Never again, used to order all the time, got a kebab last night and you could actually smell how rotten it was at the door when the driver turned up, a massive whaff was coming out of the bag he had. Kebab smelt like a dead person! Slung the lot literally had to run out of the house and lob it in the bin before it stunk the house out!

Brought a mixed kebab last week for £13 the bread and donner was stone cold, I ate two pieces of chicken and threw rest in the bin.. my last visit

Cheesy chips used to be the best in the game. Actually perfect, but they’ve changed the chips to ones don’t hold their integrity now, come as a soggy mess every time. Shame. Bring back the old chips!

Really poor tasting food I'd even go as far to say as inedible please don't waste your money. This place ain't exactly cheap that will be the last time I order from here.

I used to come here all the time. This evening is my final time! I'm a vegetarian and ordered my usual, me being vegetarian isn't just a choice for me as I have a really bad intolerance to eating meat and fish. As you can see from the pictures my usual vegetarian pasta dish was most certainly not vegetarian! Just from the smell alone I knew something was off so before I dared to take a bite I used my spoon to go through the pasta to discover meat in there, lots of it. It's a good thing I didn't take a bite out of this otherwise I'd be so ill. I called Italians to report this issue and they didn't sound like they cared at all, they said they'd send a replacement which I then waited another half an hour for that. The driver shows up, forgets the replacement pasta was in his bag and I asked "please can I check I've got the correct pasta this time." I even shown the driver the pasta I was originally delivered and he was clueless to which I asked "you have got the replacement pasta right?" Eventually it clicked for him to check his bag. I checked the replacement in front of him. This time, yes the vegetarian one however really not to its usual standards at all, may as well have gave me a dish of slop. I took my food in for the second time this evening and everything was stone cold so I had to warm up. No way could I be bothered to report back to them again as at this point I'd had enough. I just thrown my pasta in a bowl and into my microwave and popped my hash browns into the air fryer. Never again, this place has clearly gone down hill over time, very sad.

I've ordered a few times through the Just Eat app and I can confidently say that you should never order from here using the Just Eat app. The delivery shows up as "still being processed at the restaurant" but the delivery could have already come to your door 30 minutes ago. I had the same problem happen to me once and in this case, I was unaware that the driver had left the food outside on the floor for about 2 hours. I had gone back and forth phoning the restaurant and complaining until I finally got the courage to walk to the restaurant to ask for my food. Upon stepping outside, I saw the food placed on the floor on a spot that we frequently have ant problems with and it was freezing cold. My most recent order consisted of 4 items of food, 1 of which: A Margherita Pizza, was not included with my order at all and upon questioning the restaurant, they said they couldn't help me. Terrible service, doesn't work with the apps at all, but if you do manage to get your food, it isn't bad. Edit: I've added the photo that I took upon realising that my food was outside after 2 hours of calling the restaurant. I called three times at 30 min intervals waiting for the app to update from "working on your order" to "being delivered" as was indicated by the app, the food was still at the restaurant and I had no call from anyone, which is why I had to call you directly. The order number for the food left outside is from the Just Eat app and is: 464955278 As for the last order where my pizza didn't even arrive, it happened yesterday and the order number for that delivery is also from the Just Eat app and is: 524513634 I hope you can use those to back my claims and I hope you can get down to what the problem is, thanks for responding.

Ordered for first time and it took over an hour to arrive. Everything was cold, the garlic bread was like sponge, the chips were awful and pizza was too thick and cold.

Don't bother going, they can't listen to basic instruction we didn't want jalapenos and mushrooms on the pizza even though we said the same thing 3 times they still put them on pizza wasn't great either

Ordered from here for years. Used to be decent but massive decline in service. Always forgetting main parts of order and that’s if they even turn up. Price always rising portions shrinking. Shame as the food itself is nice. If you don’t mind waiting 2+ hours mid-week maybe give it a go but just not worth it anymore. Cancelled our order but can see an arduous task to get refund given the way it’s run. Go to Indian Ocean or Pasha if you want a better kebab that’ll arrive same day and in full.

