If you haven’t been to Jack the Chipper Greenwich then you must!!! Food is amazing and always hot and fresh. The staff are lovely especially Mem!! Myself and my kids love coming to this chip shop. Definitely the best around.

Very good piece of freshly fried cod in lovely crunchy batter with fat clean chips ie no bits so oil is very clean. The service provided by Ali and Pepe was great. All you would expect from a local friendly freshly prepared fish and chips.

I just moved to Greenwich and happened to stumble upon this amazing Fish and Chip shop. As a vegetarian I came in to grab a side of chips however I got so excited to see they also have a great vegetarian menu. Since I moved here last month I have been here 4 times and every vegetarian option I have tried has been absolutely amazing! Not to mention the customer service has been top tier each time I have been here and the atmosphere is so fun. I would 100% recommend this place!!

I had high expectations going to Jack the Chipper, but I’m quite disappointed, fish was ok, chips soggy and uncooked, portion not that big. Maybe I just had a bad batch, but meh, disappointing.

Overpriced and under cooked loads of chips tho and the lady serving was polite!

Very nice place. The food was great. We asked for gluten free meal and they explained how the fish it's cooked to ensure the food was ok for us. The portions are huge (we were 6 adults and 5 kids and took 11 portions and it was, definetly, too much)... buuuut it also gave us the oportunity to cook a couple of spanish omeletes on the next day :-)

I’d heard great things about jack the chipper, so wanted to give it a go despite the very high price point compared to other chip shops. The fish was tasty and well cooked and the chips were fine. But for £17 for a ‘large’ I was incredibly disappointed to see the portion size. I’ve genuinely had bigger mini portions from other chip shops. Tasty enough, but a bit of a tourist trap and really disappointing portion sizes.

The fish and chips here were AMAZING! The fish was perfectly crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, and it was fried fresh. The chips were pillowy and flavorful and wonderful. The prices were reasonable, and the owner was friendly. This is the perfect place to get a Chippy and see Greenwich!

AMAZING FOOD AND SO LOVLEY!! I take everyone I know here whenever I’m in Greenwich, especially when it’s cold and rainy as the food comes out piping hot! They serve the crispiest haddock you’ll ever have and nothing feels heavy or greasy like most chippies. The portions are perfectly filling, and best of all every worker always greets me with a massive smile and lovely conversation so matter how busy it is! Couldn’t recommend more!!!!

無意中來到這家吃炸魚，意外的好吃，跟柯芬園的那家有名炸魚，覺得一樣好吃。有cod 及haddock兩種魚，cod好像比較軟，haddock魚質比較沒這軟，今天點了haddock，味道很好，誠心推薦給大家。

A great little chippy in Greenwich. Not lots of room to hang out which is a shame as the food is good you'd want to linger awhile. The owners provide great customer service and good banter. We popped in pre comedy show and were not disappointed with our food which was cooked fresh. Definitely a recommended spot next time you visit Greenwich.

Today I went to Greenwich to see where the meridian passes and I entered this place specializing in fish & chip's. I have to say that everything was excellent. Very fresh, crunchy and delicious fish.
