Italian Express Pizza & Pasta in Sandwell

was missing a tub of ben and jerry driver said they would bring it back to me and to call the restaurant .. rang 4 times no answer.. text the driver no reply icecream wasnt brought that was missung .. food was OK that was delivered but the customer service was a little bad I appreciate they brought my order when I made a mistake with the address due to app issues . but very upset of missing item and lack of answering or replies when trying to reach out even after showing the driver the reciept

nice food but the chips they are sending are so small for a large chips. they need to up the size of the chips

They take your money but don't deliver

Totally rhe wrong pizza ordered beans and sausage pizza with bbq base and something completely different came with jalepenos sweetcorn mushroom etc on when i rang the company he said yeah sorry couldnt do the bean and sausage one so i sent that i said dont you think you should of rang me to ask as if me or my partner didnt realise what was on it and was allergic to an ingredient you used it would be a different matter on your hands and he hung up the phone.

everything was good but pretty sure the chips was a medium and not a large and if that was a large they should defo change the size

Terrible place to order from. I never received my order at all. When the wait time surpassed I had rang them. They said they tried to contact me but couldn’t get through because my number was “wrong” even though it was correct. He asked for my number again to text me to confirm and I gave him the CORRECT number he said no problem he will sort it out for me. He placed me on hold and then hung up on me. I still never received a text or my food. Ignorant af

Amazing yet again, foods always so nice and hot, very polite staff.

Pizza was tough like cardboard. Had no salt or spice tasted really bland. Won't be ordering again. I thought I was ordering pizza express lol silly me but deffo not worth buying one of the worst pizzas I've had ever

The app froze after.i had put in details...i refreshed page, it must have reset delivery address to home, instead of work...i am diabetic and my blood sugar was low...i work nights and needed the food. Driver was rude and hung up.

Between deep pan & thin. Slight crispy base with a good amount of cheese. Definitely try the pepperoni with tandoori chicken combo 👌🏻 Overall not bad, paid £12.50 for 16" and £8.50 for 12".

Never accepts order when you have a discount. Had my order cancelled about 5 times now in the last few months. So not been able to use my stamp card. Closes and reopens often so that your stamp cards reset. Dodgy af.

The food was lovely before however this time it wasn't very nice. The order was not correct either as we ordered a chicken burger but a beef burger was sent instead. The pasta dish was incredibly bland n had hardly any taste.

Nothing Bolognaise about what I've just eaten. Spaghetti was substituted for frusili pasta. If there was meat, it was either chicken or pork...couldn't identify it as beef. All smothered with cheese to disguise what it actually was. Husband ordered tagliatelle but got fruisili and very water. Not the meal we were hoping for.

every thing on the order was wrong given strips instead of wings. mixed kebab instead of chicken. chilli sauce instead of ketchup on the kebab. mayo instead of ketchup on the burger. no calls to explain replacements and the chips were soggy. last few times I've ordered this place has disappointed me more and more to the point where I will now look elsewhere

Disgraceful. I ordered a 16 inch stuffed crust pizza along with a 12 inch stuffed crust pizza. How on earth are they both the same size. That's fine mistakes happen but when you call up to let them know about the mistakes they deny it and start arguing. It's time to break my fast and they have messed up out iftar. Congratulations lads. You have lost a customer. I hope you fix up

forgot my pizza but I ordered a wrap as well by time I ate that driver was back with my pizza. driver phoned them and i heard them say it was left on the side but when pizza arrived was red hot so must of made me a fresh one. cheers people Never had a issue with this place

1 star is too much 3 of 5 items came wrong called restaurant and man on phone was unhelpful he advised if next time I order I called them they would sort it (won't ever be ordering from here again) I got told to contact food hub regarding a refund for items incorrect then got told items weren't incorrect all food was cold burger and nuggets were like card 95% of the order got thrown away contacted foodhub who contacted the restaurant regarding a refund on incorrect items (which got refused even though food hub had photos of incorrect items) and told them a manager would contact me regarding compensation I don't want compensation I want a refund on my incorrect items

