Away on business, stumbled upon this pub. The atmosphere is lively, and it has great outside space in the beer garden. The food is very tasty and I had the pleasure of outstanding service from Tania. Thanks for a great night.

Bed fairly comfortable but very noisy until early hours. Would not recommend if you need to sleep.

Visited with servere allergens ( celiac and dairy free ) the man behind the bar Sam was really helpful in detailing the potenial hazards for me and explained the menu in such a way to ensure my own safety. Cheap food, good allergen alternatives and friendly staff. Will definitely be returning :)

Went out of their way to make extremely nice cocktails even if they weren’t on the menu. Lexi was extremely friendly and gave amazing service. The owners even came over and spoke to us showing they are an extremely friendly environment.

Love the Jam Garden! The food is always lovely, there’s such a large variety of drinks (some great cocktails!), and the atmosphere is lovely :) You’re always treated well, the owner is so lovely and service is great! Whenever I’m thinking of somewhere to have a drink - either for a birthday or for when Loughborough recently had a bomb scare and my work had to be evacuated, The Jam Garden is always my first thought and first port of call! We’re at the Jam Garden today for my husbands birthday and Lil’s food is lovely, and the service has been superb!

Not even worth 1 star, went there for a garden party, was queuing for 45min before making it to the front of the bar. Then at the front of the bar was waiting for 10min while watching the two bartenders serve and manage the crowd as poorly as possible. As someone who served at the busiest pub in luff and watch them it was atrocious. Gave it 10min of waiting at the front of the bar before I had enough. Left and had two drinks at the griff in the time it took me to queue up to get in. Atmosphere of the garden party was good though, absolutely terrible service

Came for the Movida event on bank holiday Sunday & it was amazing. Queue times at the bar were reasonable, the pizzas were fab & the music was on fire 🔥

We came for the Movida day party and loved the atmosphere and vibes, the staff were super friendly we were mainly taken care of by Tania who was lovely really made us laugh! The pizzas and drinks were great, especially the Genesis Stout

Really impressed and enjoyed our visit. Hadn't been for years. Good range of drinks, creative menu with quality ingredients, friendly and attentive staff, sensible prices, nice mix of customers and friendly atmosphere, all round top spot.

I’ve come to this place for years and it never stops improving each time. The barstaff and the owner are genuinely so courteous and attending. The pizza!!! OMG. Stone backed pizza with that little bit of burnt crust… it’s to absolutely die for! Reasonably priced for such a wonderful atmosphere and garden space. Recommend highly for everyone!

Jam garden is such a good place to be great atmosphere, great service friendly staff who has time to have conversation with you 🙂 the food is recommended here. Tania and Keon were exceptional hosts during our visit. We had really lovely food made to accommodate an extensive list of allergens. I was listened to and looked after impeccably. There are lots of exposed light bulbs and quite loud sport/music yet it was really pleasant evening.

Absolutely lovely place, whether that’s in the evening or just for lunchtime, staff were lovely, Tanya and Lil were amazing to us, made us want to come again! Fab team also, very well priced, wish you all the best❤️

Had a surprise birthday party here, and it couldn’t have gone better. Booking was easy, they let me store balloons, and decorate the area, and they brought out the cake all nicely presented with the candles. Lovely experience, highly recommend xxx

Popped in for lunch with a friend. Had the goats cheese & rocket pizza, which was delicious. The lady who served us was lovely and the service was quick. All in all a very enjoyable lunch. Would recommend.
