horrible worse food I've ever had and flat cold

Food arrived , hot and fresh, really big portions, will probably get it to share next time......

The food leaked in the bag. Wasn’t packaged very well.

Thin noodles, not thick like should be, ( like worms more than spaghetti it should be ), very greasy and cold not enough meat, will not recommend

Very poor food and service. Took 2 hours to get to us. The majority of food was cold. Spring rolls were burnt and cold. The duck main course tasted nothing like duck. The special fried rice tasted fishy. The chicken balls were tasteless and cold would have demanded a new meal if it hadn't taken so long too get to us. Just eat offering us £5.59 on their account doesn't justify the £33.59 spent in the first place. Would not recommend to anyone

The food was delicious and for a large order the quality was consistent throughout all dishes. Very impressed as always with wonderful service from the restaurant and delivery. Will definitely order again.

Very cold food to say it was early very disappointed with both mains like they was warmed up in a microwave

Our food wasn’t packaged properly and the sauce was in the bottom of the plastic bag which was disappointing.

Asap arrived fast, the food was as good as always.

Always had takeaways delivered from them. However, over the last few orders we have been very disappointed with the service and delivery. We received an abrupt call saying we didn't give the driver our voucher. Is this our responsibility or the drivers who is employed by them. Never had such bad service in the 5years we have regularly ordered with them. We are certainly thinking of an alternative takeaway with better service.

It says free prawn crackers over £25, I paid £28 and there were no prawn crackers. I rang the restaurant and they decided to change it to over £30 when I explained I bought curry sauce for my prawn crackers they didn’t care.

Spent over £28 and they don't give free prawn crackers. Arrived nice & hot. Chicken in black bean sauce was too salty and made with fried chicken which was horrible. Rice & noodles ok, pork ribs ok, pork curry was nice. Don't think we'll order again but thought we'd try it from our usual place.

Don't do it, thin undercooked noodles, pure salty gravy, chewy beef, stained prawn crackers that tasted off and egg fried rice wasn't cooked with clumps of white rice, it's a run down place and obviously struggling. The counter was sticky and the shop front hasn't been cleaned in a long time, if your looking for some where on a Tuesday coz your usual place isn't open don't go here

Had to be the worst food I’ve ever had delivered.

The pancake role was burnt and extremely salty. The chicken n sweetcorn soup was quite bland. But the star of the incompetence showcase…Chicken Satay! It was so far away from what that dish is supposed to be, I almost thought my mother had made me a casserole 😂 I’m doubtful peanuts were even in the same kitchen while it was being made, let alone in the same pan. Delivery was great, shame it couldn’t overcome the food 🤦🏼‍♂️

The food all seamed to be in some strange gravy.ie beenspouts ( why in a gravy?!). And the chestnuts dish - in a random gravy full of salt.Also salt and pepper chips where cold on arrival I messaged the app for eta but no response so called the restaurant and was met by rude staff with excuses over the delivery times for near a £40 order that was half hour late I’m not impressed and the customer service was shocking to answer a phone and say (yes what) to anyone is appalling

Quite disappointed with this order, usually these guys are speedy and tasty. This time not so great, the restaurant isn't far from is but it took over an hour to be delivered and when it was I was missing chips, when I called to let them know the lady shouted something and hung up when I tried to call back no answer. Poor service tonight and I was a regular not anymore

Delicious food as always and still the best priced Chinese take away in the area (Wibsey). Ordered the chicken skewers appetizer as a main again - easily enough, portions wise, to be classed as a main. Tried the prawn toast for the first time this evening and was shocked at the amount there was - another great portion size and each one packed with loads of minced prawn. If you've never ordered from here before then give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Keep up the great work Jade Garden!! A+

Lovely food but ordered sliced chicken with mushrooms and they sent beef

The food arrived super early, however the quality of the food was so poor. The crispy aromatic duck was burnt and dry, the hoisin sauce was the texture of jelly and the barbecue ribs were overcooked. I used to like this takeaway but the food was not up to standard this time round.

Best chinese... always cook the food just how I like it

The delivery driver was really lovely. Very cheerful - makes a change from the norm. This is the second time we have ordered from here and both times have been absolutely amazing. Cooked to perfection. Not greasy at all and there’s always plenty in each dish. A good amount of meat and loads of veggies. This is officially our Chinese restaurant for the foreseeable future. Very very very happy!

First time ordering and food was spot on, even rectified an issue we had with a missing item.

Honestly I can’t say enough about the food. Stunning! Wonton soup, dumplings and Singapore noodles were delicious. Driver was so polite and apologetic even though he was only a couple of minutes late and it had been snowing! Will absolutely be ordering again.

The chicken balls were so hard you couldn’t cut them with a knife (no joke). The rest of the food was cold. Terrible food and service. Won’t be using them again.

the curried chicken had prawns in it and tasted like it had a bag of suger in it. the salt and pepper chips were had. the salt and pepper chicken strips tasted like sweet corn. all in all very very disappointed and won't be ordering from there again

They did initially forget the curry but I called and apologised and got it sent straight out too use, Will definitely getting from there again best chinease I have had in a while

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had. The boxes are filled out with vegetables more than anything else. The chicken tasted like fish (I had to spit it out). The noodles were hard and under cooked. The ‘crispy chicken’ is just lumps of fried batter. I have a foul after taste in my mouth. Most of the food has gone in the bin (apart from the prawn crackers). Never, EVER going there again!

Delivery early which is great because when I've ordered anything via Just Eat before it's always been late. The main part though, the food, was very poor. Salt n pepper ribs grossly overcooked, stuck together pancakes with duck and heavily watered down hosin sauce. Chicken curry, salt n pepper chips and salt n pepper King prawns all just distinctly average. Not good food at all, I'm just glad I used a £10 discount voucher but wouldn't have even paid the 50p service charge if I had the choice.

Food came prompt and was hot, just was lacking flavour. I found it bland. Was eatable but not much more then that.

We have used the Jade Garden from the week that it opened, many years ago, and enjoy their food every time. Utterly trustworthy and reliable, great food and pleasant staff.
