Great tasting quality pizzas and service. I also had a vegan cheese pizza which I’d requested. They need to add vegan / plant based options on their menu to be true 5* !!

Menu posted through our door so thought we'd give them a go. Well impressed. Left instructions online with our preference and everything was to our satisfaction. Delivery was quick, food well packaged, hot and tasty. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

Nice kebab and the gents served it how I asked. Goes a long way when the staff listen, as always, pleasant and friendly.

Went for some delicious GLUTEN FREE kebabs and Pizzas. Staff are excellent and very careful when preparing food. My only very slight gripe is it would be good if they did a GF pitta or wrap with the kebabs but, we just bought some in advance knowing we were going. Nice friendly staff. Nice food. Was worth the half an hour drive to get there and the food was still hot when I got home. Will be back.

Me and my husband drive from County Durham to Lowfell for these pizzas! We used to live nearby and no other pizza shop even comes close to this! The pizzas are beautifully made, the toppings are fresh and tasty (not just drowned in cheese like so many pizza shops) and the chicken is always perfectly cooked, everything is clean and fresh, there's never any greasiness. The staff are friendly and attentive and always keen to ask how you are, they remember us every time! Can't speak highly enough of this place, if you're wondering whether to give it a go - do it! You won't be disappointed.

Called in for a couple of pizzas on way home to Birtley. Lovely lads in shop and pizzas were gorgeous, shop immaculately clean as well. Will definitely use again, highly recommend. Elizabeth from Birtley.

When I think pizza I think itzza pizza. This is by far my favourite place to get a quick meal. Staff are always friendly and food is made fresh and fast. If your in Gateshead and you want a good quality pizza then this is the place for you!

Ordered tonight, were missing multiple items, when I called up to see if this could be rectified I was belittled, called darling, spoken over and basically called a liar. Had to make a complaint through just eat to try to get a refund for missing items, in addition food was low quality, definitely will not order from here again..

They had forgotten some bits and when I called to tell them they were rude and hung up

Not a great pizza .bland mass produced doughcrust ..toppings, sauce and cheese.Unfortunately like most pizza shops in low fell.Still looking for a stand out place. Would happily pay a bit more for something flavourful

Rang to see where my order was as it was very late, all I got was aload of abuse. He asked if I wanted to cancel my order when I said will I get my money back, he then said it will be 5 mins. To then continue to give me more abuse down the phone. He refused to give me his name and hung up on me

As if your selling a pizza with a description stating it comes with cheese then charging £1.30 to actually have cheese but you’ve got no choice because it’s a required option. As if you’re charging £8.50 for a 10 inch pizza.

Ordered the goats cheese pizza and a pepperoni one both beautiful , thin crust just right. Service great and delivered on time. Perfect will definitely order again

Had my first pizza from here which was with goats cheese and olives it was the BEST pizza 🍕😂 I have had in a long time, highly recommended 🤗

My Review has been updated, sadly I think the burger patties used now are a poor quality and my pictures are outdated too, the last couple of times the burgers have not lived up to my review before. knocked off 2.5 stars... am in the middle it wasn't bad, but also it was not good. ________________________________________________________________________ The Itzza Burger is one of the best burgers I have had, reminds me of the Bacon XL from Burger King when it first came out, and way better then any Burger from Burger King today. Calzone was really nice too.

Delicious pIzzas, mouthwatering fresh and unique flavours, and great service. They do a range of pizza sauces which make for really different flavours. I have tried a few and each one has been mouth wateringly tasty. The food arrived hot, and quickly, and was gone quickly too! The flavours are what make it though, really different from any other takeaway I have had. Try it, you will love it!

They take money off you! Without delivering your food! Also very sarcastic on the phone and rude! Do not go to this takeaway!

Do not order from here! Waited 2 hours for my food so I rang the shop and they said it had been delivered which it hadn’t. I was hung up on numerous of times and being spoke to very rudely by the people working there. Caught them out by the driver saying she had delivered it then another member of staff saying I should of been in when they delivered it so clearly they have no communication with each other in the shop. Baring in mind I was in the full day and night. I just want to make people aware not to order from this place or if you do, expect your money being taken and your food not arriving.

Ordered a delivery from this place and took over 2 hours for me to ring and ask politely where my food is but got nothing but disgusting ungrateful and stinking attitude towards me trying to say they have delivered it!!! I told them to come down to my address but I know that was a long shot!!!! They can’t deliver to correct addresses at all lucky they need the money more than I do and I should have known anyways because it’s old greasy bland food thought I could have got fast delivery haha I know this place very very well and will make sure that all my family’s friends of friends of friends find out because the way they spoke on the phone way appalling and places like this shouldn’t be open happy to take customers money no hesitation they will never ever be recommended by me ever again it’s a laughing stock this place 😂😂nothing will get done about it but just hate hate hate awful service and poor food I should have known better!! The best pizza shop in Low Fell! The Garlic and Chilli make it as they are delicious. The grilled chicken kebabs are amazing too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for our Sunday night takeaways!

Been looking for a good pizza shop for a while and we’ve found it. Had a couple of takeaways from here lately and they were lovely, they do meal deals too which are well worth it Definitely return

Great tasty pizza's and quality of food is a decent standard for a small takeaway. Food has always been on time and hot. Nuff said!

This is the spot. I've ate pizza religiously for years. Arguably the best takeaway pizza I've had. Go for the thin option for a New York Style. Delivery is quick and its cheap for the quality.

Good pizzas, good prices, very friendly staff.
