Dina Zone in Poole

My absolute go to for the last 5 years. I have a selection of food allergies and these guys keep me safe. Food is always hot and of excellent quality. Delivery always well timed even in busier periods. Staff always helpful and cheerful. Highly recommended. 5 stars. Xx

Sent me the wrong order and refused to send out the correct order. AVOID

I moved from Banbury to Poole 30 years ago and this is the best Chinese I have had since then, I just wish it was closer to where I live so I could get it delivered.

Just got 2 portions of sweet n sour chicken balls and chips best sweet n sour chicken balls I have ever had was brilliant and I will definitely be back this is my go to Chinese now.

Been ordering from them for awhile and the food be amazing

NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Ribs were all gristle, egg fried rice was dry and flavourless, vegetable curry was incredibly spicy and only contained onions and shredded carrot, chicken balls were over cooked and oily, delivery took over an hour also! Will not be returning to this Chinese restaurant again, definitely was not worth the £50.

Service was amazing woman who took my order was very friendly. Food quality was meh everything was just soggy like it was steamed or something. Only redeeming point was the prawn crackers tasted fresh and crisp. I would have preferred the food crispier tbh

Recommend. Online ordering on their website was easy. Our order for 2 families was delivered promptly to Rockley Park Haven caravan park on a Friday night (there’s a text box on the website to put directions for delivery) Food was yummy, I’d order again if we were in / around Poole.

Ordered a take away to collect staying at rockley Park, very quick service , unfortunately they did miss a very small part off the order , I called , very appolagetic and I was super impressed with the service , they drove out and delivered to our caravan within 10 mins , piping hot and the food was exceptional, very polite great food great service , would highly recommend.

Great shout for a takeaway! Was unsure when reading negative reviews but after ordering was pleasantly surprised. Takeaway arrived in good time, food was very hot and very tasty. Probably one of the best sweet chilli shredded chicken I’ve ever had. Chicken satay skewers were tasty with propper peanut sauce. Prawn crackers were a little thin and not as crispy as I would have liked but apart from that; everything else spot on. Overall would recommend.

Safe to say l will not be ordering again for here waited 1 hour and 40 mins for a delivery for it to turn up cold lve refused the order phoned to takeaway asking for a discount to be told everyone busy and no would give u a discount next time been a customer for many years l will be not ordering again from here !!!!

We're not big eaters of Chinese food, only when visitors like it. But on occasions we want it this is our 'Go to' place.

Can't believe they forget sweet and sour sauce for sweet and sour chicken.... so much for take aways struggling to survive. They will have to try harder if they want me as a customer

Ordered a meal tonight 1 June my meal was average but my daughter and Grandsons Lemon Chicken was inedible couldn’t eat it put it in the bin I would strongly recommend NOT to or from here so you don’t waste your money

Just had an order from this so called Dina Zone and I very honestly say as a first time customer I will never order from there again. My partner and my son did not eat there lemon chicken was so dry , chewy like rubber we couldn’t even take the skin of the chicken to eat it because the chicken inside was inedable. So my partner & son had to find something else to eat. Thai style sweet chilli lacked in flavour special rice was dry, chicken chop suey lacked in flavour & all the rices egg or boiled was so dry special fried rice lacked ingredients that you would normally get from any takeaway. Half of the food went into the bin. We was very disappointed because we love to Chinese food and we was let down big time. £45 of my money in the bin. zero star rating

One if not the worse Chinese takeaway in Dorset. Takeaway food was disgusting. Chicken satay was so dry you could snap the chicken pieces. Sauce extremely runny. Special chow mein had no prawns in it. Vile tasting. Prawn crackers were yuk. I shared the meal with 4 others people and they all said it was dreadful. I paid by card. No recipe so unaware of how much they took from my account. Felt sick as soon as I started to eat the food.

Had a delivery from here to our lodge at Rockley Park. Food was good for a takeaway (quality as you would expect), delivered promptly and well packed. Would repeat if were here longer.

This take away business is expensive, it's own menu states £6.40 for a meal, but the owner charge £10.40. Go elsewhere for food.

Good location only minutes from rockley park haven caravan site.we booked on there own website.with free delivery to our caravan..don't use Uber or just eat.they charge £4.60 delivery.food is very good.definatly order again.we had beef scheuzan and beef with tomato 🍅

Best Chinese takeaway we've found, and we're complete foodies! Easy to order, quick turn around, and piping hot, delicious, authentic food.

Yum. Ordered online and arrived about 20mins later. We ordered duck chow mein, prawn chow mein, duck spring rolls and of course sweet and sour chicken balls. All piping hot and tasty. Loads of prawns and lovely large slices of duck. Chicken balls massive and crispy. The only let down was that there was only 4 spring rolls which seems a little skimpy for almost £7 however they were really good. We don't normally have money in the house so a way to leave a tip online for the driver would be handy. Loads left for lunch so good size pots.looking forward to tryIng more dishes here. Prawn toast and chicken balls not bad. The rest was very average. Chow mein was not good.

Terrible service, food was 45 min late, after 10 min we rang to ask where it was and were promised it was on its way, 30 minutes later we called back and were told there was a mistake and it hadn't been made yet at all. No-one had thought to let us know? And when it arrived although the food was okay, the prawn crackers were stale. Very disappointed to be honest. If they had just called us and let us know about the error I wouldn't mind, mistakes happen but just not telling us and letting us wait for 30 minutes is so unhelpful.

Just had a great meal for my husband's birthday. Never ordered from here before but arrive when they said and the food was hot and very nice.

Ordered and delivered direct to the caravan door at Rockley Park, very good food, reasonably priced and delivered almost to the minute expected. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered to the caravan site we were staying at got call just before they arrived lovely friendly girl delivering ,food was hot and delicious would definitely recommend.

Good food and was read on time, way before time quoted. Did leave a note to state preferences for meals, but was only followed on one dish, but was still cooked well and tasted great!

By far and away the best Chinese in the area. Chicken chow mein and Hong Kong style sweet and sour to die for. Fantastic, friendly staff. My wife and I get take out from here regularly and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

The dishes were in a lot of gunky sauce. It just looked like slop on a plate. The ribs were put in the same container as the satay chicken skewers so were covered in satay sauce. They use way too much food colourants.a couple of dishes were illumionous coral and yellow. I will never order from here. Awful

I placed a big order today, I was very disappointed as my food was not very warm. Chips were very greasy, prawn crackers were stale. The chicken in the chow main was very dry.

I have just ordered and eaten food from DinaZone for the 1st time. It was excellent as was the service from my online order. The portions were generous and will make 2 meals - v good value. Would recommend without hesitation.

Ordered few times now from Dina Zone now and every time was a great experience. I hardly ever put any comments in here but thought this place deserves recommendation. Quick service, fresh and hot food and affordable prices plus gentleman who delivers food is extremely nice and polite and if you order online you got -10% from the order! Surely will order again soon ;)

AMAZING!! We were staying in Rockley Park and fancied a Chinese. The girl on the phone was really polite and helpful as my partner is allergic to peanuts and explained that the food was ok for him to eat. The delivery guy was also very friendly. The food was delicious, plenty of it and reasonably priced too. Hands down the best Chinese we've had in a long time.

We were on holiday and ordered our takeaway using the Just Eat app. Food arrived early and was hot. Very nice food, we enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend.

I have dietry needs, not from the area and this was the first place that sat went through their menu and checked everything for me. The girl was so kind and brilliant. Price was pretty good value, but the food. Insane. So delicious, fresh, the best takeaway taste.

Food is good but the 50/50 box meal is more like more like 20(sauce and veg)/80(rice)
