Alex, Amy, Tania and Micha was fantastic hosts and made the evening enjoyable!

No bitters. Pizzas possibly too fancy (need some classics). Had to wait for service whilst barman finished chat with mate.

Thought staff were very rude and not very attentive. Was stood at the bar for 5 minutes while two staff behind the bar didn't take any orders.

Not the best experience...firstly, not all the drinks menu uploaded online so we ordered from what was available. Then one item was not available so we were told we can only choose within the same type of drink (beers). Finally got the cocktails menu and ask if they can change to one in the menu, they said no. Then it was the 2for10 cocktails written everywhere, when asked they said they changed the menu and that's no longer available....not nice altogether. Maybe it is nice for local people. We just visited for the day from London.

I had my 40th birthday party at The Jam Garden and Tania and the team pulled out all the stops! Everyone was so friendly, the drinks selection was great and the pizzas catered for all dietary requirements. We were checked on a few times to make sure everything was going well and the area outside sectioned off for about 50 of us was perfect! Would definitely recommend this spot for parties of any size and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much!

Tanya was incredibly warm & welcoming, nothing was an issue (dietary requirements etc) and we had a lovely evening relaxing and catching up. Lily made us beautiful food - all freshly made - pizza & 2 different salads, and, well, we were just travelers passing through, but this is the sort of place makes me wish I was a local!

They’re back baby ! We’ve frequented the Jam Garden (and the Orange Tree before it) for over 25 years and now that Tania is running the show it’s absolutely back to its best. Interesting drinks, great food and the Quiz Nights are a blast. We’ve got a reason for nights out in Loughborough again !

Staff and owners are extremely pleasant, make you feel very welcome. Great garden, especially in the summer it’s a sun trap as well as cosy when it gets darker. Plenty of people saying it should be open later for where it is

We always receive a warm welcome from Tania, Sophie and the rest of the team. Today was no exception. We only nipped in for a quick pint, but were then tempted by the cocktail menu and the first Long-Island Iced Tea was so good, we stayed for a second one. We will be back soon.

Absolutely fantastic service, the bar staff are so friendly, the cocktails and food are out of this world, the manager tania is absolutely delightful. Me and my friends usually pop in after a long week at work on a Friday to decompress, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Delightful lunch. Great atmosphere. Lovely staff. We had 'pizza of the month' which was Chicken Ceasar Salad and it was absolutely delicious. A lovely visit!

Met Tania today and she was so lovely 10/10 service. So kind and caring definitely will be visiting again. Also the cocktails are great here and not expensive.

I’ve never felt more comfortable or safe as I did when I came here, the staff were warm and friendly especially Tania, will definitely be coming back as often as I can, would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I didn't have food so I didn't give it a star. The atmosphere is really relaxed, chilled and spacious.. I had 5 cocktails made by tania and they were absolutely beltin😀

I have been to the Jam Garden several times, and have always found that it was such a lovely pub. When I went in today though it was an even better experience. I think she might be the owner, but the woman behind the bar (her name was Tania) was so lovely to talk to - she made me feel safe and was so wonderful and chatty and just made my experience there 1000 times better. I would seriously recommend this pub, and if you can, say hi to Tania, because she will make your day

We had my daughter's birthday party in the decked outdoor area, that was roped off just for us and we had the most fantastic time! Tania, Sophie and all the staff couldn't do enough for us before hand and on the day! Pizzas were amazing and everyone commented on how nice they were. The atmosphere was great, made even better later by the DJ that was on. Couldn't recommend enough...great staff, great food, great selection of drinks what more do you need!

My favourite pub in Loughborough, love the big beer garden. The staff are always so friendly and the quiz night is brilliant. Great range of cocktails, and the pizzas are amazing.

We enjoyed our lunch last Monday and appreciated the 2-4-1 offer. The garden was lovely on the very hot day with plenty of shady seating. (The benches are not very comfortable)

A great pub with great atmosphere, we enjoyed seeing Tuxedo Swing play in the garden, and watching the Euros. Although a bigger TV would have made the experience even more enjoyable, this is one of my favourite pubs in Loughborough thanks to the atmosphere and friendly staff.

Rarely come out in Loughborough, as I'm a bit of a 50+ year old grumpy sausage, who doesnt want to be in a student pub. Really enjoyed this place as there was a good mix of ages, even folk older than me ;) The only other place I go to in town is The Organ Grinder, but now I have a new solid option. Well done Tania, Sophie and team!

Very good service from the team. Especially from Rowan who was very friendly and made great cocktails. We had the pizza deal which is great value and tasty to. I would recommend coming to try the pizza. Definitely worth a visit in my opinion.

Had amazing vegan pizza at the Jam Garden, and the kids pizza meal deal was great value. We were served by Alex and she was fantastic, as were all the staff. Great with the kids too.

Told me they ran out of food 45 min after I ordered. Couldn’t refund me on my credit card…

I bought half a pint of ale and it tasted like vinegar. It had obviously gone stale but as I was imminently visiting the theatre I hadn't time to return it as it took so long to serve in the first place.

Lunch today.... No record of booking nor food order despite follow-up enquiries so not checking emails. Slow service to begin with. My food was extremely poor - mine a tasteless, unimaginative salad that wasn't fresh, the garlic bread was so overbaked it was like rock with little taste of garlic. £4.50 for a pint of coke.... Terrible - avoid at all costs.

On Google, you say you close at 1am but we had drums ringing in our ears, TWICE, by noat 11:15pm and we're told it was last orders at 11:30pm. We were then ushered out at 11:55am. Pretty rubbish for a Friday night. In conclusion, please update your opening hours on Google.
