The pizzas here are great, not only the taste but also the price. They also do amazing kebabs and burgers.

Never again will I buy food from here.chips are full off oil. Salad Is basically moldy chicken is lumps off fat and veins. Never ever again

Honestly guys and girls this place is absolutely incredible the staff are lovely and I tell you something the food is out of this world had chicken burger and small chips asked for my chips crispy and was absolutely spot on really really hot and fantastic quality can’t say enough nice thing about this place they should be incredibly proud of what they have achieve I know I am proud to be a customer

as of 2023 menu (NOW) they have rammed there prices up (4 quid for a small cheesy chips LOL) taken away 14 inch pizza and charge you same price they were for 12, took away fried chicken and then added a delivery charge no matter how close you are. Got greedy which is a shame as they used to be nice and reasonable IN NO WAY IS A SMALL CHEESE AND CHIPS 4 QUID!! the Jackie's special is now 22.50 and comes with no chips and they still use the tiny pitta that you can barley make anything with. if you want a nice large kebab already made for you in a nice big pitta just go alexs down the road. I loved this place but prices are getting silly and your charging more and offering less.

Best kebab in North Wales, We travel from Conwy to Old Colwyn, We use to live in Old Colwyn then moved to Conwy, but we drive back for our kebabs as they are totally mouth watering delicious, I have the chicken and hubby has lamb donner , fresh home made chilli sauce, separate pitta bread and box salad, which is so fresh . highly recommend Jackie's to anybody.....from ordering to eating excellent

We ordered four kebabs from Jackie’s last night whilst on holiday. Incredible and delicious - I think the best kebab I’ve ever eaten! Fresh homemade sauces, huge chunks of good chicken that tasted amazing. We liked that it came separately so the pitta and salad weren’t soggy. We were also given choice of complementary cheese and garlic pizza or bottle of fizzy - chose the garlic cheesy pizza that was also delicious! The other half of the family who chose Chinese instead were really very jealous!

I was on holiday with my daughter,after being let down by another delivery we found Jackie's. Amazing lady on the phone!! I have allergies, not a problem for them! Arrived with in the time she said and was absolutely delicious!!! 5*

Yet again not great unfortunately. We have been customers for 20+ years and it’s usually good but sometimes not so good. We only ordered 2 small chips and cheese tonight. We waited a few minutes to eat it on the way home but it wasn’t hot enough to melt the cheese so I waited until we got home (around 5 minutes walk from the shop) and we had to microwave the food as it was very cold. The shop was very quiet so no excuse really. We used to order a lot from here every month but now we rarely do because it’s just not the same. Sorry for the bad review but it’s not hard to fry some chips and put some cheese on 🤷🏽‍♀️

Eaten various pizzas over the years and would say Jackies is one of the best. My family will only order from here.The most generous toppings and no dry crusts. The kebabs are equally really tasty and mmm the cheesy garlic pizza (which is free of you order over £20.

This is definitely our favourite takeaway. The food is lovely and the lady who takes the orders over the phone is lovely and always makes me laugh. She has very good customer service.

I’ve been wanting to try this kebab shop for a while now. Always looks clean and the food always looks lovely and fresh, I seen they were voted 3rd best kebab in wales.. so I tried it the donner meat was nice actually, but the garlic bread and cheese was awful it had all gone to one side of the bread. And the chips are really really poor. It’s a shame because the shop itself is immaculate so you assume the food is going to be amazing but I quite shocked at the poor quality. I’d probably try again just Incase I caught them at a busy time.

We are local and we rate Jackies! I have the combination shish and donner. The portions are huge and the kebab comes with a separate salad, always fresh and tasty. We are a family of six so takeaways are not cheap...however, the food is always fresh and the staff are very friendly and delivery times are good. Would highly recommend.

The best pizza and chicken sheesh kebabs and really generous portions. the free Garlic and cheese pizza is a bonus when you get a big order. Really friendly staff too.

Very clean, well cooked food and excellent choice. Reasonably priced and quick service. One recommendation would be to put the donor in the pitta rather than separate. More and more people seem to do this now.

it took about an hour for the food to get to us,then we got the wrong order, they had to cook ours again, fair dos they did in 20 mins has promised,the food was lovely when it did arrive,very hot and plenty of it.

I was on my way home and as I hadn’t had anything to eat, I decided to get a kebab - didn’t like the others in old Colwyn so I thought I’d give Jackie’s a try and I ordered a large kebab. I loved it but the downside was that it didn’t appear to be large - I’d have classed it as a small/ medium, the price didn’t reflect the size that I thought I’d be getting and I didn’t get enough garlic mayo ( that’s just because I love garlic mayo). But I’d still go back as it’s way better than old Colwyn chippy and top tasty, even Baygrill has lost my custom so I now have jackies and hungry’s to choose from.

I ordered a kebab online via Just Eat. On arrival the kebab was very small. I've never seen a pitta bread that small.

Two hour wait and turned up cold, chips soggy, rude delivery driver, awful....before this I phoned up and told it was on its way.. guess what? the guy who answered the phone rocked up with our food minutes later.

