Me and my work colleagues eat here almost everyday. The staff are wonderful and always smiling. The food is great for the price and the coffees are the best around.

Small little restaurant with nice atmosphere. Food was ok. Sachlen was really nice and professional.

I have been served by Sachleen Kaur, the service was 10/10. Very friendly staff and excellent service.

Driver didn’t ring bell as per asked on delivery notes and ringed the wrong door bell we didn’t know he was outside

One of the best things in North West London great food prices and service! Sanchleen is the best server really caring and kind! Rare gem we must protect at all costs great portions lovely staff. Food is tasty, well priced, coffee comes from a machine and banana bread used to come with cream rather than Nutella but still tasted good. Used to do student discounts and meal deals have increased from £4.99 to 6.49 but prices are still really cheap with no service charge. Beef lasagne is also really good

Food is standard, not bad but not amazing. The pricing is fair so you can’t complain - The quality of the food is good and the place is clean but the food isn’t anything special that you can’t find elsewhere

Unfortunately after the recent ownership change the quality has dropped off a cliff. Old fries (with a hair!) and undercooked spinach burger served. Boxes are no longer marked to indicate what is what so you have to guess which is the vegetarian option. Ordered a frappe and they got confused and made a cappuccino. Told them this isn't a frappe and they went back and forth between themselves. Put the hot cappuccino in a blender with some ice and served that as a frappe. Which was warm...

Original delivery time was 1600. Final estimate 1650. Actually arrived 1635 (1 h 14 mins after the order was placed. Drink was warm. Food was cold and the cheesecake had been placed between all cooked food and was gooey and melted

We used to go to ITJL frequently, We love the food and services there. We went for dinner tonight but we did not notice that their lunch special menu is changed. We ordered lunch special with coffee as usual. When we checked the bill, we were told that coffee was not included. However, we were disappointed that the staff did not tell us that only soft drink is included and there are extra cost for coffee. We knew that we did not check the menu carefully, but a bit gutted with the service. Maybe all excellent service staff went to Colindale Library branch.

I’ve been in London for 2 months to work as manager for a summer camp. The restaurant did the cateering for us and we were all so happy to eat their specialties. Sarah is really kind. Even when se was super busy, she listened to our requests and make our students’wishes come true. 100% recommended!

Really tasty and good quality and great prices ! The breakfast has amazing variety and the best breakfast in the area ! We had full English and veg manhattan and it was so so yummy ! Always judge a place by their sausages and they were amazing! We also ordered Frappes which were absolutely perfect 👌 they even put a ‘good morning’ message on the box which was so cute ! Definitely coming back and would recommend!

We dined in, staff were very friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed the environment and cosy. Amazing affordable prices and stunning, delicious food. We wanted the waffles as they were closing but they made them for us regardless. 10/10.

Huge variety of great tasting foods, amazing pricing and great, quick service. Have been here multiple times both dining in and take away. and get something new each time, always bangs. The fresh lemonade is a must try!

Just ordered via uber 2 burger kebab chicken and rice didn't come a kebab came a filet and the burgers ware disgusting like woooooooooooow the onions fired are sweet like a jam it's was the worse fooood I tried in my life like wooow the chips the rice the sald next to it all was bad bad quality the chiken feel like it's plastic 😀 how dis u managed lol 😆

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE OWNER who made empty promises. Started a coffee card before the promotion ended 2 months ago- kept going because staff promised I can finish the card. Then today the owner simply refused with a dismissing attitude. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED at the attitude and service. Honestly I think it’s such a petty thing too but it reflected the stingy management of a restaurant itself. Would never come back.

I ordered the Halal all day breakfast. Food was made quickly and tasted amazing and service was great.

Food was good for the price but wasn't to my personal liking. Probably wouldn't order again as I didn't end up enjoying the food, but the delivery guy was 5 stars! He called me when I forgot about my order and was really nice about it, and he came quite quickly.

