Half price for the last half an hour before close

I usually like Itsu and the food is usually really nice, but the veggie rice bowl ii paid for was not nice at all. It didn't look like I was given a proper portion as the container was half empty and then once I started eating, I realised that the food was drowning in the sauce (not just a drizzle as the picture shows). I didn't feel able to complain as I'd already started eating. I had to leave most of it as the copious amount of sauce made the food inedible. Won't be going there again in a hurry.

Expensive for what you get. The sushi pieces have shrunk in size. They used to be much more substantial. EDIT - I have to mention the kind and wonderful staff member who helped me the other day.

Really good experience, specially for part of the staff, since they treated us really well helping us, since we were tourists and he took the time to explain everything to us, but on the other hand, the food didn't really had any salt, it was really good and good amount for the price, but it had no flavor. Also i liked that you can have free water

This was the best sushi place you could go to and the workers are very kind and helpfull

Great location. Not very family friendly, especially with young kids….there is only 1 small table. The high chair has no tray.

Japanese fast food at it best. You can choose between qyoza, soups, noodles and rice dishes. Order large/double if you are hungry. Background music is a bit noisy. Restrooms are located outside.

The food arrived on time. It was well packaged so the hot items were hot and the cold items were cold. Everything was delicious! We especially enjoyed the chicken and spring onion gyoza dumplings.

ordered sushi from Just eat. I ordered california for £6. Did I get it? No. Instead, they put dumplings by mistake. I don't eat dumplings and wanted to get california or my money back, but tech support said no. Thanks to itsu, it was my first and last order.

itsu didn't put the sushi I ordered, instead I got dumplings. I don't eat dumplings, and they won't refund the money. Imagine you order an iPhone and get a brick, and they don't want to give you your money back👍🏻

A really nice fast food restaurant with a great selection of food at a really reasonable price. There is a good amount of seating and the staff are really friendly.

Nice and spacious store with a good selection of dishes especially the chicken teriyaki. The customer service is great as everyone is helpful and friendly. On my latest visit I had the pleasure to be assited by Daira who was very helpul, positive and very knowledgeable about the food. I much appreciated her customer service and she made me feel welcomed because I'm not really good at working the interactive board which she helped me with too. Thank you

A main dish was missing so that ruined our meal and our night. I have reported to just eat but have not received any kind of feed back. The courier was lovely. However no food for dinner and no one responding from just eat or itsu

food all as expected packaged really well bought lots of on offer items so have loads left over, nothing to complain about.

Practically first time trying itsu and loved it. Launch offer meal was insanely delicious and still healthy, and the service was 5 star too, smiles actually included (shout out to the woman wearing the headscarf). Such a good first experience, can’t wait to go again.

Whenever I am in Islington and need a quick lunch, I LOVE to go to this Itsu. Today I received such a great welcome from team leader, Shemar. He was so helpful and considerate; I also noticed the care he was taking to keep the shop floor organised.

I placed my order at 15:52. Received a phone call at 16:17 from Itsu, telling me the courier does not have the Internet and is it possible to text my address so he can find it, so I did. At 17:06 I called back & asked where's my order? He said "You haven't received it yet", I said no & tells me that the courier does not speak English. I told him I'll let just eat know and get a refund, he said okay. Justeat told me the info they received they'll be unable to refund me because of the info giving

The driver arrived at my address at 1912 and it took him another 10 minutes to deliver!!! Even though instructions were VERY detailed as to where the flat is located and had it marked on the map, he chose to wander around for 10 minutes!!! Terrible

Easy to order on one of the 6 touch screens. Good selection of sushi, soup, noodle soup, rice & meat, dessert and drinks. Helpful staff member available if you require support or have any questions. NHS and student discount offered. Highly recommend the chicken coconut laksa.

Streamlined well-defined interior allows reasonable short-term “perch” space in high footfall location for a fast-food gobble. Pan-Asian/Japanese “innovative fusions” redacted/simplificated, largely plant-based and mostly steamed. Reasonable price, bountiful portion, thoughtful presentation/disposal and informed, efficient staff. A diversion from the familiar sameold Kentuckyfication mindset.

Food was brilliant, I recommend using a voucher code whenever you can. #WorthIt!

I ordered a soft egg for The Clean Katsu Bowl and I didn't receive it.

Wow - took an hour to arrive - even then had to explain where I lived in Central London - again. Food luke warm.

Went in for a takeaway. Ordered and paid on their electronic boards. No human interaction at all . It was quiet and half a dozen customers were sitting down and all seemed to be on their laptops.

Always great food. Love the cold sushi. Maybe the hot food could be rotated more but not too bad. Overall great

Super delicious vegan udon noodles and vegan gyoza. They have loads of siriacha, sesame seeds and soya sauce. Staff are super attentive and keep everything super clean. Atmosphere is welcoming.

