I normally stop by for a shisha before or after attending an arsenal match. Been passing through there for over a year now and it's always been a decent place that could and definitely should make some improvements. There is a lot of potential there. I think the feedback I'd give is have more flavours, opening times doesn't seem accurate to Google? I went on a Sunday for 2/2.30 and it was shut. Lastly they could do with new shishas as I feel the ones used are quite old and not very clean. The workers there are nice though but definitely could be amazing!

It's OK gone down a lot used to get a really nice breakfast here would rather go next door the people in the cafe next door are friendly the food is amazing great customer service x

I’ve never been to another itsu branch, but this one alone proves that itsu’s service is truly world-class. Especially Shifas — I can confidently say he is exceptional. If everyone in the world were like him, there would be no conflict anywhere. Despite my limited English, he listened patiently to everything I said, always with a warm smile and genuine kindness. He even went out of his way to make up for the smallest discomfort I experienced, which I deeply appreciated. Thanks to his care and generosity, I had one of the best days during my stay in London. I will definitely keep coming back to this location while I’m here.❤️❤️❤️❤️