Absolutely knock out!! Portions are huge, pasta is INSANELY good, hubs said the chicken kebab is one of the best he has had, everything was piping hot and so delicious! Thoroughly impressed ❤️

M8 i dont why the reviews are so bad, i had doubts to go there just bc of that but my food came quite quick 20mins ish but i ordered 2 portion of pastas, kebab and a chicken wrap. The food is really good and its so cheap!!? U cant find better taste for that price. If u come here and expect the taste of 25£ food then idk what you are doing. I really recommend it, the food is really, really good. Well done :)

dry chips were cold and pizza aswell

pizza was mildly warm and after eating the first slice each slice was colder. I also ordered olives in it and I paid extra for it but there was no olives on.

In my opinion, best food in the UK. I tried every shop foods in my area but this was really delicious. Delivery boy was really innocent

I placed my order in their shop. I asked for thin crust 2x16inch pizzas , 2x large fries and garlic pizza bread . The guy said I will bring it to our car outside when ready . They took the piss and we waited 20mins or more got home OMG it was not the order I asked for the pizzas were deep pan not thin crust it tasted nasty never had pizza in my life and the chips were as not fresh just stale horrible.. threw all in bin and it costed us £35 never again. 0/10

I ordered on Uber Eats, the restaurant cancelled my order, the message I received said I called and cancelled, I called the restaurant to find out what was going on, they said they didn't have what I ordered, I asked why it said I called and cancelled, they said it was the only cancellation option they have, I was charged for the meals I ordered, the Uber Eats receipt said that the restaurant started to prepare my order so I was charged! Outrageous, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Never had a problem with this place.

Ordered on justeat, nearly 2 hours to deliver two 9" pizzas and garlic bread. Turned up burnt and freezing cold. First time using this place and the last.

Poor quantity, I brought king size Turkish donner and fries. As light as a feather in the box, see pic you can count 35 fried, and thin few strands of donner. King size is a joke. Good luck staying open with these baby portions.

Honestly food was actually really nice but a bit greasy. Very annoyed at the fact that we paid for 2 extra large pizzas(16") and only received 2 12" pizzas. This was on there website and when I called up to talk about their mistake they basically shrugged it off and said they don't understand it. Even though it is on their actual website. The price paid wasn't worth the food quality. The food was decent but pizza point is much better and would have given the 16" pizza like stated. So I definitely will not be ordering again.

Late, chips were alright but the pizza was literally smothered in onions to the point I may have just eaten a raw one with some cheese on it. Gross, this is just a photo of the large ones I pulled out so I could try and actually taste the rest of the pizza 🤮

Great food and delivered on time. Food was piping hot and delivery driver was very polite. We ordered online and specified a certain food required by time. The food arrived right on time. Great quality and would recommend this place 👌👌

I come from Italy i was in bimingham for work and i wanted a big and good italian pizza my friend advice me to try this restaurant. It was Great, very good italian pizza. Five stars for me.

Clean and tidy up. Good staff and very reasonable price.

Can be touch and go with good good but they're quick and easy normally and most times the food is ok. They just lost a customer for being rude on the phone though.

We enjoy this pizza so much that we've decided to make it a regular treat. Great prices, especially if you collect. Staff are friendly, service is quick, and the pizza tastes GREAT. Good topping options, and not stingy with the cheese. And the ultimate test - is it still good if you eat it cold for breakfast the next day? Absolutely! Hopefully next time I'll remember to take a photo before I eat it all. (oops)

Hands down the worst 'takeaway' ive ever had the sad experience of dealing with. Terrible service with rude staff, the 2 hour late food was cold and disgusting. Stay well well clear and dont believe their fake 4 star rating as everyone i know who has placed their first order with this place has made it their last.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would do it. The food came late and it was called, I tried ringing them a couple of times and their customer service was horrendous. Avoid this place at all costs
