delivery set 20:25-20:45 then got marked as delivered but they rang up and they soon changed it to 21:05 and when the food came the food was cold and wish it was warm and fresh cus still tastes OK

Placed an order for collection on Just Eat for 4:20pm, restaurant didn't accept my order, rang up no answer, cancelled order, ended up driving past the shop and it was closed with the shutters down...AVOID

A bit late but the food was great

The food was decent but: 1. Got order wrong 2. Gave us things we didn't order and charged us for it 3. The waffles were underdone And when asked to replace the wrong food item for the right one, got told to wait for an hour.

I got the “out for delivery notification” at 10:45pm and my order was delivered at 10:20pm (I live 5 minutes from the restaurant) and my food was stone cold. Poor delivery times and cold food. Won’t be ordering again

I can’t praise this restaurant enough! It has everything you need from outstanding burgers packed with incredible meat patties and sauces. There incredibly juicy smash burgers are top quality, and insanely fresh. If beef isn’t for you then worry not, because Grub Shack offer fried chicken that is crispy and juicy, so much better than other restaurants that specialise in chicken. If the generous portion size doesn’t fill you up then luckily there is an excellent selection of delicious deserts too.

Disappointed. It says the panninis come with normal fries, however I didn't get any with mine. I was also given the wrong waffle, which should have been the chocolicious but actually was a half and half of kinder Bueno and ferrero rocher. Would've been a nightmare if I had a nut allergy, which thankfully I don't. Won't be rushing back.

Firstly the food was over two hours late and the restaurant kept telling me it was on the way. After 40 minutes of them telling me that. I drove to the restaurant who told me it had been delivered. I explained that if it had been out for 40 minutes it would be freezing. Long story short… food was swimming in water (not sure where the water came from) and was inedible. Would seriously suggest you do not order from here if you want to eat within 2.5 hours.

Usually very good from here but i Ordered the Ferrero milkshake - this had no strawberries or Ferrero or crumbled Cadbury flakes as described in the menu - it was a milkshake with whole and half size peanuts in( difficult to drink through a straw ) I ordered a Ferrero waffle there was no sign of Ferrero and it just come with crushed nuts and choc sauce. If there was no Ferrero available then it should not have been available to order or could have rung up to inform us.

Ordered waffles through uber eats and the waffles took over an hour to arrive and came soggy with melted ice cream and was missing toppings. AVOID this place

First time I've ordered from grub shack and absolutely loved it

The driver said he had car trouble but this could have been communicated to us and we felt it was an excuse. As such the food was cold.

After 2 hours nothing had arrived and the restaurant were not answering the phone. Do not order from here… awful service. Toast for tea now.

You guys used to quite sound good always on time etc but today of all days my Food never arrives. The carrier clearly had claimed, meant to be here for 22:20 now it’s 20:45 I isn’t very happy about it £15.98 down the drain

They’ll never send out the correct order and then they won’t answer the phone either Have been charged for stuff which they haven’t sent out at all and it’s over £10 of food not delivered

Ordered burgers and loaded fries, waited ages for it to arrive and food was really cold, overall very disappointed, wouldn't order again

I ordered off Chorley eats and it took nearly 2 hours to deliver food and when it was delivered the food was cold and the chips were stale. My cookie dough was rock solid aswell due to the coldness and my icecream was just all melted. I rang a couple of times and evey time they said it would be at my house in 5 minutes in which they were not. Overall very DISSAPOINTED and won’t be ordering again for delivery as iv had it before but just collected it.

Burger was hot and great - but chicken sandwich was cold. Food is generally really good, so probably worth it for pickup but maybe not delivery.

Ordered original smash burger and chips bottom bun was soggy burger was cold, chips where cold and the oil they use was horrendous 1/5 never again

Delivery driver rang and wasn't able to communicate. I rang the restaurant and was asked to walk to my local supermarket to meet the driver which defeats the point of a delivery service. When the driver eventually made it to me the bag and all it's contents were drenched from the rain and freezing cold.

The food is unreal! So tasty and huge portions, great price! Very friendly staff made us feel very welcome and also gave us desert on the house! Would recommend 10/10

I used to love grub shack but sadly our chicken burgers were really greasy making the bready totally soggy. Our cookies were tiny compared to other times we've ordered.

