This is rapidly becoming my goto place to grab a bite when commuting back from London. As a diabetic I love the fact they offer brown rice, and the curry is excellent. Its not that cheap, but I have found it filling so better than other fast food

Lots of healthy choices amongst many tasty entree and snacks. Staff very friendly, approachable and helpful. Very busy station location has tons of outdoor seating.

I have the same thing every day on my lunchbreak. The staff start preparing it as I walk through the door. I don't even have to ask. Friendly and welcoming management and staff.

We are a family of four and went for a quick lunch after a theatre as my daughter who is 6 is a sushi lover. I was surprised that the place is not disable/wheelchair friendly also difficult to accommodate toddlers. My daughter has got a broken leg and temporary using a wheelchair and we had nowhere to sit as all the tables were high. A bit upsetting.

Just incredibly awful. Salmon only 'Sushi' sold by robot machines for a massive markup. If you want to experience real Sushi then please do not go here. If you still use cash then pease do not got here. If you have any intelligence whatsoever then don't go here to get robbed.

Jeg var på Itsu med min familie. Jeg valgte at bestille en nudelsuppe med kylling. På billedet var der en lækker nudelsuppe, men da vi fik vores retter, var jeg lige ved at skide i bukserne. Maden var i en papskål, og det lignede ikke det som vi havde bestilt! Alt var lavet ud af pap! Endda også deres hjerner! Man får skam ikke noget suppe hvis man skal spise med en af deres papskeer! Dybt skuffende oplevelse! Jeg vil have min penge tilbage!😡

Went to the theatre so grabbed a bit in itsu Food was good actually but as a family having a meal , someone needs to pee and the toilets were shut and the guy on the door was rude. Now I know it was untimely with the pride day as well so everywhere was busy but to shut the toilets with no option elsewhere is just not acceptable Perhaps they didn’t want all and sundry using the loos Won’t be going in there again the guy on the door needs a lesson in manners

Awful place the soup.was.cold.and had no chicken in it and rude staff..also the food tasted not fresh at all .horrible

BLARING 'music',I asked for it to be turned down or preferably OFF, she ( The manager--I presume didn't respond but told a member of staff that nobody else has complaints, (I feel this is a lie),shame because the food is fair,why do we need this hideous racket when eating?.

I visited here yesterday, selected my meal and unfortunately encountered a problem with my card in the machine so I couldn’t pay. Mo and Ramisa were kindness itself and gave me the meal with their compliments. Cannot praise them enough and the meal, teriyaki chicken on a bed was amazing. Thank you so much Mo and Ramisa

I use to eat at itsu regularly. They’re good is pretty good. Nothing unique . Nothing really special. I don’t think they’ve changed their menu for years and be weary of some hot dishes as too much sodium The main reason I no longer eat at Itsu is greed. They have a ridiculous policy that promotes dishonesty and so do a lot of coffee shops like Starbucks. They ask you whether you want to eat in or take away. Say you eat in and you pay their vat. Say you take away and you don’t. So people have caught on and lie and tell them takeaway and don’t pay. You get a tray if you eat in but no one tells you to leave if you say take a way and eat in. The fact is, these corporate companies are driven by greed and I don’t promote greed or the encouragement of being dishonest. I’d rather just sit down and pay the tip

I spent time choosing what I wanted and then got to the cash til to pay ( after queueing ) and could only use card but my card isn't working . I also prefer to use cash for eating out due to budgeting and freedom of anonymity and privacy !

Cheap rubber chicken, tasteless bland and only good for the bin! Very disappointing. I will not visit again.

I feel the same as the below or above reviews about Itsu being cashless. They have lost another customer ....will go back if they start accepting cash again. Meanwhile will find elsewhere .

I ordered two trays, paid for to eat in but forgot to get the miso soup which one of main reasons why I visit the place. Sat down to eat, I realised that I forgot the soup, went back asked if I can get it as deal with my order, the lady on the counter refused and wanted to charge me full price.

Fish is tasteles, soy and wasabi extremely salty, rice is terrible, and I even found a hair on my food. Absolutely not recommended

This place has great food and very fresh. Very pleasant inside and a nice selection of food, hot or cold. I could eat here every day if I could.

