Fresh, hot tasty food every time

Amazing place, food is great! Normally about 30-40 min wait so not too long. Only problem is trying to call in is a nightmare on the weekend and Friday because the food is so good!

I ordered king prawn chopsey, salt & pepper ribs, Thailand fried rice and Singapore vermicelli. The salt & pepper ribs turned out to be good it was cut in long pieces and had generous amount of onions and peppers and chilli. However, the other foods I ordered the fried rice and vermicelli turned out to be the worst. I asked for extra hot for my order there was no extra chilli the food tasted bland the chicken there was no flavour it tasted bland aswell usually from other Chinese takeaway the chicken taste is flavoured. I don’t understand why people recommend this place because the food got me disappointed but I am satisfied with the service as the delivery was pretty quick but £1.50 it is ridiculous as 0.6 mi distance most chinese delivery is free after £25 my order was nearly £30. If you like eating bland not spicy food they have good food but if u like to eat spicy chinese food this is not the place to buy it from.

Best Chinese food in dunstable and very polite on the phone and quick delivery aswell, I have never had a bad meal from here and the food is always hot on arrival, the only 1 thing is you can't pay by card over the phone apart from that it's still a 5 star Chinese shop

Had a takeaway from here for the first time....prompt and efficient response on the phone. Delivery was quick (shame about the £1.50 delivery charge on a £70.00 order!) Really good choice on the menu. Food was amazing, still nice and hot when delivered, and delicious with good size portions. Recommendations - Salt and peper prawns Salt and pepper ribs Sweet and sour chicken balls...all chicken and thin batter Bonus - no carrots in the food - I hate carrots I would definatly recommend this takeaway

Excellent food, friendly staff, although sometimes you have to wait but it's worth it, the Lamb and mushrooms dish is so tasty, the salted squid is excellent, so fresh and taste so authentic, definitely the best Chinese in Dunstable, and because the shop is not along the main roads, it's really a well hidden secret in Dunstable, great take away last night 👍🏻

Ok food turned up and driver had no change , the meal was 32 pound something so i gave him 40 quid in which he had a fiver change by surprise , food was slightly warm but when your hungry you eat, food was bland but the worse thing was some of the order was missing as we had ordered sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style but only received the sauce , very disappointing as this place was recommended to us and in which I cannot do the same

Not a fan of the taste of food here, it’s not terrible but just Dosent have that moreish taste, rice has been quite mushy on a few occasions. Sauces are not to the taste I like compared to other Chinese restaurants. Just need abit more flavour and passion in the food. It’s ok, just not yummmmm

Must try the Mongolian lamb! As someone who doesn't like duck, it's great to have the experience of pancakes, cucumber and spring onions. This is my new favourite Chinese since I moved to the area. Collecting food at night is easy enough with places to park nearby. Delivery also available. Give them a try next time you want Chinese.

Used too be my faverout Chinese but gone down my order today was worse I ever had satay chicken was watery did not taste of satay and the texture of chicken was rubbery sine earing ut I have have bad stomach and been sick

Roast chicken Chinese style driest chicken I ever eat ... Fride Rice with chicken not bad But was expecting way more for this price . I would avoided that please .

Rice was great but that's about it chicken tasty fake, definitely not fresh, prawn toast was horrid and for the money you would expect alot better. Wouldn't recommend.

I had my first meal from Jade River last night. To be honest, it was the first place I 'phoned that was willing to deliver, and I just didn't feel like going out to collect my dinner. I was looking forward to it, though - my first Chinese meal since March, when the virus really hit the country. We ordered the Crispy Mongolian Lamb and pancakes, a Chicken Chow mein, Yung Chow Rice, a Sweet and Sour Pork Hong Kong style, and the Beef with Ginger and Spring Onions. The delivery was made within the promised time, the driver smiley and polite, and the food was great - hot, tasty and plentiful. I'm happy to recommend this restaurant, and will be using them again. Thank you Jade River!

I would say not the best in town , always seems like it's been cooked from the nite before , lacks flavour I had the mixed sweet sour balls I only wanted the prawn and only found one , bit into the pork awfull sorry to say , I always give it a go every now and then to see if it improves hopefully one day it will .

Ordered here many times never really had a problem till tonight. Singapore noodles were either overcooked or burnt. Probably the same thing really. Wasnt happy with the response either. Rest of the meal was fine though.Probably stick to our local now .

Use this place all the time and never had a bad meal all the staff are friendly and will have a chat with you. By far the best Chinese within 10 miles. Good fresh vegetables and plenty of meat in the dishes. 10/10

Ordered our meal..when it arrived i was told they do not deliver to flats and would have to go outside to collect it,which i couldnt as i was on my own with a small child.i explained this to the driver who was extremely rude...not very good customer service.

I'm not a local but have had meals from here several times. Never had any complaints, food is very good, reasonably priced and quickly prepared. It can get quite busy at peak times though.

Best Chinese takeaway in the area. Massive juicy king prawns, quality chicken balls, excellent rice and noodles. Big portions. Highly recommended.
