Fiamma in Kirklees

Me and my boyfriend LOVE this place! We found it one evening on our way to another restaurant and so glad we did! We've been about 4 times now. The staff are so welcoming and the food is delicious. The prices are reasonable too. This place is definitely one of our favourites and we will be back again soon!

Best place to eat in batley, great service too!

Had been here for a birthday previously and although the service hadnt been great (only one waitress serving everyone all evening) the food had been ok (nothing special). Went with a friend yesterday and was so disappointed. The only nice thing about the visit was the soup starter. The service was terrible, the waitress had no people skills and appeared distracted; we ordered pizza (not great at all, it was a weird flavour and the chicken smelt strange and I visit Mediterranean and Turkish restaurants regularly so I know how good they can taste) and grilled prawns & rice. The few measly prawns we received were sat on some lettuce (supposedly a salad) on a plate. I had to check if this was the dish we actually ordered as it was nothing like the description on their menu and they forgot the ‘steamed’ rice or rather weren’t even aware it was part of the dish until we asked where it was! The waitress forgot our drinks and couldn’t even remember what the two of us had ordered and, whilst we were still eating in the almost empty restaurant, asked if we wanted boxes to take the food home! We felt like an inconvenience by the end and left. We both have upset tummy’s this morning too.. Needless to say I will not be returning to Fiamma nor would we recommend

We are regular customers and come to eat here whenever we crave pizza. Our little one is big fan of fiamma pizzas. He only wants to eat fiamma pizza. Their pizza dough is different from others and its light. They have the best taste in pizzas😍 And customer service is also very good👍

I came with family from manchester to try out Fiamma as previously I had heard amazing things. First of all the place did not dissapoint, the young lady serving us made a huge effort and was so warm an friendly throughout our stay. As we had a huge fam they even accommodated us but putting tables close together and giving us the whole of upstairs seating area so we could all eat an chat away as they were quite alot of us including kids. The food was simply exceptional, it has a Italian an Turkish theme and I really have nothing to say apart from loved the whole experience. Ordered to start a chicken an meat platter which is shawarma, chips, rice and salad kinda mezz which was very tasty. First of all they serve u a soup and it tastes amazing bit like daal but has a Turkish style to it. Also tried the loaded fries again not bad at all. For mains got the grilled platter now I must say I was already kind of full before the mains came so I had a lamb chop and a bit of grilled chicken an again was nice. Also my nephew got a desert cheesecake again how can that ever be bad so thumbs up again. To finish off had the green turkish tea which was lovely. Price wise it's fair as its a lovely restaurant and there was easily over 20 of us who turned up. All the staff were amazing to the people cooking to the man asking if everything was OK an making sure we all happy to the lovely young lady who never stopped smiling and just being a joy. Thank you to all of you and I will in'sha'allah definitely be back in the future. Ps. To the owner come manchester an open a branch in'sha'allah you will kill it.

I ordered grilled chicken, it was smelly , it wasn’t fresh .The customer service was really poor . Me and my friend ordered two dishes . fiama special shawarma was really tasty and fresh . But grilled chicken had no flavour . The atmosphere and food presentation was good. There was no internet and network connection at all . I would not like to go there next time.

The chicken was smelly , it wasn’t fresh at all .as soon as u enter thers this negative vibes may b because of the customer service . The lady was having some kind of attitude towards customer which made the experience more awkward for us . Me and my friend ordered 2 dishes . I must say fiama special shawarma was really tasty and fresh . Also food has no flavour . Over all the atmospher and food presentation was good. But not food !

We have been to Fiamma many times and we loved it every single time. The food is amazing, the attention to detail and care in how they cook cannot be denied. The quality of the meats and ingredients is the best, there are very few restaurants serving authentic food in the UK. Going to Fiamma reminds me of being both in Turkey and Italy. The owners and staff are very kind and welcoming, I wish them all the best and I hope their business keeps growing.

You have to visit this place. An absolute smack on the lips - so flavourful! The service is so friendly. Great value for the high quality served! If you’ve driven past and haven’t tried it you’re give it a shot - you’re missing out! I have dined in and taken out

The food here is really fresh, cooked right in front of you with the freshest ingredients, we got the mixed grill which is not on the menu but was advised about it, we wasn’t disappointed. The chicken wings were so good everything is cooked on coal fires in front of you. I also left my bag in the shop I was about to drive off and someone managed to stop me and bring it to my car! Really grateful.

Had the mixed shawarma to go outstanding value for money. Huge portions couldn't eat everything in 1 sitting. Came with a can of pop, rice, chips, wrap and salad. Would visit again

Heavily Underrated place, smashing food with Turkish Italian theme. Good prices and meals come with drinks included. We got given free soup each and a tea plus my daughter was given free desert. Big portions of food, great service. Honestly, don't know why this isn't busier than it should. Food tastes better than othe fine dining places in batley Town centre. Great baked Italian pizzas

Food is ok the just use the donar for a variety of dishes and over priced salad is nice but wont be back in a hurry

Exceptional food. For a moment you think you have been teleported into Turkey. The pizza and base were fresh and crispy and even their shawarma were perfect. Next time I will give their desserts a try. I definitely recommend coming here and trying their food.

