Pier Grill in Conwy

Muy grosero con los clientes. También abusó de mi hijo AUTISTA TDAH de 13 años porque le preguntó por qué su rollo de hotdogs estaba frío, a lo que luego le gritó diciendo que tiene una actitud y comenzó a burlarse de él en voz alta a los clientes y el muelle ocupado : ( Esto fue después de que él grosera y abruptamente gritara a un par de mujeres frente a nosotros diciéndoles que la que está ahí (puntos) después de ignorarlos a propósito y servir a otra persona primero sabiendo que estaban esperando, luego sarcásticamente dice bien has ordenado 🙄 Solo tenía cebolla cruda y bebidas calientes. Fue bastante grosero diciéndonos como si lo estuviéramos sacando a cocinar un poco más (había algo en la placa caliente) así que no comí pero 3 de nosotros lo hicimos bien, Cuando la comida finalmente llegó no era muy agradable en absoluto y la mayoría se desperdició.

Es un muy mal servicio al cliente por parte del cajero Somos 6 adultos y 4 niños 30 de julio 11. 15 am Le pedimos que calentara el bollo de hamburguesa. Y le pregunté ¿PUEDO TENER 2 botellas de agua que dijo (diga por favor) Señora muy actitud Todo el personal es amable Solo esa cajera (la señora gorda

OMG we found this fab little burger hut at the end of the pier. It smelt amazing and the food was so nice! Burgers nice and juicy, cheese melted to perfection. The chips were piping hot we couldn’t eat them straight away! The only thing you need to watch out for is those pesky seagulls… they will have the food straight out of your hand the cheeky side!!!

Well, if you enjoy a burger with no butter or the other regular toppings like tomato, lettuce and onion you are in for a treat. If you enjoy cold chips with cold grated cheese over the top (not as some would prefer - hot chips and melted/grilled cheese) the cheesy fries here are up your street. If the person serving seems as though he is doing you a favour you will love the rapport. If you have to deliver the order twice with it still being delivered incorrectly, you will be absolutely enchanted with the enforced repetition. None of our party finished off their culinary delights, not even “the gannet” who eats anything, could complete the experience. I learned a valuable lesson here this weekend - do the research and ask the locals before hand.

Great hotdogs and chips, Colin and Disco gave fantastic service to us and our children and helped with a good end to a lovely family day.

This was a quick convenience stop for bacon baps and cheesy chips. This kiosk is spotlessly clean and the staff were lovely. The simple food was great and i think it was £2.80 each !!!!

We went for a walk to the end of the Pier and found this place right at the end. It was lovely just sitting there looking out at the sea. Fantastic views!

didn't eat but a a lovely coffee there will return on our next visit very clean and tidy worth the walk

Good quality food, and good prices for a food outlet on a pier. Staff seem helpful, and location is ideal

We had cheesy chips, they weren't very brilliant at all, not hot, soggy and lacking in flavour, £2.80 was a bit much for a small tub and poor customer service from a guy who seems to not want to be there. It is convenient and well located.

Really good service at the Pier Grill. Amazing flavoursome slushes. Really good and reasonable prices. Great for your way up the pier or on your way down

The coffee was Illy and freshly brewed The carpet was covered in bits though ... Nice setting at the end of the pier

Handy for drinks and snacks with good views. It wasnice to warm up here with a drink on a cold winter's day.

Good quick food, typical of a seaside establishment. It is very clean and prices were average and to be expected with types of food. Be warned though, eat somewhere sheltered as the seagulls will try to steal it from you.
