Food was not good and charges are high

I have ordered peri peri burger meal but they didn’t put souce and napkins also chips quality is very cheap

I don’t recommend this place to anyone the bun literally started to fall apart not fresh at all -10/10

Fast food gem. Service is quick and prices are very reasonable. My all time favourite specially after i finish work late nigh.

Their grilled chicken is amazing. Staff is polite and friendly. Great family bucket offers!

Super convenient opening times but quality of food varies a lot. Sometimes chicken tastes fresh, hot and crunchy and other times it tastes hard and stale. Would revisit for its price and convenient opening times though.

Food isn’t very consistent anymore

food was dry and not up to my standards. and by standards i mean average. the service wasnt all that. atmosphere was meh the seats were not nice and the space was too small plus the leaves hanging is not a good look.

I ordered a Chicken Burger Meal with an extra chicken burger on its own from Dixy’s Chicken, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. To start, the fries were rock hard—completely inedible. As for the burgers, the buns were dry and hard, but the real issue was the chicken itself. It honestly felt like I received chicken that had been cooked early in the morning and simply reheated for my order at 11:30 PM. The chicken was tough, dry, and lacked any fresh flavor. I called the takeaway to address my concerns, and a staff member assured me that the chicken was fresh. He even offered to replace the meal but only if I brought the food back to the shop. I suggested they send the driver who delivered the food so I could show him the poor quality, but they refused, citing the fact that my order was placed via Uber Eats. I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but this experience was bad enough to prompt me to write one. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, as this place turned out to be one of the worst chicken joints in the whole of Yorkshire. Avoid at all costs!

Rude staff, dirty shop, and asked if the chicken strips were spicy as I couldn’t have them otherwise, guy said no not spicy, but they were spicy, absolutely disgraceful

I got a sizzler meal to takeout , when I bit in to it I realised that they had microwaved the fillet! There was lots of precooked chicken in the hold, so I’m guessing they misjudged it and cooked too much then decided to keep serving it 5-6 hours later! Disgusting, avoid!

It's always a convenient place to go at any time, more so late at night when everything else is closed as they close around after 4am. Good food as always for a quick fix.

Next Dead burger, buns were dryer than the sahara desert the chicken was dry and had no taste, felt like it had been left out for ages, however the chips were decent, probably the only thing i actually rated. other than that it was dead, i dont recommend on buying from here exept if your on a budget.

Health saftey risk I would give 0 if possible. One bite of burger and wings threw in bin spat the food out. A revolting taste and smell from the food. Shoulda read reviews others have said same issue about the food. The workers clearly knew the chicken ain't fresh and decided to still serve it. They used to be decent years ago will NEVER order from them again. The chicken is saftey risk food safety inspection should shut this place down.

Fraud!! They will take your money and not deliver your food , they blame delivery drivers from just eat and Uber eats but really they just take your money. Absolute joke of a place should be shut down !!

Dixy is nasty in Bradford ,you lot have destroyed dixy by your own cheap flavours and even fries aren’t same as a usual dixy franchise you try dixy in Birmingham, Scunthorpe,London. ,,, Bradford dixy is extortion and. the guy who bought dixy has messed everything 9 years ago it use to be nice , now it’s not even worth eating now share and make people aware please Dixy must go. ,,, I would happily give them 0stars ,dixy must go

What a shiny place. Avoid them

I ordered a peri peri medium flavour chicken that I had before from them before an I like it but I don't know if its new management or what. Last weekend when I ordered the chicken was fully burned and was solid tight as wood 🪵. I am sure they knew when they packed what are they packing. Chips were cold, Salad was cut as if its going to be feed sheeps. Never going to order from here again.

Waited 15 mins after a night out served last even though we were first in asked for a spicy chicken burger meal and a 5 piece chicken meal after waiting 20mins got back home to open up. Normal chicken burger meal ridiculous

Ordered sizzler wings meal , and it was DISGUSTING binned it all , apart from the chips , GREASY , vile , how dare you sell such garbage .... terrible ...when I think about it as I'm typing , its making me feel nausea....if there was a -star thst would be to much for them..avoid avoid avoid.

