I placed my order at 8.47pm and it was delivered 11.10pm shocking delivery time. The advertised delivery time was up to 1 hour and 10mins which was completely false! 2 meals straight in the bin as the kids had fallen asleep before the food arrived

We go here regularly. Probably far too often but we’ve never ever had a bad meal and never found cause to complain about ANYTHING. We’ve tried almost the entire menu and there are no weak points in the line up. Even the fried chicken, often the most forgettable takeaway item, is really really good.

The best kebab in town ! Food hot and fast delivery. Portion sizes huge . They even give us a 12inch Garlic Bread free of charge . Can’t beat Italiano 😊👍

Food was delicious, no complaints!!

All our food was salty, it was inedible. The garlic bread didn't taste like garlic bread, just tasted like oil and the chips were soggy and too salty.

Delivered earlier than expected. Food was perfect temp and quality was spot on. Will order from here again. Order: Tray of donner meat w/ chilli sauce, 9” hot and spicy pizza

Firstly, I think their food is excellent. I've placed 20+ orders over the last year or two and have always been happy. Tonight I placed a pre-order to arrive later when my family came home. The food arrived 45 minutes before the start of the delivery window I had requested. The food will be cold before they arrive. I phoned to explain, give feedback and find a solution and was greeted with abysmal customer service. The first call was all excuses and rudeness. Argued about the pre order I had details of in front of me, then argued about what the current time was and how early it had arrived, then just verbally shrugged. No apology, taking of accountability or even basic customer service. I explained they'd lost me as a customer and hung up. They phoned back and offered a free garlic bread with my NEXT order (this one was for £30+ of food). I explained that they'd lost me as a customer due to terrible customer service, that I wasn't expecting to have the whole order resent, but I hadn't expected the rudeness and gaslighting they'd reacted with. Shocking customer service for a loyal customer. Luckily they're not the only decent kebab place in town.

Meat on kebab was very dry and rubbery. Had meals from here before but this time was a real let down

Food was over cooked, chips looked like they'd been reheated from the night before... It was all pretty grim which is a shame. Delivery driver was friendly though.

Service is appalling.... I'd suggest cooking your own. Delivery took literally 2 hours after having the phone put down on me 3 times. Absolutely absurd for 4 dishes of pasta and a pizza. Ridulous and so rude. NEVER AGAIN!

I have moved to chorley 4 years ago, and this has always been my #1 place, ordered once never go anywhere else, their garlic sauce is impeccable and not like any other, they give huge portions and delicious kebabs, i love the pizzas and i cant get over the cheesy and even normal garlic bread. i love the food the service is impeccable, ive been given free chips and free garlic breads and i love the service :) Food always comes very quick, im not sure if its because im a loyal customer but i always get very fast delivery and im gonna put photos of the absolute scrannage i receive every time :)

Food is decent as always but takes way too long. 2 hours for 2 pizzas and garlic bread isn’t great.

Food late wrong food sent threatening behaviour from when I called to ask them to send the right order AVOID AT ALL COST

It's got to be the worse chicken kebab ever, probably a few pieces of chicken and the fried pieces of chicken, well...two ok sizes and one must have been a chickens leg/ foot. First and last time I'll be ordering from there. £14 rip off.

Italiano has become our "go to" place. It's consistent, good food. Also, the delivery drivers can follow the instructions on the note, the last delivery driver we had has been before and he's great, super friendly.

The best Mixed Grill Kebab I’ve ever had and the best takeaway there is at Italiano . Fairly priced , huge portions and delicious. Ive even give a Christmas tip tonight seeing as it’s new years for my takeaway. I won’t order from anywhere else . Happy New Year to all the staff at Italiano 🍻

Ordered at 18:50 didn’t get the food until 20 past 8pm. Time kept changing Pizza stone cold, burger missing cheese (selected extra) chips undercooked and inedible. Desert frozen solid even now. Disappointing as we order weekly and it’s only Thursday

The drivers are really good, they always follow the delivery instructions which we are very thankful for. Italiano has become our go to for their consistently good food.

I've ordered a few times now from Italianos. The food is always hot, delicious. and very prompt. I ordered a number of pizzas and garlic bread for a family party on Saturday and everyone commented on how tasty they were. I would recommend Italianos - the best pizzas in Chorley by a long way

the food is good but the customer service is very rude on the phone. i rang up because they had forgotten something and i got called a liar and they ended the phone on me.

Great food only found these guys a week or so ago and it’s the 3rd order from them. Good quality, good value all good.

Not happy that every time I specify a time it’s delivered earlier.. I specify a time for a reason… I’m not in before that!! Chips poor.. tasted like they’d been microwaved.. and still cold, donner barm poor.. cold gritty meat. Shame as standard has been better

we ordered at 8.15, food arrived at 10.00, we had a text to say there was a delay with no explanation why. My kids had fallen asleep by the times the food arrived meaning we wasted half the food order as it went in the bin, never experienced such long delays before, this has put us off ordering in future.

Menu gives you option of 2 sauces for mixed kebabs only ever send one anyway may as well not bother. Asked for no salad on one got none on any. Call them and response was "you got a FREE garlic bread with cheese" 🤣🤣 i didnt order it

I ordered the mixed kebab on a garlic bread. I had to throw the garlic bread as I couldn't chew it. the cheesy garlic bread was good along with the meat.