Storm Dennis was at its height and London’s pavements had turned into rivers so we wanted something warming to eat. We saw itsu just off Drury Lane and it fitted the bill. The udon noodles with chicken and with vegetables were tasty. Staff were friendly. Prices were acceptable for the area. Reusable sporks were on sale for less than £1 which was good but did seem a bit incongruous with so much waste otherwise - the noodles were in cardboard posts although I noticed some food came in ceramic bowls. The plastic sporks and bamboo chop sticks all appeared to be thrown away but I could be wrong.

We really loved the choice and the fact you can have hot to take away straight away was great. We will be back

Getting food on a Sunday night after my train. Calorie information clearly displayed on menu. No queue at the time, food (veg gyoza udon £6.5 with added chicken for +£1) came just a couple of minutes after ordering. It was hot and warming, and the thicken was tender. Portion size not bad. Fairly content.

There are several Itsu Food shops throughout London. We got takeaway from the one on Kings Road Chelsea. The food is delicious and fresh. All manner of Japanese and other asian styles of food. Sushi , noodles , salads , marinated salmon and so much more . Perfect when you want something quick and easy. You can sit and eat your food there , or takeaway. Recommended.

Ordered the Spicey Korean chicken Rice bowl. Chicken and veg' on top was hot and tasty but unfortunately the rice below was cold, didn't take it back as the place was very busy. Staff pleasant

We visited the location on Totenhamm Court near the British museum. Staff was ver nice, but the chicken ramen didn't have any flavor. Definitely not authentic Japanese food.

Sin embargo, un par de malas experiencias con esta dama (rubia, usualmente lleva pelo en una cola de caballo) realmente me están desanimando. It was so refreshing to encounter itsu for super healthy asian food on the go at London Heathrow airport. After two weeks of standard UK fare (too many boiled potatoes and sausage with bread), it was wonderful to grab one of itsu's supergreen cups from the cooler and have them blend it up into a smoother - now that is FRESH! Mine had spinach, kale, apple, a hunk of ginger, and coriander, and it was yummy.

I have visited the itsu on St Mary Axe several times, the food is always good and i am made to feel very welcome. Employee Maria Lopez Alvarez is always particularly helpful and kind when serving. I come for lunch and would highly recommend.

We were busily shopping in Sloane Square and got hungry at lunch time. ITSU is a great go-to place for cheaper Asian food. Eat-in or take away. Selection of cold dishes like sushi and teriyaki chicken and rice plus hot soups, hot rice dishes and hot udon noodle dishes. You will find something for less than GBP 10 and likely around GBP6-7. Buzzy atmosphere, cooked on site, fast turnover. Recommended!

Just popped in itsue canary wharf, place is empty, tried to pay by cash apparently no longer accepted - big mistake. Food portions are getting smaller and more expensive.

After being a regular Itsu customer for over 10 years, I went into a branch that I used only last week, only to be told that they are now cashless and will not take physical money. I only ever use cash and now feel extremely discriminated against. I complained using their contact us, but just received an unsatisfactory response along the lines of 'we are sorry your upset, but it's more convienient for us to be cashless'. Well done Itsu, you've lost a very loyal customer who will be advising as many people as possible not to purchase your products.

I had the salmon bento the Heathrow Terminal 5 airport. Taste is ok, need to go with soy sauce. And for airport outlet, you need to pay extra 1 pound for sitting there. Well, I had it takeaway and saved it for better purpose.

This chain seems to have relaxed in to tasteless blandness. I had the teriyaki chicken and Wass very disappointed. I have ordered this before and whilst expecting flavour. Mass production seems to have taken over and flavour has suffered. I'll not shop here again.

Been to Itsu in Notting Hill A while back and it was my first time I felt the food was ok but for the price paid I expected better considering there's a another Japanese Restaurant across the road with similar prices but better Foods. All in all if you're looking for something quick on the go to eat then Itsu is a sound choice.

Feeling ill today after quick pre theatre meal at ITSU in New Oxford Street yesterday. The chicken noodle soup came with the stock not dissolved, leaving a thick salty residue at the bottom. Dumplings were greasy and otherwise tasteless. Used to be reliable. What happened?

This was our first visit to this food chain and we loved it! After a long and busy sightseeing day we were looking for a good value place for food and were delighted with our discovery. Two bowls of delicious, tasty food with a beer each , in central London for less than £20! Will definitely use this chain again.

