Jade house is a true gem! The food is delicious, prices are affordable, and the staff are so warm and friendly, they feel like family. Highly recommend!

Shockingly poor quality! Ordered a chicky chow mein at the weekend during what would be considered peak hours.. nobody was there to take orders at the counter.. the waiting area looked rat infested and unsanitary, once we payed for the overpriced food and walked home upon opening it about half a litre of brown sludge had leaked out of the takeaway tub into our carrier bag. the food was salty and nasty, the worst quality I have ever experienced. Very disappointing would not recommend pictures do not even do it justice!

I ordered sweet and sour chiken, egg fried rice and chips. Chips very soggy... never had anything like that from Chinese take away. Chicken? Looks like it was boiled... I wouldn't ordered again. Definitely not recommended.

My parents always used here when i was a kid im 32 and i still use this place love the food and the lady is such a genuine polite woman

The singapore chow mein was heaven ! Just what i needed while staying at Premier Inn. (cash only payment, Tesco atm very near by)

I have no issues, their Young Chow Friend rice is absolutely Lush. Being a uni student it's good food for good price, which doesn't break my bank :D 😎

Myself and my friends were on a trip away and we was staying in a nearby hotel. We wanted Chinese food and just as they were closing they realised we were looking around for a Chinese and opened the full shop back up for us to cook our food. She gave us 2 free bags of prawn crackers and even cutlery as we didn’t have anything back at the hotel. The food was great, a little too spicy but tasted delicious! And the prices are great, better compared to what they charge back from where I’m from haha

Bought a take away meal from here lots of times, but 1st time back in a while the food was delicious, ordered sweet and sour chicken balls, chow mein, chips egg fried rice and curry sauce, plus 2 pancake rolls which were the best I've had, and they are huge plus got free prawn crackers. The only down side it took ages to cook waited maybe 25 minutes and I was the only one in the shop.....I know its not long but I've waited less time in other places. But yes I will use this Chinese again.

What a brilliant Chinese absolutely love it here the food is excellent and I’m always greeted with a smile they go out of there way to make you feel special the lady and staff are really friendly I would highly recommend 😊

Love this chinese especially the singapore chow mein. Cant get better service either the lady is lovely.

Amazing food with amazing owners only Chinese to go in stoke!

Bland, watery, depressing food with a long wait and I ordered in store too. 1 star because we weren't sick thankfully, but this place is NOT a 4 star takeaway at all. Ordered hot and sour soup, chicken satay skewers, king prawn Szechuan and special chop suey, should have just walked home and cooked for myself. Sauces were water thin and void of flavour, vegetables overdone and wilted, chicken satay skewers chewy and tough and the accompanied runny brown sauce and soggy vegetables wasn't expected or nice either. My suggestions for the owners, scrap the current menu, pre prepare fresh vegetables, marinate meats, cook fresh ingredients, research and study. Finally redecorate and relaunch your business.