Had dinner here with family, the place is really a hidden gem. They brought out food for my younger sibling within 2 minutes on request, and rearranged some tables to accommodate our group. We were given menus and ordered, and we all got our food within 5 minutes. It was hot, tasted amazing, and we were given condiments and everything else we needed. The atmosphere is nice. It’s quiet, warm and all around nice. The staff were extremely friendly, patient and helpful, asking if everything was okay multiple times and cleaning up fast. I had a great time here

Our group of 5 visited ITJL for breakfast on the 6th and 7th April. The 2 ladies who served us were fantastic. The menu has plenty to choose from. The breakfasts and coffees were excellent. Don't forget thd maple syrup with your American breakfast. Will deffinatley visit ITJL again!!!!!

This is my first time going to the new ITJL, because I moved outside London and didn’t know there’s a new one until recently. I used to be a regular at the old ITJL and loved it. Anyway, lovely staff, lovely modern spacious new place and great food. I love the jalapeños chessy balls. The burgers are delicious too. Great value for money! ❤️

Im so dissapointed the kitchen staff the men always stare at me and make me so uncomfortable this is NOT acceptable and a form of harassment owner needs to speak to staff , im a regular customer and being treated like this is horrible.

Paid for 4 rashers 2x2 but only recieved 2 rashers.

tracking driver from collect to delivery took 16 mins for a 4 min drive.my food was stone cold as driver handed it me.

Lovely hidden in plain sight gem. The food is great and this place offers so many dishes that you don’t get in usual spots. You know it’s good as it’s always busy. The staff are exceptional, polite and amazing service. Also very cheap for fresh lovely dishes. I’m not even local but come to Colindale just for this place!

Strawberry milkshake was more milk than ice cream. But natural with no added sugar.

So annoyed order from ITJL Colindale all the time, ordered my usual sandwiches and came on some minging sour dough bread, no mention of sourdough on Deliveroo. Normally have delicious white bread from Colindale. Not really a great start to a chilled Sunday. I rang them and they didn’t care told me to go to Deliveroo? Absolute joke. And to top it off I’ve seen in the app they only have 2 Stars hygiene rating 🤢

Competitive prices but they use good quality ingrediants. These guys deserve your support, so if you are in the area give them a go. Theyve always made me feel welcome, so I can't speak highly enough of them.

unfortunately forget to send my white americano coffee food as normal lovely couldn't ring to tell about coffee o live on the estate but I'm disabled so can't walk upto restaurant

We have only received two drinks and an ice cream (without its accompanying brownie). None of the main dishes were delivered. I told the delivery guy there should be more, but he said that was all he'd been given. I then called ITJL and they said they could do nothing as they gave the order to the delivery guy. Just Eat said they'll look into this in 7 days, but in the meantime our account has already been charged and we're still hungry. I've rated the food quality good because we're regular customers of ITJL for good reason, but VERY DISAPPOINTED that no food was actually received this time.

The pasta dish had 2 huge chicken breasts that were crispy and tasty. The linguine came already mixed with the sauce. A little of which was only on the breast. No excess in the dish. Didn't taste any pesto though. Great value for money.

A great brunch spot with a lot of halal options. We ordered the pancakes, grilled lemon pepper chicken, hot chocolate and an iced caramel latte. The chicken was well seasoned, the hot chocolate was yummy and the iced latte was alright. Taste wise, the pancakes were great but the proportions were a bit off. There was too much cream and too little fruits compared to pancakes. But overall, good affordable food and good vibes🙃

I order from this restaurant a lot and it’s the first I had horrible food from them. The chicken was like rubber, no taste and far too much lemon. It ended up in the bin after a few mouthfuls

Really fantastic English Breakfast arrived hot

Ordered a Mediterranean-breeze breakfast. I'm assuming that they were out of chorizo, so I was sent a portion of halloumi instead, which was great, especially as it's at a similar price point. However, business-wise, it would have been best to call and double-check that this was okay. It could be  dangerous/disappointing to assume customers' preferences for adaptations considering potential food allergies. That being said, I'm usually extremely happy with ITJL & will definitely order again.🙂

For a small restaurant it made a big impression on me. All day breakfasts options are all great and tasty. Kept my family happy and I will dine again here - thank you for the great service and food.
