The food is good, I don't fault it, but the quantity is limited, the tables are small, you need to be careful, especially with the cheese, some of it is old, and there is also a variety of cheeses from sheep and cows. Be careful of meat, it is not slaughtered in Islam, nor is it chicken. The coffee is made and the bread is varied.

Restaurants was near empty, nice atmosphere with the music but nothing more. Food was good quality and served in good time . Service as other has said was a limiting factor. With such an empty restaurant, diners still had to go to the bar to get attention, order more drinks / desserts. Appeared they were very busy with room service orders. Polite staff when they did assist . Update Nov 2023, service a second time was much more attentive

The hotel staff are always super friendly, helpful and extremely patient and professional. Have stayed at this Hilton for awhile earlier in the year, whenever I pop in they are all very welcoming. Particularly Nema on the breakfast host team. Would also like to give a special mention to Daneila on reception as well!!

This review is for breakfast only. Breakfast is a varied and wide spread. Coffee is via espresso machine. Hot foods, made to order eggs and omelets, pastries, fruits, yogurt, granola, and porridge are available, as well as juices and smoothies. We appreciated the long time for breakfast service - until 11am on weekends.

We had lunch at Carriages Hilton Paddington. The food was delicious but the service was abysmal. Despite spending well over £100 we had to continually go to the bar area to ask for service. The waitress bought the main course and then left the bill even though we had not finished our lunch and had not chosen a desert or ordered coffee. When we had eventually finished they bought the revised bill which had 10% service charge added which we refused to pay as there had been no service. It wasn’t busy at all, in fact we were the only table occupied, so there was no excuse for the poor service. You don’t expect this from a reputable hotel like the Hilton

Salmon and mashed ‘taters is THA BOMB!!!! We all came for the Caribbean festival and a nice guy decided to pay for our meal…it was a great experience!

Qué gran restaurante en el Hilton. Buena comida y personal amable. Estuvimos allí en la calle 1 de diciembre antes de abordar el tren Night Riviera hacia Cornwall. Moisés nos atendió de principio a fin, una joya absoluta. Cuando regresamos (al bar adyacente) después de regresar unos días después, Moisés nos reconoció y nos dio la bienvenida una y otra vez, nos cuidó. Gracias Moisés, ¡qué gran beneficio para el equipo, cuídalo! Simplemente perfecto.