Ran in to pick up a meal for the train. Got the last chicken and spring onion gyoza. They were AMAZING. Staff helpfully pointed out the teriyaki sauce which was great. Also got a cracking spicy chicken and edamame salad. Really nice. Staff all friendly.

While visiting London we ate at Itsu a couple of times to get a break from Carbs and to get some veggie intake! We found it reasonably priced, quick and tasty. Only complaint was they were not all open on Sunday, or closed early.

Korean Chicken Rice Bowl was yummy. It was a perfect light dinner before evening train. Cashiers need to be more attentive when there's a long queue.

Food can be very expensive out here and this was very affordable and actually good for a quick meal on the go while exploring this wonderful city. I would definitely recommend it. It’s not fine dining but it’s great and affordable for what it is. I definitely would recommend it to anyone in town on a budget.

£7.56 for a small pot of undercooked brown rice with a few shreds of chicken. You can certainly get much better food for less around London. Avoid!

There are lots of it’s all over London. Friendliness of the service wasn’t the best. The food is quick and cheap and not too bad. It’s pretty good food on the go.

I stopped here while passing through Euston station. It is a Japanese counter serve place. I had the teriyaki bowl with a coke. The teriyaki bowl was good. The service was friendly and fast. The whole meal came to about 8 pounds. This is a good place to stop if you have a taste for Japanese food and passing through the train station.

This isn't a review of this branch of Itsu, though Euston is one of the ones I have been to and encountered the problem below.

At the end of long day in London, we stopped in Itsu for a quick dinner with our 2 children. My son the fussy eater ordered the chicken katsu curry thinking it was going to be chicken with sauce and rice but unfortunately it was a soup.

This is my idea of hell, but to be fair, my little grandson loves it and chose 47 Itsu as a treat. He ate 24 pieces of the cold sticky rice and salmon sushi in various guises, whereas I battled to find something I thought I could eat, but ended up with quite a nice little cold treat of a dumpling with hoi sin sauce dip. In the event the puddings we chose, one chocolate and a creamy type thing, were so disgusting we threw them away. Once we had our shopping basket full of our choices, we were jostled at the ordering counter, where the server kindly suggested we ordered a take away as it looked unlikely we’d find a seat, although if we were lucky we could still eat inside. In fact we were lucky, and a little table for 2 came up beside us. At this point as I settled my little chap, two well spoken ladies positively ‘bottom pushed’ us out of the way and edged onto the chairs, saying we could go and sit on some stools at a long shared table. I was so surprised and taken aback unfortunately I didn’t take them on, so we huddled with a large bag of all my grandson’s school things in a squashed position with no chopstick room at all. I watched the behaviour of other people round us, and this shoving for seats seemed to be the done thing! On second thoughts, my experience was probably worse than hell, but I had a lovely thank you letter from my six year old thanking me for taking him for such a great lunch, so what do I know! My resulting bruises are finally fading...

Guau, nunca he comido en un Itsu antes, que es evidentemente mi error. Yo estaba buscando una comida ligera, y nos fuimos con algunos sushi preciosa, que era caro, y sabía brillantemente soberbio. Bebidas y Bocadillos también era precioso, y todo servido con una sonrisa por el gran personal.

Mi nuevo favorito lugar extraoficial saludable! Chicos de la misma, este es el Pret versión más asiático con un montón de sushi fresco y sashimi, fideos, sopas, bebidas saludables y servicio rápido. También tienen este agradable política sostenible de comida que venden 50% de descuento cada noche, super bien, buen trabajo chicos!

I didn't think I'd like & so hadn't been in, but did so recently & pleased I did. Chicken Teryaki rice bowl & chicken udon, both superb, keenly priced & young lad on counter, helpful & warm. Sushi & more in chiller looked excellent. Will go again, no question.

Pero lo que probamos estaba muy bueno y a un precio espectacular.Gran iniciativa para no tirar comida.Hay bastantes restaurantes de esta cadena por toda la ciudad. En algunos hay mesas para comer allí y otros sólo para llevar.

