This restaurant has been our family favourite for years and the one place we all want to come back to time and time again when we get together for celebrations. Had a fabulous meal last night with wonderful service. Thankyou. We'll be ack

Favourite takeaway of my parents and we regular eat from here when I'm visiting. Had a wide selection of menu items and it's mostly alright but not outstanding. I honestly think they'd be better off concentrating on doing less dishes well rather than trying to cater for a wide range of chinese styles. Big disappointment this evening as well because they messed up some of the order and we live too far away to go back to fix that.

This was truly top drawer and huge portions. Needed to take half of the mains home as takeaway. Efficient and friendly service also. The male waiter had a real positive energy and an amusing / pleasant way about him. Added to the experience. Nothing bad to say; just really great food. Easy to see why it is very highly rated! Recommended for sure.

Very poor, gone off meat with 2 meals, complained and got told we could have £1.15 off our next meals very disappointing STAY WELL CLEAR

The food was great, I am veggie and difficult to please. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food. The meals and drinks are all reasonably priced and the staff are all very nice and obliging. The toilets although clean weren't the best.. There was no hand drier after you'd washed your hands, there was a small swing bin which soon filled up with the paper towels which you took yourself off a large roll to dry your hands with. A towel dispenser would have appeared so much better, and a larger bin.

At last a great Chinese restaurant in the area, excellent food, staff attentive, waiting time minimal. We have been a couple of times and will go again on our next visit to the area.

Supported this Chinese for many years to ensure it survived in the face of a huge increase in the amount of larger restaurants in Poulton over the last 20 years. Takeaway prices have always been relatively expensive but post-Covid are now ridiculous! Restaurant interior dated.

Delicious food with friendly, efficient staff. Our first visit for many years, we shared house special curry and sweet and sour dishes. Beef with mushrooms, portions of egg fried rice, prawn crackers, garlic mushrooms and chips. Everything was nicely presented and tasty. For me, the curry wasn’t quite as flavoursome as I am used to, but my husband thoroughly enjoyed it, so it’s a matter of personal taste. The house Merlot was reasonably priced. The bar drinks were expected prices. We had an early dinner, 5pm, and it was quiet as expected, but soon got busy. We noticed that there were a lot of regular customers, and all were greeted warmly by staff. Quiet background music ensured we were able to talk comfortably, which was good for my mum, who sometimes struggles to hear in a noisy environment. We will visit again.

Always a nice take-away and you don't have to wait long for it either.

Very tasty food, well presented, generous portions and piping hot. My chicken wings (starter) and schezuan beef (main course) were very good if a little bit mild for my personal taste. Our companions garlic prawn dish was rated excellent, with plenty of tasty prawns,. Our drinks were fairly priced and we enjoyed the whole experience. This is not your average Chinese restaurant, but this is reflected in the prices. The service was exceptional. We’ll be returning.

Lived in the town all my 42 years of life and driven past this restaurant so many times and never tried it. So glad we decided to try it, food was so tasty and delicious. This is definitely my new Chinese restaurant and takeaway.

Ordered in advance to collect on NYE. When collecting was told it would be another 45 mins. The quality of food was poor. The beef dish had to go in the bin as the meat was very chewy. The Satay was bad quality and watery. Not been for a while but wanted to go to what I thought was one of the best Chinese takeaways. Wouldn’t return in a hurry. Shame.

Best Chinese food around, great food and friendly staff. I can’t believe the 2 reviews earlier today…the 15% (not 25%) surcharge is VERY plainly stated in several places and it’s reasoning if you bother to read it and having had many takeaways from here as well as eaten in many times - when you order a takeaway for delivery it’s made very clear that it would be delivered in a taxi at your own cost if you want delivery. Absolutely amazed anyone could review here below 5 stars

Group of 8,they charged for 2 triple JD's when we hadn't asked for. Our bill was nearly £40 more than it should have been.. When We also asked why they then informed us of an additional 25% surcharge to the menu prices because they were 4 yrs old!!!! ...AVOID.....

The food was nice, but I was confused to open the door to find a taxi man standing there with our food order asking for £12.40 for the fare! Didnt know what was going on then realised that this must be the way they deliver food, order a taxi and get the customer to pay for it! I wasnt told this when i rang up and asked for delivery!! The poor taxi man had to put up with my ranting! Jade Garden, if you had told me this was how you do your deliverys i would never have ordered, needless to say i wont be ordering home delivery again! Boo hiss.

This has been my favourite Chinese for well over 20yrs. Never had a bad meal. Staff are very freindly and hospitable. Restaurant is spotless. Thank you. See you soon. Xx

I purchased a take away of wings and ribs costing £18 Arrived home to find a over cooked bag of rubbish and dripping in oil NEVER AGAIN

First time visit with friends good menu we chose from the set dinners including starters which are between £20 - £24 per person. Different choices of chicken, beef and prawn dishes and lots of special fried with each dinner some include duck pancakes. Excellent service very friendly staff nicely laid tables. Will be returning soon to try the individual menu.

Excellent chicken curry & beef curry/ fried rice take out ....prawn crackers were crisp & as light as a feather white...not the usual thick yellow ones we usually associate with Chinese take away food...👍 never disappointed 🤩 have eaten in many a time also 🍜🥢🍽 very good 💯

Dreadful curry more veg than meat rubbery chicken 1 king prawn 2 pieces of pork ,watery sauce no seasoning or flavour . Terribly overpriced , for what you got . Won't be ordering again , worst takeout curry I've ever had ,tasted like a ready meal .

