Don't do it, thin undercooked noodles, pure salty gravy, chewy beef, stained prawn crackers that tasted off and egg fried rice wasn't cooked with clumps of white rice, it's a run down place and obviously struggling. The counter was sticky and the shop front hasn't been cleaned in a long time, if your looking for some where on a Tuesday coz your usual place isn't open don't go here

The pancake role was burnt and extremely salty. The chicken n sweetcorn soup was quite bland. But the star of the incompetence showcase…Chicken Satay! It was so far away from what that dish is supposed to be, I almost thought my mother had made me a casserole 😂 I’m doubtful peanuts were even in the same kitchen while it was being made, let alone in the same pan. Delivery was great, shame it couldn’t overcome the food 🤦🏼‍♂️

Food has gone way down hill no flavor Special Chow Mein it also had this wired slab of jelly type of substance in it worst takeaway ever from this place it used to be so nice

the food was tasteless.. it was like meat in a gravy with sloppy rice!! thought curry was supposed to be a little spicy,? I would rather chew my shoes

The food all seamed to be in some strange gravy.ie beenspouts ( why in a gravy?!). And the chestnuts dish - in a random gravy full of salt.Also salt and pepper chips where cold on arrival I messaged the app for eta but no response so called the restaurant and was met by rude staff with excuses over the delivery times for near a £40 order that was half hour late I’m not impressed and the customer service was shocking to answer a phone and say (yes what) to anyone is appalling

Quite disappointed with this order, usually these guys are speedy and tasty. This time not so great, the restaurant isn't far from is but it took over an hour to be delivered and when it was I was missing chips, when I called to let them know the lady shouted something and hung up when I tried to call back no answer. Poor service tonight and I was a regular not anymore

Delicious food as always and still the best priced Chinese take away in the area (Wibsey). Ordered the chicken skewers appetizer as a main again - easily enough, portions wise, to be classed as a main. Tried the prawn toast for the first time this evening and was shocked at the amount there was - another great portion size and each one packed with loads of minced prawn. If you've never ordered from here before then give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Keep up the great work Jade Garden!! A+

The food arrived super early, however the quality of the food was so poor. The crispy aromatic duck was burnt and dry, the hoisin sauce was the texture of jelly and the barbecue ribs were overcooked. I used to like this takeaway but the food was not up to standard this time round.

Great food and portion size as usual and was hot as always to say we live in Allerton

Curry sauce very light beef was tough and the portion of mushrooms was very dark didn't look appetising

quick delivery which is always good but food was shocking. soggy batter on the chicken balls but hard rubbery chicken, mushy special fried rice with very little ingrediants, the odd prawn was in there, and the chips looked like they'd been cooked for a week and watery curry sauce! very poor, wont order again from her

The delivery driver was really lovely. Very cheerful - makes a change from the norm. This is the second time we have ordered from here and both times have been absolutely amazing. Cooked to perfection. Not greasy at all and there’s always plenty in each dish. A good amount of meat and loads of veggies. This is officially our Chinese restaurant for the foreseeable future. Very very very happy!

First time ordering and food was spot on, even rectified an issue we had with a missing item.

Honestly I can’t say enough about the food. Stunning! Wonton soup, dumplings and Singapore noodles were delicious. Driver was so polite and apologetic even though he was only a couple of minutes late and it had been snowing! Will absolutely be ordering again.

The chicken balls were so hard you couldn’t cut them with a knife (no joke). The rest of the food was cold. Terrible food and service. Won’t be using them again.

the curried chicken had prawns in it and tasted like it had a bag of suger in it. the salt and pepper chips were had. the salt and pepper chicken strips tasted like sweet corn. all in all very very disappointed and won't be ordering from there again

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had. The boxes are filled out with vegetables more than anything else. The chicken tasted like fish (I had to spit it out). The noodles were hard and under cooked. The ‘crispy chicken’ is just lumps of fried batter. I have a foul after taste in my mouth. Most of the food has gone in the bin (apart from the prawn crackers). Never, EVER going there again!

Delivery early which is great because when I've ordered anything via Just Eat before it's always been late. The main part though, the food, was very poor. Salt n pepper ribs grossly overcooked, stuck together pancakes with duck and heavily watered down hosin sauce. Chicken curry, salt n pepper chips and salt n pepper King prawns all just distinctly average. Not good food at all, I'm just glad I used a £10 discount voucher but wouldn't have even paid the 50p service charge if I had the choice.

Food came prompt and was hot, just was lacking flavour. I found it bland. Was eatable but not much more then that.

We have used the Jade Garden from the week that it opened, many years ago, and enjoy their food every time. Utterly trustworthy and reliable, great food and pleasant staff.

No issue with the driver or delivery just the food was not what it said. Thai food is not same as Chinese food.

2 hours it toke them deliver and they said it was delivered to just eat a hour ago and when food come it was freezing

Really disappointing. Ordered beef chowmain for just noodles,mushrooms and beef to come. No other ingredients what it should of had in. Really gone down hill this place lately.

Food was good but the delivery took too long. It was nearly 2 hours which was surprising as the restaurant is only 0.5 miles away.

Unbelievably bad. It even looked unappetising: old, grey and tired. A few scraps of chicken and some unidentifiable other material in tasteless gravy was 'chicken satay skewers'; char siu fried rice had clearly been hanging round for days: the very few little red lumps dotted here and there stood in for char siu pork. A mouthful of each, straight in the bin, followed by me ordering the same thing from another takeaway, Chang's in Queensbury, which was very nice. Don't go here; go there. Delivery was very fast, but when you don't cook to order but simply gather up stuff that's been hanging round for days, it saves a lot of time.

Food is always fabulous, not greasy , very flavourful and arrives hot. Delivery is quick and people are friendly.

I enjoyed this food a week ago so made same order... this time totally different food not what I was expecting at all. Iv setlnt it back once and sent half of the remade food back too. And now I wish I had sent the full order back the 2nd time...

The curry sauce was runnier than other sauces we’ve previously had from other Chinese takeaways and it was very bland, we were disappointed with it. The prawn crackers also seemed overdone and had no taste. It’s a shame as the fried rice dishes were quite nice. We wouldn’t reorder again as there are other Chinese places around which we have enjoyed more.

Food came cold and I order salt and pepper chips normal came. Microwaved good food though.

Food was amazing as always. I will only order Chinese food from here. The meats are always fresh and tender, the sauces are lovely and 9 times out of 10 the chips are lovely. I usually order the special foo Yung which is absolutely beautiful and packed full of flavour. I occasionally order the chicken satay skewers as a main meal as well as it is a very generous portion and is bursting with juicy chicken, lots of veg and tasty sauce - perfect for dipping chips in. All in all I'd definitely recommend this take away, I've used them for over 3 years now and never had a bad experience. Keep up the great work!

Beef curry bland no kick to it. The package had also spilt covering all other food in carrier bag. The chips were scraps not the usual fat chips you get - kids wouldn’t eat chips as too crispy /scraps. Waste of money. Will not be returning.

Order was late arriving and it was cold. Had to reheat ourselves. We were all starving by the time we were eating it. Dissapointed
