Value for money. Food was ok but prices are cheapest

Got a dodgy stomach after eating here. Istanbul Shawarma was awarded a Food Hygiene Rating of 1 (Major Improvement Necessary) ..explained the dodgy stomach

Good value for money, food is always fresh and staff are always great. You can sit and eat but I always order. Never had to wait more than 10 Minutes unless you have a larger order. Service is always Tip Top.

Always great food. However, I believe they have now closed down as I went there and they were moving equipment out. If that’s the case that would be a shame as their food was great. Now reopen with new management.

I placed an order yea I was waiting for good 5-8 minutes they didn't even start preparing my order instead they where just standing and talking around. i got angry just left. userly they do my order stright away but the day I went they where just taking the loss.

It was disgusting and very unfriendly staff they were half asleep asked for two things they said we don’t have and it was on their menu outside their windows

Good service, but the Chicken shawarma had no flavour, not as good as the Bradford branch.

It's classic takeout food, not exactly authentic Turkish cuisine. Cheap and fast. Flavours are great and the salad is always fresh. Top tip: order using the numbers on the menu. The staff will always get your order on point then.

Would not give it a single star if it was possible. They try forcing people to buy their dusty dry chicken! I just rang to find out prices and on several occasions they keep ringing me trying to force my to buy their food. The people that work here are filthy and so disrespectful I cannot believe it!

Before placing an order I asked the guy at the counter if I could eat in since restrictions had been lifted for dining. The food can get messy with the pickled salad. "Of course, brother" was his response. After ordering food I kindly asked for a chair so I could sit at the table on the side. "Sorry we don't have chair." The tabletop was very low. So for the sake of £3 you couldn't just say sorry we don't have any seating?! Took my meal out to eat and more or less fed my jacket and the rest of my clothes as the sauces dripped like a wet cloth out of this naan bread. It was good when it opened, I won't be back in a hurry. Probably give Shaam Spice a try in town.

Went to have mixed shawarma with chips, served me only lamb, it was absolutely disgusting, cold and old didn't bother warming it up. Never coming back again, £4 gone in drain.

Stood in the queue for nearly 5 minutes, then get told it will be a 5 minute wait. Only one person ahead of me. I only wanted 1 shawarma wrap. Also the food handling has a lot to be questioned. The bread thrown from one surface to another.

The food is really tasty and fresh, i prefer the chicken shawarma but the lamb one is also yummy too. The samon bread is baked nice and fresh i really love the salad. The staff are really friendly and its always busu in there the shop also is clean and hyeginic would deffo go again

Had to wait a long time for my food and wasn't that busy. When I did get the food it was quite cold and very fatty. I prefer my meat with minimum food and more meat, some may prefer fatty. Was not the best meal I have had. Won't be visiting again. Prices were reasonable. Honest opinion

Tasty bread. Red cabbage and olives in the salad is always a bonus. Cheap and tasty. Don't let the shabby interior put you off.

Very delicious food, staff is very friendly and food is fresh. Would definitely recommend the pizza and the shawarma can’t wait to go back and try other stuff

These lot are a joke it says they close at 10.30 it's not 8.10pm we just got here they say they closed early due to running out of food we made a 20 mile round trip for the food what a waste. Won't be making the trip again there loss.

Run by Kurdish family - authentic kebabs, with great salad - cheap also
