Great lunch spot! Loads of seating for such a busy city Itsu, with really helpful staff and tasty food. New vitality bowl is really good, decent portion, healthy and tasty. Loving the perks you get with the app also 👍🏼

I am looking forward to returning to what was my home during my life in London, I have worked there and this restaurant chain, apart from being human with its workers, is excellent in terms of quality of food and procedures. See you in a few days, family!

Normally the stuff is super friendly and helpful. But the girl at the till today was absolutely horrible. She couldn’t be bothered less with helping me with my order and just refusing to edit my order. She looks miserable and she definitely does not belong in customer service

I went to your branch got a box of sushi £8.00 i took a £10.00 note only to be declined card only staff said?? I said you just lost a customer then. Money is tender legal why don't you accept it? I was very disappointed and felt discriminated! Not everyone uses a card and i like to use Cash its my money and I pay how i want. Soi Will boycott Itsu from now on and also i will spread to word to my friends as i wont recommend your business at all.

Pleasant atmosphere, the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl is good if u like spicy food

Amazing place! The food is high-quality and prepared both aesthetically and flavorfully. The tables are roomy and the atmosphere is delightfully cozy, and the people are incredibly kind. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a sit-down or a quick bite. I especially recommend the sushi - I ordered a roll and was thoroughly pleased with the quantity and quality of the food - but the menu is so diverse that there are many different options I didn’t try, so I encourage trying everything!

Topitossimo. I am a very regular customer. The food is great, and not that expensive. Good ambience inside, music loudness could be a bit lower but that ´s ok because the playlists are always great. Cheers. Arigato.

Luke warm miso soup was cloudy with hardly anything in it today. Very disappointed. Usually the food is delicious.

I can’t give this branch a higher review. The food tasted really fresh and came out fast. Plus the staff seem so happy to work there which is nice to see. So if you’re in central London come here for a lovely experience.

Decent option if you looking for a quick meal . I liked my rice bowl and left satisfied. They have plenty of seats and my order arrived very quick .

Just spent £14 on a quick meal and when I asked the code for the toilet, the lady at the till said both toilets are broken. Customer Service followed up on the issue with me and for this reason I'm changing my rate from 1 to 5 stars. It's a sign of respect and care about its customers.

Had a late lunch on Monday so the branch was quiet. Was served straight away and as always, the team at this branch were v. welcoming. Had the chicken crystal noodle miso which was tasty and filling. Will definitely visit again!

Great service from the team @ Itsu St Paul’s!

So called ‘Katsu curry’ with some pale, meagre sauce, chunks of plain, sad looking chicken breast floating in the cesspit of so called ‘Katsu curry’. And let’s not forget the crunchy beans tossed in for good measure. Can’t comment on atmosphere as I had a takeaway, however the quality of my food probably reflects an abysmal restaurant with sad staff and hungry customers. DO NOT USE.

Food was good, but definitely pre-made, don't come here expecting a freshly made meal. The bathrooms were top tier, bringing this place from a 2 to a 3 star location. Price was acceptable for the food and service provided. Overall, would not come back, but do recommend if you need quick food on the go.

Pretty okay sushi for premade. The salmon was pretty thin. Great for quick on the go.

Won't even let you pay on the till anymore... Only touch screen. I don't mind that, but it's quite funny to see the shopkeeper just stand there when you have to pay on the machine.

It was awful, it was my first time here and a colleague suggested we try it. I didn't know what to order and I picked something off the menu at the counter. Chicken, broad beans, brown rice, and loads of brown salty sauce. Sold as.... chicken teriyaki rice'bowl British chicken, wholegrain brown rice, vitamin packed fresh greens & ginger, teriyaki sauce Well, the green beans were so cold, just above freezing, the rice was hard like it was under cooked and crunchy. The chicken was nice but everything had this brown sauce covering it which is basically soy sauce with loads and loads of sugar in it from other ingredients. The taste was overwhelming. £9 something, waisted. Such a disappointment as I love to try new things. Never again. Rather eat a petrol station sandwich.

