Too much food colour in ribs, salt and pepper spare ribs looks juice rather then dry, not fried properly gravy looks good.

Extremely salty all of the dishes. Not what use to be sadly.

First visit to Jade Garden and the last. Had a house special curry , the meat was rubbery . The chicken curry was horrid , bland no onion and dry,only 6 pieces of chicken and the Prawn crackers were stale, The chips had black eyes in them. The young boy taking the order though was pleasant and courteous

After years of defending Jade as Hamworthy most authentic & therefore best Chinese I have finally given up the battle.. On the eve of Saturday the 6th of April after having a few pints in the Red Lion I decided a Chinese from Jade would be a fitting end to the night. Oh how I was wrong ! Firstly, £20.10 for 4 dishes seemed a bit rich but ho hom I paid with a smile on my face. The shredded beef at Jade is always tasty & aromatic however, on this fine Saturday it was chewy & acidic.. The Rice was hard & Chow Mein was covered in grease. Not to my taste regardless. To conclude, my loyalty with Jade has come to an end after 23 years of fighting a good fight. Sorry to the community of Hamworthy for letting you down. I have given up. Regards

One of the worse Chinese takeaways we have had in a long time. The BBQ spare ribs were dry and meatless and looked like they had been prepared days earlier and reheated. The house chow mein was just horrendous, the beef was chewy and the chicken tasted awful. Everything apart from the prawn crackers was tasteless, cold and poor quality. Just an hour in from our meal and all our tummies are not happy...

Excellent food No delivery an cash only But..... So so so worth it absolutely bang on and consistently decent Worth the drive for the great food

We were staying at Rockley park, we drove and picked up a Chinese from here after looking up some local food. Service was good, quick, more than fairly priced for portions, food very good. Would definitely eat from here again.

We placed a small order from this place, a chicken curry, egg fried rice x 2, and some noodles. The food overall was nice and the rice very good. However the chicken curry was made with chunks of chicken which due to thickness were a bit dry in the middle with no much sauce left to solve the issue. I think the sauce was nice and if the chicken was thinly sliced would have been a better.

dont even go there!! we have been visiting Dorset since 2005 and one ritual was a visit to Jade garden 193 Blandford Rd, Poole BH15 4AX. our first visit since 2019 was so looking forward to coming here what a disgusting nightmare bought steak n chips for hubby and Cantonese style sweet n sour chicken with b rice for me purchased took back to b & b first no chips!! then when hubby opened steak in nearly ran out of the bag itself!!! ok some people like rare but this must have hit the pan for a second each side then boxed up so we took it back owner was not impressed _ ( funny how there is a sign up now saying for refunds food must be 96% there ) eventually gave a refund so bought curry n chips husband took one look at the sauce took it back in shop and walked out DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAS happened but NEVER EVER EVER go back

First time customer since moving to the area. Ordered for family of 5 @ £37 Good choice of food available however, ordered over the phone, so was more of a case of having the usual dishes. An online menu would have been better, also an update on the website/ page would certainly improve business (In my opinion). The guy I spoken to was friendly and easy to understand. He told us an unbelievable ready time of just 15 minutes (it was a Tuesday night). So I grabbed my wallet and put on shoes and drove the 5 minutes to get to the shop. We arrived and to my surprise the food was ready and all bagged up for collection. Great service alround, only slight thing would be good could be hotter but it still tasted great. Overall would recommend, and yes we will be using them again. A few mixed reviews online but glad we tried them for ourselves. Although they don't offer delivery it is worth the drive with easy parking right by the front door. Thank you, Happy customer.

Got order right and ready quickly for collection. We didn't order much but portions were huge and very tasty. Free prawn crackers too. NB: Sweet and sour chicken balls in photo were delicious, only 3 shown but there were 8 in a portion, each the size of limes....

have tried just about every chinese within a 5 mile radius of hamworthy and corfe mullen. This is by far the best in my opinion. The food tastes amazing, the prices are great compared to most other chinese takeaways and the customer service is great - very polite staff. Very short waiting times too, would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Rockley Park recently and some locals recommended Jade Garden to us and we were so glad they did. We ordered over the phone and didn't have to wait too long before we could collect it. The menu was varied, the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend giving this a try. We will be returning next time we're that way

A good takeaway in Hamworthy, good value and tasty food.

Jades gardens the best in hamworthy but to be fair there isn’t a decent one around hamworthy Ashley road if you want MSG free. jades pack it with MSG to give it a nice taste only problem is you wake up in the night thirty’s so you have a bad sleep every time you have one friendly staff in there but they literally will not let you of with 1P 🤣 all round I’ll give jades a 2 1/2 stair