Popped in for a calzone pretty late on and they made it up nice and fresh for me. Tasted great and wasn't greasy

Placed an order online and after about 10 minutes I noticed that it was accidently set as collection rather than for delivery. Now this was my mistake as I didn't even think to change it when ordering. However, what was not my mistake is what followed. I rang the store up and stated that my online order was set as collection and if I could request to change it to delivery and that I would be happy to pay whatever the delivery cost is that it didn't charge me on the site. The person on the phone then replied "It's delivery only". "Okay...I want delivery anyway." If it really is delivery only then why was collection even an option? She then tried to find my order. Asking if I was called Damien and also giving a completely different order number. Eventually she found my order and asked if 91 Market Street was my address....I just said "No, that's your address". As it was the current address set for the order due to it being for collection. Poor girl doesn't even know where she is. I then told her my address. Gave her my house number which she replied back to me (correctly I may add). Around 40 minutes later, I thought I'd call again just to double-check it is still being delivered. "Oh, we knocked and they said they hadn't ordered anything. We also tried 33 and they didn't answer so the driver came back here." "Which house did you knock on originally?" "35". "I'm at 34." "It says 35 here". Just to clarify, I was speaking to the exact same person as I was before. "I said 34 which you said back to me." Now I should add that the houses on our street are setup in such a way that all the odd numbers are on one side and all the even are on the other. So, by going to 35/33, we never even knew they were there as they were on the complete opposite end of the street. She then said she would send the order again (fresh apparently) to the correct house. Eventually, it did arrive. For some reason the kebab we ordered came twice. I expect they gave us the original one as well as the new one. Random free food aside, this service was awful. Yes, clicking collection was my fault. But at no point when knocking on the wrong house did they think "Oh, let's call and see what's going on." They had my number from my online account AND from when I called them myself (same number). Not once did they think to call me. The driver could've rang the store who then could've rang me. But nope. Terrible communication skills. Terrible communication from a girl who did not even know the address for the building she works in. We have had several problems like this during the year and this was ordered on New Years Eve. What a legacy to set for 2023...

Overcharged Only 50p Donner meat and Fries Nice...

Used to be good but gone downhill, prices gone up a ridiculous amount and awful unfriendly staff who try and rip you off if you are not careful, food average, they never have any change (what a surprise!) and there seems to be an awful lot of rats running around the bins at the side 😳 Won't be going back again!

Lie to you. On just eat it says fries and drink with the calzone but when it arrived fries were missing. Told the driver and they said it would be sorted out, rung the place as well to check and they said it would be delivered. The fries never did turn up, and it's not the first time this happened. It has been happening repeatedly lately, i rang them a bit later to ask where the fries were and was told they no longer do fries with the calzone, why wasnt I told that in the first place on the first call? Well they just lost a regular customer permanently, and a few more as I will tell others on this flat block.

Overpriced and has gone so downhill! £10.50 for basic chicken kebab? Insane price, overpriced at £6.50! Ordered one kebab to be extra large and with additional naan. It came just the same size as the other one ordered and had no extra naan.. Ordered the chicken burger. Description is ‘grilled chicken’ what came was a deep fried £0.20 cook from frozen horrible thing. Do not buy their rubbish, what a shame

I've always enjoyed whatever I've ordered from here, I really enjoy the pasta. The cheesy garlic bread is especially exceptional. Two thumbs up 👍👍 from me, only lost one due to time on delivery but 9 times out of 10 that cannot be helped by them either. Traffic etc🫣

Food arrived later than was stated, we had to call to find out where it was. It arrived cold, the pittas fell apart as they were so dry and the gyros where laking in sauce, actually you can’t call them gyros tbh, not sure what they were. Won’t be going back here again.

If I could give this place zero I would! Not a patch on Horwich branch!!! I ordered a large romana pizza with extra chilli, and I might as well have ordered a cheese and tomato. It was spot the topping (and I mean worse than dominos!!!) I only ordered here because was undergoing maintenance- never again. £20 of disappointment.

I received my drinks this time round for the price i pay every time. It was fast the delivery and came hot hot hot. Chicken was fresh and donner meat was a descent size this time and hot to. Much appreciated thanks I like my food hot and fresh and this time came with ticks all around thank you i enjoyed my food

The food was hot, amazing taste and packed perfectly ! I made a small mistake in my order and called them, the manager was so well spoken and good. Even gave me free dip !! Food was 10/10 perfect will order again and again !

Been going here well over 10 years, They are known for the massive full house Kebab which is off the menu now however the portion sizes match their quality chicken was delightful. Everyone I go here I'm always surprised by what it delivers there are some great takeaways around here but this has to be in the top 3 definitely. 5☆

Absolutely delicious ! Food arrived lovely and hot and in a quick time.

Having had pizzas from here for years, it would seem that the latest team working here have lost their way. Ordered 3 pizzas for collection. Turned up to find only 2 cooked. Apparently we hadn't ordered 3, even though the 1st & 3rd ordered were the cooked ones. Had to wait for missing one to be cooked, all the while the other 2 were getting cold. Once at home, they are only warm with soggy floppy bases (to much cheese me thinks) and how the hell do they all taste the same?? Bitterly disappointed, out of pocket and still hungry at they are not getting eaten. Will not be using again.

