Almost one hour late not good enough 😬

food was cold on delivery. one of the shakes had been spilled over so majority of it gone. burgers were so greasy that the bread was flat as a pancakes and dropping in grease. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered off uber eats, when I received the food the burger was squashed. Other than that very nice tasted lovely.

3rd time we've ordered here, food arrived a lot earlier than expected, which is usually a bonus, no drinks with the order, which isn't the end of the world, then, when you bite into the chicken, the speed of delivery becomes obvious! All the chicken on the 4 wraps, portion of chicken tenders and on the messy burger was seriously undercooked (still fleshy), this is a serious risk to health even for the strongest of stomach's, the only item edable where the fries, but I guess you can't really get them wrong, even the beef burger tasted stale, that's over £35 handed over for the opportunity of food poisoning, no thanks, it's all in the bin. We've all suddenly lost our apertites. After wasting my money i didn't want to waste my time aswell trying to ring to complain as when reading back on other reviews it sounds like they don't even answer the phone.

brilliant Burgers best I've had from a takeaway

Food arrived nearly 30 mins after delivery window. Burgers were only just warm and were ok, but very salty. Chicken tenders were also very salty. Overall quite disappointing and wouldn't order from here again.

Order never arrived. Rang them twice. First time he said he would be 10 minutes. Second time he said it’s still there and they’re waiting for a driver, then in the next sentence said they would start cooking it soon. Don’t order from here.

Ordered food at 8:30pm with an expected delivery time of 9:35pm - 9:55pm. At 10:10pm I rang the restaurant and the man apologised and said that it was busy and that it's going in the next order. At 10:38pm I rang again as it still hadn't arrived and the man told me the same excuse again that it will be going out in the next delivery in 5-10 minutes. The shop closed at 11pm and I haven't received my order. Theft.

absolute perfection, genuinely best burger ive ever had in my life. the chicken was cooked amazingly, nice and crunchy on the outside, best crunch ive ever had and dont get me started on that seasoning. i dont usually leave reviews but this is my new favourite spot. never going to mcdonalds again.

Food was 30 minutes late and was average

Waited over 3 hours for delivery, called numerous times and given updates that weren't true. No longer answering the phone.

2 hours from order. One hour late than expected time. Cold chip and lukewarm burger. Very disappointed

Food came over an hour late and arrived stone cold. Spoke to the shop and got new food delivered after another hour however chips and chicken still came stone cold.

DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. Order never turned up. Rang multiple times 50 minutes recurring time period after the delivery time exceeded to be told it’s on its way Everytime. Didn’t get issued a refund and had to re order with another take away. What a joke.

Ordered the food at 7pm, didn’t. Arrive until 9:30 pm and food was cold, and didn’t taste good, will not be ordering from here again.

Avoid these clowns, 2 hour wait for food, rang numerous times with no answer. Drove to the shop to find 2 people just stood there doing absolutely nothing and all they could say was sorry your food won't be long, swerve these cowboys at all costs.

On time, large portions, and good quality food for a fair price! Can't ask for more than that.

It took over an hour to deliver a burger and waffle. The burger was great however the waffle was cold and lacked any toppings. I’ve had waffles from here before and the toppings they put on were fair but not today which is really disappointing.

Order was 45 minutes late. Then when it came was vile milkshake was like water and food was soggy, I ended up binning it. To top it off the delivery driver forgot to put his hand break on and his car crash into my neighbours car.

Waited over an hour for my order when I rang them they told me that they have a “young boy” delivering and he’s delivered my order to the wrong place. Refused to refund me and put the phone down on me multiple times. Got told “it’s my fault” AVOID

Both the waffle and fries were cold by the time they arrived. The waffle was doughy and not cooked all the way through either unfortunately.

Honestly the best smash burger I've ever had. The portion size was really good and so worth the money. I would have paid more is was that good. Naga Naga fries were just out of this world. Please visit this place and get great food from some even greater people. Can't wait to come back here.

delivery set 20:25-20:45 then got marked as delivered but they rang up and they soon changed it to 21:05 and when the food came the food was cold and wish it was warm and fresh cus still tastes OK

Placed an order for collection on Just Eat for 4:20pm, restaurant didn't accept my order, rang up no answer, cancelled order, ended up driving past the shop and it was closed with the shutters down...AVOID

A bit late but the food was great

The food was decent but: 1. Got order wrong 2. Gave us things we didn't order and charged us for it 3. The waffles were underdone And when asked to replace the wrong food item for the right one, got told to wait for an hour.

