Great place for a quick lunch. Although the menu is not extensive, everything seems to have a common base .perfect, and inexpensive for a light lunch

I have purchased a sushi box from Itsu Baker Street for about £9.50, and I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The portion sizes were significantly smaller than what they used to be, with each piece of sushi being about half the size than before. The quality of the sushi itself was fine, but the reduced size left me feeling unsatisfied and let down. I hope Itsu addresses this issue and returns to offering the same size before in the future. Otherwise no more Itsu for me!

Have been several times and sushi rice just disintegrates when handled. Many rolls fall apart when handled even when bound with nori. Poor craft. Difficult to eat.

California rolls fell to pieces on being touched! Making an unappetising mush. Thai-style stir fry udon noodles consisted mainly of edamame beans and no other recognisable veg.

First time visitor. The ordering system was easy. The food was quick and delish, perfect for ease around the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

worst itsu i’ve ever been, staff’s behavior was awful and the place doesn’t even have a toilet!!!

I know it's a Japanese themed shop but a little milk and sugar for a cup of tea wouldn't hurt.?!

The curry was horrible. Too salty, nothing to do with a Japanese curry and definitely overpriced £10.95 for adding the chicken and egg. Only positive note was the kindness of the person there.

Ok for a chain restaurant. The miso soup was unexpectedly fishy with (to me) an unpleasant smell. Service is minimal and ordering (on a console rather than from a person) seemed unnecessarily complicated. Reasonable value for money but not somewhere I would seek out to visit again soon.

My food didn’t smell well it was not fresh partly… they mixed it with fresh… if you don’t feel like eating nor fresh food don’t go there

Dirty, empty shelves, half terminals is broken, toilet broken. And as a bonus completely inattentive and rude staff. All boxes checked.

We arrived, quiet afternoon, and saw a complete absence of a till. There were NO instructions as to what to do. Luckily, we knew how the system worked as we had visited itsu before and really enjoyed it. However, as we were collecting our food, the shelves were only half-stocked (the restaurant was less busy than usual). We tried asking the staff, which were chatting away in a corner, to get us ginger separately, to which they luckily agreed. We checked out (note, most of the check out machines were broken) and sat down at a rather dirty table. When we went to wash our hands, the toilet was out of order and staff couldn’t even provide us with hand sanitizer (following the recent Covid pandemic which was pretty surprising as it used to be at every corner) and struggled to enjoy our food (which was decent to be fair). We also couldn’t help but notice a rather dirty-looking floor with leaves etc. which no one was cleaning! The food was ok, just the hygiene is crazy for such a good-rated restaurant.

Always love Itsu, nice healthy food, this one had lots of options and had a lot of self service machines so there's not a wait.

Service was excellent, I had a avocado maki which was completely tasteless, it seems that they forgot to add salt when they cooked the rice, the wasabi version is much better.

Ordered the Korean spicy udon noodles and was served coconut thai, went to the counter to get the correct dish but was told that it was a new recipe and it's supposed to have coconut sauce in it - complete BS.

The korean chicken bbq is not what it used to be. So many ordering screens that make the place cold and unfriendly.

Nice place to snack on sushi with bar-type tables and stools. Has a good selection of cold food but their warmed up food is not so good. Sushi is not my thing but I think this can be better. Staff are always friendly. It's not far from Selfridges.

Wanted the salmon superfood salad, none on the shelf. Waited 5 mins and was then told it would be another 10 mins. They need to manage shelf stock better.

It was really dirty at the tables. With covid you at least expect the tables to be wiped yuck

Sushi was good - Soy sauce wasn't too much though. The restaurant surprised me with a miso soup, really nice. Delivery was really quick :)

The time was recalculated to be 16.41 from 17.00, but eventually the delivery man came at 17.01. The pack of Salmon on a bed I ordered was very less of salmon, unlike from when I picked it myself in the store. The taste of veggie gyoza was very bland and kind of bitter.

The eastern European lady who is the manager or team leader is extremely rude . As if she is paying out of her pocket for food you're buying half price at 8:30 pm before they close. Could do with learning to smile and not be outrageously rude.Being racist from a civilisation that has previously been subject to this is NOT acceptable. I was treated like a second class citizen by this lady at itsu on Baker Street.. unacceptable behaviour for someone working in the service industry or any industry.

Always freshly made, healthy and inventive. Hot and cold choices. New sushi recipes added to the menu from time to time. Health drinks and smoothies are delicious. Everything is meticulously labelled. Staff always helpful and friendly and this helps creat a good upbeat vibe at Itsu venues.

Baker street store 15 close ti Selfridges again lacked poor training in customer service,whilst charing cross is the flagship store next to the station .please try it everything is so perfect!!!

Always good tasty food with calorie count clearly shown on the menu for all items. These are not small meals either and you feel full after finishing, the noodle and trice bowls are great with brown rice helping to fill you up.

Always a good place for sushi. In this shop not many seats tho.