Ordered 3 chicken burgers with chips, chicken seemed to be nice and crispy and probably would've tasted good but unfortunately everything was covered in a criminal amount of salt which completely ruined the meal

There are some good burger joints about but think here tops the lot. Ordered peak time on a Saturday and arrived on time, and in good time. Food hot and very tasty and not greasy at all. 10/10

I ordered Cheetos Tenders but got Nashville tenders, when I rang to tell them, they would not admit that they sent the wrong chicken and were not really bothered. I was told the manager was busy and would ring me back to sort out the problem but he never did !!! . The Jam roly poly is terrible, it is just swiss roll in custard. Although i will say that the Demolisher Grub Fries were very tasty

Bomb chicken was delicious and on of the best burgers i’ve ate from a takeaway, got the kinderella waffle too and was so good! Thank you!

New to the area, found this place on Chorley Eats. Been waiting 2 hours for delivery, rang three times and told it was on the way! Arrived 2.5hrs late.

It was lovely food but the one thing we found that the balm cakes which the chicken came in was soggy at the bottom but that my only complaint the food is absolutely spot-on bit expensive, but worth it as a treat thanks

Love the chocco-mania waffle! It's large enough to split between two people! Then we added a gorgeous Oreo milkshake. Delicious!

Usually our go to burger place for the Chorley area but have to say I'm dissapointed. Firstly, by the fact portion sizes have halved in size on the fries but prices haven't been sliced and quite frankly almost £4 for a handful of fries is rediculous!! The buttermilk chicken tenders were supposed to come with a Nashville sauce, but they came plain! Before its mentioned, the two options of chicken tenders are both advertised with the sauce on just eat! The burgers were mediocre! Chicken wasn't crunchy, to say its a fried chicken burger. Was dissapointed with the entire order, aswell as 30 mins late. So, in total was waiting 1hr, 40 mins for the food!

Best desert place in Chorley, never disappointing, definitely recommend if you have a sweet tooth.

Ordered from grub shack a few times now, this is the second time for myself personally paying for it. For £40 I’m slightly disappointed, the food was tasty but it was only warm not piping which it has been the previous times. I get that it’s got to travel but it is only down the road so a 5 minute drive tops. Also for the free mocktail offer we chose a lemon + lime and a passion fruit twist however was sent two lemon + limes. Obviously it’s free, and the drink was fine but I was looking forward to trying the passionfruit drink. Finally the French toast (classic) was really soggy so I didn’t eat it - and this was the most disappointing as I really loved it the last times I had it and it was the main reason for ordering today. Just all in all for £40 it wasn’t as good as prior (cheaper) orders.

Good food, large portions. Confusing with opening hours showing different in different locations. Online order declined just after 3pm as they were closed apparently even though the website states they open at 3pm. Still wasn't open when we arrived (4.15pm) but soon was afterwards.

Nutella French toast was covered in nuts which isn’t as advertised on the menu, went straight in the bin.

We waited over an hour for two milkshakes and they came and they were tiny definitely not worth £6 each.

Ordered 2 waffles and a milkshake from here last night, never had an issue with them before. Waited over an hour for it and when we received the order the waffles were freezing cold! I rang them to see what could be done about this and the man was very arrogant down the phone claiming they had ‘just come out’ and basically tried telling me I was lying about the waffles being cold. After a lot of arguing he told me someone was on the way to pick the waffles up but I was fed up and told him I’d thrown them in the bin. He told me there’s nothing he can do about it and to get in contact with Just Eat. Very poor customer service and awful food. The milkshake was ok but again must’ve been sat a while before delivery as it had melted and was just like drinking lukewarm milk. Wont be ordering again

Just ordered from here spicy chicken burger and curly fries, fries were luke warm at best! Chicken burger which was 8.50 was not as big as last time! Stay clear they will rob you blind

First time we ordered here only desserts but they was so lovely , cornflakes caskes was so tasty and big tub of custard to go with it. The only thing with the cookie dough it was pushed down alot so we couldn't cut it because it was stuck to the paper underneath so had to scrape it off but paper came with it on certain bits. But still yummy once we manged to eat it.