This Turkish -Italian place was beautiful it’s a child friendly place. My boys really enjoyed their meals. Was pleasantly surprised with their food tasted and looked amazing .The mixed shawarma was one of our favourites as it was incredibly tasty! Also boys loved the Italian Pizza as the base was cooked perfectly and very generous with their toppings. All the Presentation of the food and the customer service was excellent. Definitely would recommend. Had the Turkish tea followed with desserts but the desserts are out of this world! With so much to offer, such as tiramisu, baklava selection of cakes and cheese cake. a visit is a must! 10/10 I would return again.

Huge surprise finding this wasn’t just very interesting food choices, but also we were really welcomed and made to feel at home. For example we were surprised with a hot lentil soup starter - which I wouldn’t have ordered because it sounds boring but was ever so nice, and also made us feel settled and welcome. They offer a fusion of Turkish and Italian food so there’s really something for all tastes. Very pleasant surprise how nice it was.

Was our first night trying there food, was not disappointed greated when entering the building was given our menu with out any you ready to order we did it in our own time. We got a complimentary soup that had full of tast, all in all everything was spot on will be going back soon

Fabulous place, a hidden gem! Must try if you are after Turkish food with Italian style pizzas, stone baked, and fresh. Smashed burgers on the menu are very good, and lamb shawarma is excellent! Turkish tea served on the house, so kind and helpful staff. Great service, warm and cosy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Called in for a bite and a catch up with friends. Greeted by a very nice young lady, who took us to a table. There aren't many tables, so you may end up having to wait, or have takeaway. We went on a Tuesday, which just happened to be two for one on pizza. We were offered soup as a free starter, and it was a delicious lentil soup. No bread or anything like that, just a small bowl of soup. Then the pizza arrived. Excellent base, tasty sauce, and the perfect amount of toppings. Soft drinks only, so cans and a couple of bottled drinks are available. You can have a glass of you want one too. Highly recommended.

Fiama - what can I say - we went yesterday with a few lads and the food and service was on point! One of the best authentic pizzas you can have in this area - proper thin crusty Italian style! The lamb sharwama cooked over charcoal was fantastic and the chicken tenders were juicy and crispy! Awesome food and service

There was a very nice man who worked there and let us sit outside on the the chair and table we didn’t buy anything because we had our own food we tried to find somewhere to sit and it was hard to find somewhere then we asked him and he let us he was a very nice guy he deserves a raise or a promotion

Brilliant service as always and the food was delicious too. You must have the tea and try the Turkish delight! I've had the meat shawarma plate the past 3 times I've been and it has been spot on each time.

Tried for first time today. Chicken and Lamb shawarma were delicious and portion sizes were very good. Fiamma special pizza was really nice and once again good size. The staff were lovely and very hospitable. Didn't rush us to eat or vacate our table after eating. Also offered us some lovely Turkish tea and delights. Will definitely be coming again and recommending to family and friends.

Popped in for lunch with a few friends. Thoroughly enjoyed each dish we ordered. On Wednesdays the shawarma wrap is 2 for 1 so that was well worth it. Meat was fresh and tasted 👌. Tagliatelle fungi was delicious, we also ordered a goats cheese and caramelised onion pizza which was also very fresh and tasty. Salad was very well presented and a mix of lovely flavours. Will definitely be dining there again!

The place is very clean which is a big positive. The workers are also very friendly and welcoming. I would give more than five stars if I could. The food is also very tasty. I have had a lot of food on the menu and I can vouch for every one of them.

Food was terrible, overcooked and burned. Wings were charred black, chicken shawarma was dry like sand no flavour and served with asda tortilla, and the beef lasagne came with no beef or flavour. Terrible customer service frowned and made faces when we told them the wings were burned. Would give 0 if possible Worst place in bately dewsbury

Ordered the Shawarma and lasagne,was very disappointed. I work in food retail myself and would not sell food like this. The rice served with the Shawarma was on the first stages of going off as could tell with the taste. The rice was Deffinately cooked more than few hours ago as was hardened on the outside due to the warmers. The Lasagne very dry with no becamel sauce in any layers. The staff did not seem any way concerned though we had told them about the rice. The server did bring out fresher rice after but left our platter with the gne off rice on it which you could smell. Overall big disappointment will not try again.

Had the best lunch here. Staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, food was delicious (and a huge portion for a small price). There was authentic Turkish coffee. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning :)

The staff are really good, they are really helpful. Didn't realise there was an upstairs too, next time will be trying the upstairs seating. Seemed very family oriented the atmosphere, and the presentation of the food and cleanliness of the kitchen just looked incredible. A must try, plenty of parking and quick service.

A real gem in Batley, The authentic coal fires which were rotating horizontally elevated the entire meal to a level not matched in the area. I will certainly stop by again.

The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I ordered the half grilled chicken with rice and a salad and my friend ordered the Goats cheese pizza. The portions were huge and could have easily been shared with more people. The food was delicious! The chicken was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The prices are reasonable as you get more than what you pay for. Would definitely recommend it! 9/10