We went there one evening. One of the group is in a wheelchair. He has been there before but now all the tables are high, they used to have a few lower tables he could use. We asked the waiter if they could do anything so he could eat there - all it needed was a lower table. He even said he would eat off a tray on his lap, if they could provide it.The waiter went to the manager, who was sitting in the restaurant. The manager sent the waiter back to tell us they couldn't do anything.I find it astonishing that in 2017 a company has such contempt for people. I also was particularly unhappy with the behaviour of the manager who didn't bother to take the 4 or 5 steps to come and speak to us. He could at least have said sorry they couldn't help. Instead he left it to his waiter - poor management. As we walked out I looked at the manager and shook my head in disappointment, his response was to laugh!If you care about the way people are treated and in equality then I would ask you not to go there.Has the manager any understanding of how being treated like that must feel for someone who happens to be in a wheelchair? Everywhere else we have gone staff are only too willing to make it work if possible. Here it seems they have actively made changes to stop wheelchair users using their restaurant.

마치기전 30분은 스시에 한해 반값세일하니 참고하세요.가성비와 깔끔한 인테리어는 플러스지만, 너무 차가와서 딱딱해진 밥이 초밥의 맛을 반감시켜요. 따뜻한 우동을 시켜서 같이 먹으면 좋을 듯

Stopped for a light lunch and as usual for Japanese it was very tasty and fresh. Service was very quick and efficient but the indoor dining area was very small and crowded. Cheap prices.

While I was eating the delicious chicken & coconut noodle soup I realised I was chewing paper. Apparently the bottom of the carton had dissolved and it also started leaking on my desk and eventually on the carpet floor. Not cool!

The vegetable dumpling udon was incredibly sour and tasted off. It made me physically nauseous and put me off from eating anything afterwards. The chicken soup crystal noodle was too salty, portion too small, noodles over cooked and chicken too dry. We were so disappointed that we left the meals half uneaten. We left hungry and unhappy.

We had a lite lunch at ltsu two days in a row the sushi & salads were very fresh we have decided to eat more healthy and this is the start.

For days in London, we saw Itsu stores and wanted to try, then finally tried this one in Euston. I wanted to like it, but... no. Cheap noodles can be great things, but this was just... meh. Lackluster, not very good tasting. It makes me wonder why I had such a different experience than many reviewers here, but we didn't even get through half before we gave up, pretty much not liking the food. The menu also didn't have the shiritaki noodles advertised in the windows, so we weren't able to order them.

We often get a take away from ITSU at Stansted airport to eat on our flight. Recently they started charging for condiments (ridiculous postage stamp size portions) but they remained free if you ate on site. I thought that this was barmy and was so incensed that we did not buy the food.I gave feed back to ITSU who replied that they had experimented with charging for condiments but the feedback has been so negative that they have stopped the practice. EXCEPT “However, our stores in airports and designer outlets operate on a more expensive model which means we need to charge for sauces at these stores.”So if I understand this correctly, they tried it, people hated it, so in the “expensive” outlets that presumably need more business, they keep a practice going that alienates customers and causes them to choose from the myriad of alternative outlets on site.Either this is a brilliant strategy or completely daft – luckily we can decide with our feet.

Had an hour and a half to wait for a train so had a look around to see what was available for lunch and Itsu was the most tempting.The salad was full of those lovely Vietnamese flavours and so fresh with plenty of thinly sliced beef and crunchy salad.A real bargain at the price.

Inexpensive sushi and delicious soup location, good for quick stopovers and healthy food. Fresh and delicious food.

I was always hesitant when it came to trying sushi as I'm vegetarian. However I thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did as I now know what I've been missing out on. Highly recommended!

I don't know many (if any) people who go to London for the food. We certainly didn't. We didn't want to spend a lot of money on food, either. And we didn't want to eat a bunch of cheap junk food either (although our 8-year-old would disagree). So when we found Itsu (and the similar Wagamama), we found exactly what we needed. Affordable, delicious, and healthy food. We ended up eating at one or the other every day in our one-week trip, and loved it every time. We tried something different every time, and it was all yummy. When we go back to London, we're already planning on eating there again several times.

I love sushi from Itsu. My colleague and In bought 2 big boxes of food and 2 drinks to eat on the train. I was a bit annoyed that all of our food was put in one small paper bag which looked as if it was going to rip when we were rushing to catch the train and we got 1 napkin. I asked for more napkins and got another tiny one. I'm not sure whether they were cutting costs or were just running low on bags and napkins but it annoyed me a bit.

I discovered itsu about five years ago when i went to london on business. so pleased they have opened one at euston station. food is great, wholesome, gf and tastes great. Price and quantity are good too.
