take away was appauling in bin took chicken satay skewers back they were raw not cooked attitude of staff appauling took bag out back messed about untill chef said give refund will never use u again so much salt in rest of meal appaulingh attitude will be reporting this to health and safety if a kid ate this i dont like to think your chef needs re training used for years worst its ever been nearly £30 in bin

Have been visiting this restaurant for many years with my family and always have a warm welcome, friendly service and good food. This time we went on New Years Eve as a party of 5 and as usual was not disappointed.

I had a takeaway from this restaurant today. the food was delicious. the young man who took the order was very polite and helpful. When the food arrived (only 20 minutes from when I ordered) it was very hot. The driver was very polite and I enjoyed the food immensely.

Have been going here for years and now under new management. The food quality, quantity and service has simply gone through the roof! Exceptional! The best for miles around, go check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Duck was fatty, I don’t know why they added lettuce. Chicken tasted foul and the prawns was tasteless

Yet again the staff pulled it out the bag.I visit the restaurant many times and every time the food is fantastic. It's very easy to relax In the restaurant and your always made welcome. I would recommend Jade Garden to anyone. And dont be afraid to ask for something

Excellent food accompanied with polite and extremely friendly service. The staff are extremely pleasant.I use this restaurant whenever we want a take away and it's our first choice of restaurant if going out and we fancy Chinese cuisine.Very highly recommend, it's well worth the visit.

popped in to this restaurant for a meal on wednesday eve, haven't been in there since i worked in that area a long time ago. what a pleasant suprise staff were lovely food was very good , tasty ,hot & well presented.decor was very good all looked re vamped and very smart also very clean. o.k. it's not china town or the west end but will definately go again for a local restaurant great stuff well done.

Have been using this restaurant for many, many years however have noticed of late that the standard has severely dropped. Decided to give it one last chance just recently and ordered a delivery meal for 3 people at a cost of £48.00. Firstly, one of the starter dishes did not arrive with the order but was delivered as we had almost finished our meal - it was crispy seaweed, which wasn't by then so crispy. Prawn toast over fried. Spring Rolls perfect. Crispy aromatic duck very, very disappointing - a tiny portion which was certainly not crispy, the tray was basically full of cucumber. Rice, noodle, crispy chilli beef dishes satisfactory. Chicken with cashews and pineapple dish bland. However, I personally ordered the Satay King Prawn Skewers which were DISGUSTING. Very tough and dry and little sauce. Whilst I would not necessarily write a bad review on this experience, I must let everyone know that I only ate half of my dish but suffered with a considerable upset stomach just one hour after my meal. This condition worsened and continued for another 48 hours (to the point of writing this review). I'll keep you posted! Never ever again will I be having food from this restaurant - either in-house or as a delivery. On the up-side, I have lost all the weight put on over and during the run-up to Christmas. Had a delivery that was “warm” informed restaurant and they really weren’t interested and informed me it had only just left the kitchen......I had to heat the food up myself. Disappointed with their don’t care attitude as we have been using this restaurant for almost 20 years! I will nowt be using them again...

We order from Jade Garden regularly and we always get good service from them. They always accommodate what we ask for as we sometimes we like to change their dishes. Very good place to eat in or takeaway

Visited here for a family meal in a Saturday evening, relatively quiet, hardly anyone else there.The food was good and we all enjoyed what we had with no issues at all.The only negatives were the floor was filthy around and under the tables and although the service was slow from the staff the food arrived quickly.They perhaps need to address rather rapidly given it’s a restaurant and customer perception is key the fact that one of the waiters dress sense leaves a lot to be desired. He was walking around with his trousers falling down with his boxers on show, at one point how he kept his trousers and boxers hanging as low as he did with his butt exposed is mystery. Nobody wants to see someone’s butt crack parading around when they are trying to eat! I should also say wear something warm, it’s rather cold sitting in the restaurant, at one point a couple of us put our jackets back on.

This place is our local, needless to say we enjoyed the food. It’s nice family run restaurant which has been around for years. The weekends has a lovely atmosphere. If you prefer a quieter meal then I would recommend going in during the week!

horrible repetía "comida grasienta'. No comer aquí o hacer una comida para llevar. Es increíblemente terribles. Me compré £30.00 la pena de comida para llevar, dos tipos diferentes de costillas ... eran lo mismo ... fideos que estaban secos ... carne en Black Bean .. grasos y sin sabor ... ¿cómo pueden escapar con venta horrible comida?

We visited with friends from Bexley had a great night staff help full if a little slow with drinks , it is a eat all you can but not a buffet you order off menu and it's cook fresh great idea and it works food was good , it's a party night with a disco coming on about 10 to 10.30 really busy so book

Really enjoyable meal. Staff are very friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Certainly will go back. Also good take-away.
