh the sandwiches.... oh those sandwiches!!! Fantastic amount of filling!! And then the rest of the bakery items... just go and enjoy trying not to droole over it all.

Second time I've ordered a bacon bap and received a bacon sandwich that was cold

Ironic that you should be just up the road from Parsons The Bakery.... The young girl who made my roll, and advised me on the meal deal, was bang on. She mad a brilliant 5 cheese baguette and it was brilliant. I was going to say, send her along to parsons and get her to show them how it should be done..Top quality food.. thanks.. I will most definitely be back when in the area.

Absolutely useless don’t send what you ordered. Ordered a bacon bap and they sent me a sausage one! Not the first time either. The food is ok, they’re just rubbish at home delivery. 1/5*

I ordered a chicken mayonnaise salad, which arrived but they left out the chicken mayonnaise…. This platform only gives you the option to say you are unhappy and something was damaged or missing but not enough to give this level of detail. The platform has given me my Money back, but that seems a bit unfair… I still get to eat just not what I ordered… the may have been a middle ground. I tried to call the restaurant but they didn’t answer or allow me to leave a message so….
