Jacket Potatoes in Middlesbrough

One of the original goats of Middlesbrough. Everyone can make a baked potato but can you beat a baked potato here? Up the Boro

Great place for spud, but the ingredients have gone down in quality since being taken over. Bring back Princes bolognese and decent stuff like the ladies who are there know what they are doing.

Went to this Jacket Potato stall because my girlfriend fancied a jacket potato with cheese and beans. Beans were stone cold and the cheese wasn't melted enough, the potato skin was all crispy, burnt and horrible. The person who served me coughed while serving me which i didn't like and thought was unhygienic I didn't like it that i had to pay £4 by the stalls credit card limit, which i had to pay money for a bottle of water. Don't think we will be getting food from here again. Bad experience here. 1/5

We visit everytime we're in Middlesbrough, Best jacket potatoes around.

It said the local close at 5:45 but when I went it was closing at 5:00 PM.

Always been amazing jacket potatoes been coming for years but gone right down hill, chicken is like sponge peices and toppings aren't what they used to be

Been coming here for years. Fluffy jacket potatoes and decent portion sizes. Loving the new chicken tikka and coronation chicken. Love that this place is now on just eat.

Gone down hill rapidly , the fillings are a 3rd of the size and have resorted to smart price chilli . This place used to be great but not anymore .

I have been having spuds from here since I was kid and they are always amazingly soft and fluffy. Generous size with a generous filling and greatly priced too. My fave stop for a quick bite when there isn't time to wait in a restaurant.

Best jacket potatoes in town! Good selection of toppings and very affordable!

Popped over a couple of weeks ago, Woman serving was very polite and the jacket potato was well worth the money.

Don’t regularly write reviews but been using this stall since I was a kid in the 90s and it’s amazing, still use it whenever I’m in town. The potatoes are the best, I hope it never closes!

Hand on heart the best potato I've ever had. The portions are huge!!!! Staff are super friendly. If you havnt you must try one... steak beans and cheese is definitely the way forward 😉

I don't usually write trip advisor reviews but this place definitely deserves one. I ordered a Jacket Potato with cheese and it was absolutely delicious. Portion size was hugeeee and the potato itself was piping hot and perfectly cooked. Staff are super nice and prices are more than reasonable!! Safe to say I will be returning every time I'm close by!!! 10/10

Never mind dry January, eat healthy all year round by using the jacket spud in Middlesborough Town centre, amazing jacket spuds with a good choice of filling..... Yummy, thanks jacket spud👍👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌👌

There’s quite a few choices for lunch in Middlesborough . We choose the jacket potato stall. We all picked a different filling, mine being mince and cheese. There was a really generous helping on all our potatoes. They were cooked to perfection soft white fluffy inside and a crispy skin. We were all full and totally satisfied.. fairly priced , we can’t wait to return. Definitely our first choice for lunch 😋

I often use this jacket potato stall in town, lovely potatoes with generous portions and lots of variety to choose from. Knowing I can stay on slimming world while in town is very useful too! Would massively recommend!
