We visited Itsu Sushi and were absolutely delighted by the experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, but what truly made our visit exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Chris. Chris went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. His warm and professional demeanor added a special touch to our holiday outing. Thank you, Chris, and the Itsu team for making our visit so wonderful. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice little restaurant, quick service and great for lunch. Tasty sushi.

The team leader always smiles at customers and cleans the bench when there aren’t many people. The team members made the salmon full house boxesvery nice.

As any other Itsu in London. If you have already been at Itsu you know what to expect. As all the other Itsu this offers 50% discount 30 Min before the closing time.

Food was great 👌 Place was great 👌 But if you go to the toilet and stay there for more than a few minutes, they will lock it up from the outside and chase you out.

ITSU Eat Beautiful:) this is exactly what comes to my mind when I'm grabbing my lunch here. Deliceous peqces of sushi, shashini and rolls waiting to be collected and enjoyed. Place is apaceilous, staff is friendly and always willing to help out. Location itself is placed near offices, but it's never crowded. You can enjoy your sushi on the spot. Always decent sushi but the self service machine is dull and they’re charging for soy..

Just spent 10 minutes in the St Mary Axe store queueing for a self service machine. Used to be in and out in 30 seconds pre-self service/COVID. Won’t be returning!

Favourite choice for quick work lunch. I tend to buy for take away. They always try to improve their menu. Have a great selection of both hot and cold foods.

Decent quality sushi at a great price

Good food and well priced. The duck bao buns and teriyaki chicken rice pot are very good. The katsu curry soup is nice but not really katsu. Surprisingly filling, one of the better places to buy a light lunch or snack.

It didn’t look like today’s food, most probably lying in the fridge since yesterday.

My second experience with itsu this time very bad, I asked if the chicken inside the soup is fried the response I got from the staff was yes but it went out after I opened my soup that it isn't, the staff was struggling with answering my questions about the food like for exp. If there is rice inside. So far only the sushi was good but not the best.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Shopfront is large enough even for busy hours. Plenty of seating. No toilets. Would recommend the Salmon Teriyaki.

As takeaway sushi joints go, Itsu is probably the best of them. Rice is decently vinegared and the fish usually seems pretty fresh. Pro tip : Roll in a few minutes before 7:30 and you'll snag the sushi and other food for half off. There's usually other sushi vultures swooping in, so move quickly!