90% of the time we go to Italianos and both my husband and I like their pizzas. Haven't tried anything else from there other than side orders, which are ok - not superb, but definitely alright. They are also the only place that does the fishy pizza he likes with prawns AND anchovies. Dominos only do tuna and Fireaway only do anchovies. I'm awarding 1 star because Italianos STILL haven't sorted their online ordering process out. They do a deal during the week where, if you order 2 pizzas, you get the 2nd one half price. However, they only seem to want to offer this deal to people paying cash, as their own website and all of the carrier sites like Deliveroo, Just Eat etc. do not advertise this discount or automatically apply it at checkout. Well Italianos, I can tell you that I never have cash on me. That means that when it's my turn to pay for the pizza we have to have Dominos or Fireaway. Sort yourselves out. I've just spent £30 with one of the others tonight rather than give you my order on point of principle!

Normally great food but quite disappointed.. the chicken wings were greasy and falling apart the garlic bread was a sort of neon green... looked like it had been dipped in super noodle sauce lol. And one of the Foster was warm! Can you believe it warm beer here, in England...

Very disappointed with this takeaway. Normally a regular customer, not anymore! The food has gone down hill and the delivery driver must have been starving or something. As my kebab came with only half a naan bread? Also finding hair in your food is a no go for me.

Order arrived 20 mins after placing and was clearly just leftovers that you wouldn’t feed your dog. My house is a 10 min drive and to have cooked a burger, chicken and kebab in 10 mins is the most impressive thing about this restaurant. Food was awful and had to be put in the bin, chicken was pink and the hot wings were as spicy as a chicken korma. Kebab was dry and was clearly leftovers from the previous night. Won’t order from here again!

I've ordered from italiano for a few years as our go-to pizza place. Unfortunately they seem have gone downhill in both their pizzas (seems to be lower quality ingredients) and their delivery times are awful. I've had to wait +2 hours several times for pizzas we've ordered in the last few months. I won't be ordering from here again.

Placed an order which they got wrong, when I phoned to explain I received a lot of hostility. Unwilling to listen to what was said. Never order from there again The staff I spoke to was very rude and very aggressive on the phone..

We have been ordering regular before. The pizzas (Meat feast and Italiano Special ) were always very testy and the customer services always good. Last two times the pizzas didn't have any test and we couldn't eat it last night today I decided to find out why. The crust didn't have any test and the Meat Feast wasn't really a feast. It was difficult to find the meat. Same with the Italiano Special - not a lot of ham and peperoni but a lot of onion and pepper and sweet corn. And also last night the customers service was unacceptable. The guy was shouting at me telling me how I have to order my food. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to spoil my partner's birthday but honestly how do you expect to make money if you don't respect your customers?! I wouldn't give even a star but unfortunately this is the only way to be able to post it

I have ordered a pizza from them I do not recommend this place for anyone there was a fly baked on to my pizza I called the restaurant and asked for my money back as the whole family became disgusted of the pizzas all they said that they can send us a new one and of course we said we didnt want anymore pizza from them and they said they can't give money back so the whole family is sitting right now without the money and with a pizza which has fly baked on to it

£8.50 kebab which may I add was missing off the order to begin with. These guys used to be fantastic, they missed half of my order last weekend too, I think it may be time to move on. Wouldn’t mind but we’ve always used these guys used to be excellent now turning into your offbeat typical kebab shop most likely servicing the drunkards on market street.

Italianos never fails to deliver excellent food, my order was early, Happy days. The food was excellent and the price was reasonable.

Brilliant service food is spot on wouldnt go anywhere else for a shish on a 12” garlic bread with cheese! 👌🏽

Food was good but they asked for £8 for kebab it was priced £4-49 on the menu it was 23-55 think he thought I was drunk would not use again they must sell hundreds of kebabs per week so they no the price

The foods spot on, it's the basics like not bringing chips and cans of pop which is annoying and you try and ring and no answer. They have put there prices up so shouldn't be making silly mistakes.

Worst take away shop I have ever eat from. Stay away. Ordered a mixed kebab. The donner was like tracing paper, the chicken was not shish and had some awful tasting sauce, and the beef was gritty. I'm sure it was road kill. If you want to loose a bit of weight overnight this is the place to eat at, as you will spend the night on the toilet!

We order from here quite a lot, to be honest, not got any complaints. Well priced compared to others who offer the same style of food, good portion sizes as well but our orders are always delivered quickly and nice and hot. Another thing to point out as well is, it’s always delivered with a smile! :) Popcorn chicken, chicken strips, chicken shawarma and the chips covered in gravy are our personal favourites!