It’s awesome price/quality place. Only downside being the awful paper spoons which they have recently introduced instead of plastic.

First time at Itsu Paternoster Square, and would definitely be going back. We weren’t sure what to order but staff were very patient, helpful and friendly. In the end I ordered the chicken teriyaki rice bowl - best ever! So tasty! My friends got the chicken Thai rice bowl, and thought was absolutely delicious too! Nice friendly atmosphere and good management.

Good quality, nice range of meals and reasonable prices. Self-service, but canteen feel.

Decent Japanese and Korean food

Very good restaurants if you get a taste for sushi. The air conditioning in the restaurant is strongly turned on, which personally hindered me, but it did not spoil the taste of the food. My recommend: taste it kombucha passionfruit

Average place. The food was dry and not great. The service was really quick. They have seating inside. It does get very busy during lunch time on weekdays. It's very close to Saint Paul's cathedral, so it's better to take your food and walk over there to enjoy your meal. You get your food in takeaway style boxes.

Very good service staff very friendly, very professional

I have high blood pressure and the amount of salt used in the food could have given me heart attack. I am surprised that food inspectors don't check this. I believe food businesses should have a legal standard of the amount of salt they use in their food.

A large chain which is ordinary in every respect but not bad for all that.

Bought veggie pot. Pot not full to top. Felt they could have filled to the top. Uddon more,veg less but better than other places that list veg in ingredients and give token 2 pieces

I sure wasn’t expecting a lot when I saw that this is part of a restaurant chain. but I have to admit that I was wrong with that assumption. I was here back in august on a short trip with some other people. our time was sadly very limited so that was kinda the reason why we went here in the first place. wasn’t packed with people like other restaurants were and it wasn’t as expensive. the food and the drinks are actually top tier. the place was also really clean and didn’t have a single dirty spot. oh and the employees were so nice! absolutely adore this place. 10/10 strongly recommend

It is my first review for Itsu (I believe) despite the fact that I actually do enjoy itsu much since it’s discovery. This time I want to thank whole team for overal experience with Itsu food and service and of course famous 50% price drop loyal customers do enjoy much. Also wanted to comment on the itsu food available to purchase in local supermarkets and online. Thank You for this. It feels good that you can “repeat” same experience as going out to the actual Itsu restaurant by being at home (on a certain extend of course). This day at St Paul itsu 29 of October around 18:00 was a lovely lady (if I am not mistaken Maddy) on shift. 6 stars and will visit you soon again 🙏🏼

Great place very packed at lunch however. There also wasn't enough seats or staff working. Could definitely use some improvements also in the way of cleanliness.

Very crowded. I had to wait for my noodles to be prepared and had to stand to the side. The problem is the store is only big enough for the queues for the tills and no thought has been given as to where to wait. It is also upto the staff to remember who has ordered what and you don't have a receipt until the food arrives (despite having paid).

I love the itsu London store. The food is always delicious and I love that there is so much to choose from. Plus, their staff is always super helpful and I never have to wait for my order.

Nice and clean however due to covid none of the sauces or bottles are available for you to use to your hearts content!

Food very good. Seems very strange during COVID to have a security key pad to access the toilet as this is an extra unnecessary touch point increasing risk of disease transmission. Would also be so much nicer to eat here if the background noise they call music was switched off but apparently they are not allowed to do so!

Great welcoming service and good value

My first visit to an Itsu - loved it. Quick service, really kind staff member who got me a glass of water (due to my coughing madly (not Corona!) whilst I was deciding what to order and scrumptious spicy Korean chicken rice bowl plus boa buns & gyoza.

Always nice and fresh food, friendly staff. Only toilets are not always perfectly clean, even they are locked from general public.

Vegetable option was really good

Sushi isn't very nice. The noodles and rice (hot dishes) are better.