I’ve been attending Jade Garden regularly for a very long time. It’s the best Chinese restaurant you’ll ever find. Alan is a top bossman, he always sorts you out. The smegg fried rice and hoisin sauce always tastes extremely fresh. Salt and Chilli chicken is always full of flavour. The bits I grab off my pals are always rich in flavour too. If you want a friendly atmosphere mixed in with high quality cuisine you can trust Alan to sort you out with a top scranner. Don’t get Chinese anywhere else. Go to Jade Garden!

We had a take away for 4 people, with 4 different dishes and sides, the food was excellent, service quick and prices reasonable. The place was very busy, but that didnt hinder the service in any way.

Visited jade garden with my parents and wife, food was excellent apart from barbecue rubs, they were dry and not much meat. Spring rolls and sesame toast best ever. The only other though was I didn't feel that social distancing was adhered to, there was a party of at least 15 people on the same table certainly wasn't 2 meters between tables? Staff were excellent very pleasant. All in all highly recommended.

All our family & friends have been using the Jade Garden for decades , this is the only true Chinese restaurant in the area that cooks each meal from scratch fresh to order with only the best ingredients. Alan heads a superb team at Jade Garden , if you want the finest food there is nowhere else to compare. Always very busy so we recommend order any food for takeaway or book the restaurant well in advance.

Ordered chicken water chestnuts and bean sprout chicken thinking was like chop suey..not one bean sprout, my favourite after chestnuts... disappointing...gravy very thin not much taste...not even one bean sprout

We visited for my husband's birthday with our toddler and a couple of friends. The food is exceptional - easily the best Chinese food we've ever had. Really fresh and flavoursome. We were especially impressed with the service, every single member of staff was attentive and polite. They made a fuss of our little boy too! Special thanks to the gentleman stood behind the bar, he was making faces at our son in the mirror, making him squeal with laughter! We've had takeaways from Jade Garden since the lockdown too and they've always been fantastic.

Always brilliant and that’s the biggest difference to other Chinese restaurants/takeaway’s, it’s CONSISTENT. So many other places are ok most of the time, but if they’re busy, or just having a bad day, they can be awful. You can always guarantee that Jade Garden will be top quality!Added to that, the lovely team of people that work there and their impeccable customer service, you just can’t go wrong. In the odd occasion that it’s too busy, we’ve made the mistake of going elsewhere locally and we’re disappointed every time.They don’t offer their own delivery service, but don’t let that put you off. Jump in the car and collect it make use of Poulton Taxis just a few doors away.

The best Chinese restaurant on the fylde coast! As a picky eater I order without alot of veg and onion in my food, Alan the owner is amazing and so are his staff! Reccomend the salt and chilli ribs to start. Easily go once a week and always the same amazing food.

We visit this restaurant quite regularly, last Wednesday was our last visit and once again we were delighted, not just by the food, the place is spotless, and the staff are all delightful. We usually have a selection of starters, and then we sometimes share a main course with some rice and soft noodles, which works out just right for us but then on other occasions we have a starter each and our own main course which again is fine. Whatever we want we get and we have never had cause for complaint in any way. The restaurant makes all its own sauces which we find far better than some who obviously use manufactured sauces, this is also a family business which definitely shows throughout the operation. Thank you all once again for a great evening.

Ordered a takeaway chicken curry & it was utterly tasteless. By far the worst I’ve ever had. Such a shame as this restaurant has been here for a long time and used to have a great reputation.

Hubby and I took Grandchildren for dinner here last night. (We have been before) as usual, it did not disappoint. The staff are so lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The ambiance of the restaurant is just right, and spotlessly clean. The food was excellent, all the Grandchildren tucked in and nothing was left on the plates. They all managed to master their chopsticks! A very pleasant evening and a definite thumbs up from our grandchildren, which is rare!!! They are now begging to go again!! So much nicer than the other larger Chinese restaurant in Poulton.

Went with a party of 8 friends and chose one of the banquet menus which came as chicken and sweet corn soup,duck pancakes, lovery fried rice with chicken Pork and prawn main dishes.the staff were extremely friendly and very tolerant of our sometimes loud banter.waiting staff were very quick at refreshing drinks and clearing empty dishes .a fantastic evening and we shall be returning.

Ordered takeaway for collection and it was not very good at all, chicken like watery rubber, not sure what the restaurant is like but from other reviews I assume good. You would think that the take away food should reflect the restaurant food though? So if the foods the same, I'd doubt I'd return or eat in.

So our son wanted to try this restaurant as he likes it what a disappointment tonight was duck came shredded which it should be on the bone with crispy skin especially for the price you pay the spring rolls burnt and su Mai like rubber then our mains my son chicken curry watery lettuce wraps was tasteless and had shrimp in which it never has them my husband Singapore noodles was enjoying them till he found prawns which he can’t eat seafood just a simple sorry that’s it absolutely disgusted my husband was sick why walking up the road from restaurant then being sick most of night felt like all they wanted was our money the attitude of the staff was terrible !!!!!

The Jade has been in Poulto for as long as I can remember and I have lived here 35 years.Typical Chinnes menu, always nicley presented, always good quality, recomended. Street parking or in close bye car parking.

Firstly the staff are very nice, attentive and helpful. Secondly the food is ok but corners are cut with the quality. Don't get me wrong, it was certainly edible but a bit basic such as where other restaurants add different vegetables to their egg fried rice they don't except for onions - there wasn't even signs of egg in it and the rice was very cheap. Likewise the king prawn foo yeung , no peas etc.So, it's ok but I would really not rave about it. Coffee quite nice.