I got the “out for delivery notification” at 10:45pm and my order was delivered at 10:20pm (I live 5 minutes from the restaurant) and my food was stone cold. Poor delivery times and cold food. Won’t be ordering again

I can’t praise this restaurant enough! It has everything you need from outstanding burgers packed with incredible meat patties and sauces. There incredibly juicy smash burgers are top quality, and insanely fresh. If beef isn’t for you then worry not, because Grub Shack offer fried chicken that is crispy and juicy, so much better than other restaurants that specialise in chicken. If the generous portion size doesn’t fill you up then luckily there is an excellent selection of delicious deserts too.

Disappointed. It says the panninis come with normal fries, however I didn't get any with mine. I was also given the wrong waffle, which should have been the chocolicious but actually was a half and half of kinder Bueno and ferrero rocher. Would've been a nightmare if I had a nut allergy, which thankfully I don't. Won't be rushing back.

Firstly the food was over two hours late and the restaurant kept telling me it was on the way. After 40 minutes of them telling me that. I drove to the restaurant who told me it had been delivered. I explained that if it had been out for 40 minutes it would be freezing. Long story short… food was swimming in water (not sure where the water came from) and was inedible. Would seriously suggest you do not order from here if you want to eat within 2.5 hours.

Usually very good from here but i Ordered the Ferrero milkshake - this had no strawberries or Ferrero or crumbled Cadbury flakes as described in the menu - it was a milkshake with whole and half size peanuts in( difficult to drink through a straw ) I ordered a Ferrero waffle there was no sign of Ferrero and it just come with crushed nuts and choc sauce. If there was no Ferrero available then it should not have been available to order or could have rung up to inform us.

Ordered waffles through uber eats and the waffles took over an hour to arrive and came soggy with melted ice cream and was missing toppings. AVOID this place

First time I've ordered from grub shack and absolutely loved it

The driver said he had car trouble but this could have been communicated to us and we felt it was an excuse. As such the food was cold.

After 2 hours nothing had arrived and the restaurant were not answering the phone. Do not order from here… awful service. Toast for tea now.

You guys used to quite sound good always on time etc but today of all days my Food never arrives. The carrier clearly had claimed, meant to be here for 22:20 now it’s 20:45 I isn’t very happy about it £15.98 down the drain

They’ll never send out the correct order and then they won’t answer the phone either Have been charged for stuff which they haven’t sent out at all and it’s over £10 of food not delivered

I ordered off Chorley eats and it took nearly 2 hours to deliver food and when it was delivered the food was cold and the chips were stale. My cookie dough was rock solid aswell due to the coldness and my icecream was just all melted. I rang a couple of times and evey time they said it would be at my house in 5 minutes in which they were not. Overall very DISSAPOINTED and won’t be ordering again for delivery as iv had it before but just collected it.

Burger was hot and great - but chicken sandwich was cold. Food is generally really good, so probably worth it for pickup but maybe not delivery.

Ordered original smash burger and chips bottom bun was soggy burger was cold, chips where cold and the oil they use was horrendous 1/5 never again

Delivery driver rang and wasn't able to communicate. I rang the restaurant and was asked to walk to my local supermarket to meet the driver which defeats the point of a delivery service. When the driver eventually made it to me the bag and all it's contents were drenched from the rain and freezing cold.

The food is unreal! So tasty and huge portions, great price! Very friendly staff made us feel very welcome and also gave us desert on the house! Would recommend 10/10

I used to love grub shack but sadly our chicken burgers were really greasy making the bready totally soggy. Our cookies were tiny compared to other times we've ordered.

Ordered 3 chicken burgers with chips, chicken seemed to be nice and crispy and probably would've tasted good but unfortunately everything was covered in a criminal amount of salt which completely ruined the meal

There are some good burger joints about but think here tops the lot. Ordered peak time on a Saturday and arrived on time, and in good time. Food hot and very tasty and not greasy at all. 10/10