The food delivery time estimate just kept getting longer and ended up 20 minutes more than the first estimate. Food arrived cold. "Bowls" are small pots big enough for lunch but not a main meal. It was expensive for what it was.

Really good food! Good selection of food and drinks but i wish they added onigiri on the menu, its one of my fav foods and the only reason ill eat at different sushi places is because they have it. Also i found the ordering kind of confusing idk. Definetly pricey but its london🤷‍♀️

Itsu's vegan gyoza is a delight! The Korean spicy stir fry udon noodles was tasty too, though I was expecting a larger portion. Delivery was super swift and efficient!

Went there to grab a quick bite with my partner. The products were carefully arranged and the atmosphere was calm, which we liked. Staff were very helpful in helping my partner use her NHS Blue Light discount. Additionally, all the spices we needed were already on the table, so it's literally sit & eat. Would definitely recommend for a quick bite and quality of food.

This kind of food is not really my thing way to over priced but coming at 8:30pm nearly every day after work for more than half price off the food yeah now I will go

Always check what they give you, bad service! For a fast food chain, they don't have the things organised. They gave me several times the order of other people.

I brought a couple of dishes from this store only to find out when I got home that one of the dishes was open, the seal had already been broken & was therefore NOT safe to eat. Due to health issue's I wasn't able to return to the store, instead sending an email to customer services regarding the issue. I got no response but managed to return to the store the next day for an exchange. When I produced the dish and my receipt to a male server at the food counter, he immediately gave me a dirty look, treated me like dirt, questioned and interrogated me, accused me of ripping the seal myself, then walked off without saying anything! I watched as he went over to a woman sitting at one of the tables. They both proceeded to stare at me in a cold manner, talking about me for a long time while I stood there waiting for them. The woman took her time to get up, slowly walked over to me while continuously staring at me. Told me she was a 'deputy', said she had read my email (but did not respond) and also accused me of ripping the seal myself! She talked to me as if I was lying and trying to pull a big scam......over a dish that costs £5.29! I am totally confused as to what type of scam she thinks I'm trying to pull here. It was obvious that I had not consumed the dish. I told her I just want to exchange it for a new one, she agreed and I left feeling upset and angry at the way I had been treated. I don't know why it was so hard and took so long to do a straightforward exchange. I shop 'regularly' at this store and have done so for many years since the store first opened. I spend a lot of money at this store every week. There's one small issue and I'm interrogated and treated like a criminal! I will not be buying from this store again, and do not recommend other's do either.

I love itsu food but didn't even have the opportunity to taste any food at this one as they have removed the accessible tables. This means it is completely inaccessible for wheelchair users like myself. As I was not able to eat there neither were my friends so it means you have lost several customers. While I was there I was also speaking to someone who needed to use a walking stick due to a leg injury. They could not lever themselves up to the high stool and get off it without nearly falling. Therefore will never be using this itsu again.

It'd been a while since I visited last time and it's changed to a self payment system. Touch screen to pay for sushi etc and/or order hot food. I wasn't aware of it at first, but a staff member was really kind and helpful.

Fresh and tasty sushi, I’ll always recommend it. It can be slightly pricey but it’s filling and the quality makes it worth it.

Clean, quick and relatively healthy. They changed their checkouts to automated ones. Now they have more checkouts which makes the waiting way shorter.

Since I started my new role in Rituals store , I felt the sensation to visit this restaurant for my health diet as a vegetarian/ vegan. The place is so lovely , good feeling , the food is delicious and fresh all the time , the value as well. But the most important thing for me is to see the wonderful girl names Marta 💗 does her job sensationally, all the time . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Almost no customer service. We could not find what we wanted (regular maki) on the shelves as it was almost empty on a Friday night around 7pm. They recently set up new automatic POS which we had to use. Apparently the products we paid for were not available. We would have appreciated to have the info before paying. In almost all restaurants in the world, when you order something on the machine, it means it's available or the employees will made it. Apparently Itsu doesn't really care about customer experience. When I made the remarks to the employees, they seem not to care at all and were reluctant to give my money back. Last time for me to go to Itsu on site. Paying extra for this is not worth the price. Only delivery is

The branch in Angel is my favourite, rarely ever crowded and always clean and fully stocked. They do 50% off 30mins before closing which is great (its a very popular initiative so make sure you go there before and tale what you want to buy )

I ordered the coconut chicken and rice it was actually really nice More like chicken and rice with coconut soup. But very tasty, so don't be surprised when it doesn't look like the meal on the screen. Very cheap too £4.95 . Place was very clean, and servers attentive. 👌🏽 This was a lislington Angel.