I think it's a famous place in the area. Food is decent but it's a fastfood. Service is nice and prices are good! It's open till late so allows you to eat on your way home from the pub 😁

Can be hit and miss with delivery but overall I haven't had any horror stories🤞. Annoyingly though they returned to their cash only policy for collection, on the plus they installed a cash machine during covid.

Good place for a quick take away.. especially the chicken and chips.. not so big place to sit in if family and friends and to visit at the same time..but small group can fit.

I will never go to dixy again.or even recommend it to anyone..the boneless bucket was cold..it wasn't fresh at all..it taste like its been fried agood 2to3 hours b4..I got 2whole peri peri chicken whichever weren't too bad..but hfc better..I don't think I'll be going there again..you should always promise customer what you say over the phone..

AVOID! Bought a chicken burger during a quiet period of the day, it came out very quickly, definitely not cooked-to-order but thought it might be fresh enough. Looked like it had been left out but didn't think anything of it, and hadn't eaten anything else that was out of the ordinary for what I usually eat at home. Early next morning, violently ill, and was rough for the next 24hrs. I can see I'm not the first to report this kind of thing either and that I got off lightly in comparison to others.

Dropped in for some food and when I got home they missed part of th order when I rang back the guy was like what was it I never charged u for it but I'm sure he did just didn't have time to go bk but I call that poor service

Dropped in, not from Bradford. Bought 2x Chicken fillet Burgers. I never had anything like this before, so tasteless... The chicken fillet tasted like rubber, the batter had no taste to it, felt like they dipped it in plain flour and fried it. The Bun was unfrozen in microwave and not toasted after, it has the taste of uncooked flour and was falling apart, probably expired. I did tell the owner/ manager, he seems to be a nice guy, but he'll half to change his recipe wether he likes it not. Because that burger Didn't Taste anything like a burger. Was my first and time, I'm afraid.

BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS IN BRADFORD. I paid for a SUPREME CHICKEN BURGER MEAL with water and THIS IS WHAT I RECIEVED. The burger isn't even chicken (+ no hash brown) AND I got a pepsi... like what is going on 🤣 It's honestly painfully humorous HOW WRONG THEY GOT MY ORDER. The skin of the chicken randomly fell off when I picked it up too. Lost my trust (again) in these Bradford restaurant businesses/deliveries. How can you proudly take peoples money in exchange for poor quality and incorrect items? WHY NOT JUST CANCEL THE ORDER INSTEAD OF BEING LAZY. Disappointed to say the least.

Absolutely awesome, food was fresh and nice and hot. The outstanding thing for me was customer service Parvaiz was friendly and polite at very late at night 2:30am. Customer service is key and you very rarely find it in certain businesses, I was very impressed by Parvaiz

Bought some chicken wings on the 15th December. I felt dizzy and unwell straight after eating them. The next night I had extreme nausea, and for the next few days I felt sick everytime I ate. I was extremely ill, nearly had to go to hospital due to not eating and stomach pains. Never eating from here again

Food is really tasty. They have meny different deals. I dont like mess outside, it's really putting off customers.

Awesome Chicken shop here, much cheaper than KFC. Cooked fresh & tasty on the grill with beautiful sauce and rich texture! Would highly recommend!

They need better spicy powder or batter on the chicken as the food needs improvement. Most of the time it tastes like they using very old used oil to fry the chicken. Maybe use fresh oil to fry the chicken too and clean the place up, especially the fryers as I can taste that they don't clean the fryers either, maybe departmental of health need to visit here

Got our whole order wrong, rang them but could not resolve the issue. Very disappointed would not recommend

Was a regular customer here up until tonight bought a fillet burger, whilst half way through my food i noticed a dead fly under some chips, luckily i was outside the shop so i went back in to complain they had the cheek to not even refund me for the food and tried giving me £2 never going their again!!!

I was very hesitant to order from Dixys at first because some of the reviews were negative so I called them up and told them to make the food fresh and they were really nice and assured me the food would be fresh. Food quality and service has gone downhill. Much better shops within walking distance which are of better quality, service and price.