Telephone order for five No problem. Tasty really well cooked and presented at a reasonable price with a free large cheese and garlic bread pizza. Brilliant. Fast food at its best, well organised inviting place to get food. The Kebab Kings

Been going to Jackies for years. Never had a bad takeaway always freshly prepared in front of you by friendly staff. Id highly recomend the chicken shish kebab with garlic and chilli sauce mmmmmm. Keep it up guys

Todos nos realmente disfrutamos de nuestra comida el donante hamburguesa era uno de los mejores que he probado lo único que me decepcionó enormemente eran las patatas fritas posiblemente el peor que he probado. Aparte de que el servicio y la entrega era perfecto.

Todos los otros empleados son personas encantadoras, sin embargo este es uno dirigido a un tipo en particular.

La comida siempre es bueno y fresco. Pollo sabroso kebabs y patatas fritas. A los niños les encanta las hamburguesas y Carne donna y las pizzas son ti morirse.

jackies is overpriced for what it is. chips are mainly double fried. portion size is small but the price isn't. the Fresh meat kebabs are lovely and great touch with separate salad. just lower your prices or serve high quality food

We order a takeaway from here every couple of weeks and haven't been dissatisfied once! Quality of the food is competent and delivery is always reasonable.. Cheesy chips and garlic pizza are the best in my opinion. The chicken filet burger is also lovely, better than KFC! Give it a go

We ordered chicken fillet burger, pizza, kebabs and chips and nuggets we got garlic bread for free. The food was prepared in front of us and was served piping hot so it was still hot when we returned home, all in all not bad for the price we paid.

My family and I always place an order for collection and they always manage to mess part of the order and we receive the wrong food. This time they completely got it wrong and when we rang up to see what had happened they refused to say the order was incorrect. Good for but poor communication and customer service.

So we were really impressed by this place so on hubby's birthday decided to go again but this time had my sister with us, she was really looking forward to the chicken doner only to be told by a disgustingly rude member of staff that they didn't have enough...there was plenty but he obviously couldn't be bothered slicing more...his attitude was so appalling that we will Never spend another penny in this establishment...the way we were looked at and spoken to was uncalled for. And when we got home the food was wrong, I asked for sweet chili but was given hot chili...massive difference! AVOID!!!!

When we first arrived and started to order we thought the guy was very rude in the way he spoke to us but think that's just his way as he seemed to become more friendly and actually joked with us...food was prepared quickly and I especially like that you can see how hygiene conscious all the staff are. The food was delicious and all cooked fresh and portions are massive. We will definitely be going here again.

More than happy... We have had several pizzas especially , as opposed to other food stuffs so can't comment on them..but pizzas are fine.

Had a 12" veggie pizza a 9" cheesy garlic bread & a portion of chips. Food was delivered within specified time lovely & hot very reasonable price & mouthwateringly delicious.

After being told that the food would be with us in 45 mins it turned up 1 hour and 15 mins and freezing cold. We most of been the last on the drop off list. Never again will I be ordering food from here again!

JUlust had 2 pizzas and 2 chips n cheese from here for me my friend and the kids which was completely vile. Chips were over cooked and hard!!! Pizza was hell of a strong tasting whixh ruined it. The kids ate a bit of theres. The taste put us all off. We were offered fresh food which i did not want. The manager argued with me as i wanted a refund. Did not get anything in the end. Disgusted with this!!!!!

Called in for a couple of burgers, the baps were over toasted and crunchy and no tomato or cucumber in the salad... not good enough a take it or leave it attitude.

We absolutely love this place hot tasty food although the price keeps going up every 6 months or so , now its a bit of a treat the chips and cheese with garlic mayo is a must! Good size portions. Well worth it :)

I ordered a 14" Meat Feast Pizza over the telephone last night and I can honestly say it really was the best pizza I have ever tasted, plenty of topping and the base was perfect!! Shop was spotlessly clean and the staff were great. Cant recommend highly enough, Thanks Jackie's!!!!!

I rang up at 3.30 to order a delivery and I was told they dont open until 4 however they would take the order and start it then. Great I thought. . Until I waited until 5pm for it to be delivered. Upon sitting down and opening the pizza I was presented with the greasiest disgusting thing that had the wrong toppings.Problems can happen so I rang them at which he argued at length about how hr had given me a lot of his time and he didn't want my custom. He only agreed part refund despite the fact the pizza was returned charged me for the garlic bread that they give free with orders over a certain amount. When I explained the situation to the driver his exact words were "we don't care to be honest"I would think carefully before giving this man my hard earned

We ordered from this takeaway tonight for a delivery it was cold the chips were soggy and the.chicken wings disgusting we have used this place for ten years and it has gone down hill as of the service we wont be ordering from there again disgusting.

Pizzas are nice, kebabs as expected. Appearance to me looks like it could with a good clean although not dirty, it wouldn't be my first choice if sober. Handy as its local to all the pubs in old colwyn, tasty food with good portion size and seating in the shop to sit down and eat it. Can be full of drunks late late evening but good banter with everyone and friendly. Still prefer Aydins in Colwyn bay but I can't complain as I use this as well
