Good value, very clean, lovely food.

Always good food. Pleasant staff

Food was tasty with large portions, friendly service and the food did not take long to cook. lots of choice on the menu, vegetarian, chicken, the place was clean and inviting. Edit: just went a second time and the lamb kofta was great!! They have also switched from Styrofoam boxes to card which is great for the environment.

In my opinion, the best kebab shop in Aylesbury. More expensive than some but definitely worth it 👌

I have tried many doner meats in my time as it’s my favourite takeaway and this is by far the worst. Where’s the flavour? Doner meat is supposed to be well seasoned, with herbs and a hint of spice. This tastes of nothing, like the flavour of warm plastic because I think it took on the flavour of the box. The cheese is dreadful, cheapest stuff available and is more cheese string flavour than a nice cheddar. The biggest disappointment I’ve ever experienced. You can tell the ingredients/food they buy is the cheapest because it’s just completely tasteless. They should invest slightly more in better quality ingredients/food so they can serve better quality and flavourful dishes. I will never buy from here again. Although if you’re desperate, the chicken shish was alright, kind of dry BUT it had flavour so, there’s a safe option. So hard to find a tasty kebab around here. 😩

Nice kebab with a decent size portion

Absolutely appalling meat, burnt and tasted awful, worst kebab we have had. I would definitely not recommend! I've added the photo to show the meat was dry and burnt, if you are wondering where the rest of it is it's in the bin!

Absolutely delicious! So fresh, not greasy at all and great quality chicken which can sometimes be hard to find in a kebab shop! My order came sooner then expected also. Very happy with our order and can't wait to order again :)

I would give 5 stars, the food is lovely but delivery can be long, expected 45 mins and waited 1.5 hours called to be told the food is just leaving, so 2 hour wait, not really good enough!

Kebabs were expensive and tasted bad, the lamb kebab had a lot of grissel. Is has gone downhill with the new ownership.

Ordered around 5pm, 2 chicken wraps, a chicken burger and a lamb doner with a side of the jalapeño balls. Everything was delicious with large portions and a good amount of salad, kept warm on the journey home. Jalapeño balls were my favourite!! Customer service was good too, ordering was clear and we got our food quickly. Would recommend and would definitely go again.

Reasonably priced and very tasty food. Lamb doner is one of the best I've tasted with very fresh salad. Delivery is always quick with the food being hot and fresh on arrival. Highly recommended Istanbul Kebab 👌

I was passing by and noticed this takeaway for the first time whilst visiting family in the area. Was highly excited to come back in the evening to try it out. However with having a young child in the car at the time. I went in an ordered a portion of chips. Wow, 😡 Was extremely disappointed to get a burger box 3/4 full of fries for the price of £2.20 Absolutely ripped off. Won’t be visiting here again.

Placed a order for two chicken shish kebabs, one chicken nuggets and chips, one children's burger and chips and one portion of chips. One chicken shish not delivered and the one delivered no salad. Contacted to advise and accused of lying and had I checked the bag properly. The order was placed at 17:45 on 25/11/22. Ive used before and enjoyed but after DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. The undelivered shish kebab was delivered at 19:47 over 2 hours later and out of principle as paid for just BINNED. WOULD ADVISE ANYONE ORDERING TO CHECK CONTENTS OF DELIVERY BEFORE TAKING THE FOOD IN YOUR HOME.

Don't bother going anywhere else...Perfect kebabs and pizzas.

1st visit. People queuing nicely outside. Took that to be a good sign. Service was fast and efficient. Salad very fresh and nothing was too much trouble. Lamb shish was nicely charred and well cooked, meat wrapped in foil so still hot at home. Nicest kebab I've had in several years locally to be fair. Had veggie skewers too and most kebab places seem to have stopped putting grilled veggies with shish nowadays. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Phones ringing etc was a real hive of industry and they were non stop. Guy also said if you call the shop (not using the app) they deliver to the village's but clearly you'd need to ask about where you live. Highly recommended from me folks!!

Ordered at 7.25pm on a Wednesday night, website tracker said food was delivered at 8.25pm and was not. Rang to check on the order and was told it was be another 20 minutes! Ran out of pizza cheese and claimed the website said no pizza’s were available, this was not true. Such a shame, just call to say the delivery will be late. If you can’t fulfil orders then don’t accept them, just a suggestion.

First time using this service called up and asked if they sell naan bread, I was told they do so order 5 naan, arrived at the restaurant was given 5 pitta bread! I told the lady I ordered and wanted naan bread and the lady at the till said some customers call this naan some people called this bread and some people called this something else 🙄. I said these are not the naan you ordered at restaurant I didn't wanted these pitta bread, if I wanted these bread I would gone to tesco ( I didn't say but you know what I mean), I did get a refund I won't be going to this restaurant as what you order and what you get may no be the same and to avoid disappointment, normally when a person orders naan you get the proper round ones which are thick in size, if they was unsure they should be more clear and know there products inside out! and not back chat in a arrogant way. I then had to order from another place which did receive the right order. Shame that such a simple thing can lead to another totally different shape, size product!!!

Terrible terrible place. Late ands then blamed us. Honestly you cannot make this up. Avoid unless you like cold kebabs and late service.

Awful experience. Ordered and delivery was 8.10pm and we called twice and got really bad gob from staff. My advise is to avoid using them and never order and the service is awful and very offensive

My 1st order was over an hour late and without any communication - took me many, many attempts to get through on the phone for an update. My 2nd order included a slice of chocolate cake and it was completely stale - stank of and tasted of something plasticy. Absolutely disgusting. I took one bite and had to split it out. Such a shame as their pizza is great...

Ordered a lamb shish got 5 small fatty lumps of meat soaked to death in chilli sauce, chips were soggy and donner kebab meat was pale and flavourless. 20 quid on a wasted dinner went in the bin. Avoid.

Brilliant food and lovely people that run it.. Always good for delivery.. And very quick

Regularly forget items from order, typically the drink. They don't like to drop off what they forget. They like to offer to drop off with your next order. Pretty poor customer service. Overpriced, the larger kebabs 2x and 3x are not worth it - very little extra meat most of the time, even less of you have salad. The lamb shish is very poor quality - typically quite fatty - not worth the price. Not chunks of meat but scraggly chopped up bits of lamb. The chicken shish is almost tasteless, I don't think they marinade it very long - if at all. Doner meat is very poor, just like most other kebab shops in the UK. I cannot recommend this place.

Portions were a little small for a medium but the quality and flavour of our food was great! The first kebab we've had from here and hands down, the best kebab in Aylesbury (so far). Update: 2020. The quality has slipped and the website is horrible to use.

I ordered my food, when it turned up it came with no sauces with the kebabs. I phoned up and was given a very rude response. I would never use them again as I was disgusted with how I was spoken to.

Cheap menu, top end very tasty kebab food, certainly in my opinion the best in Aylesbury. Very good and fast service, offer delivery and normally comes before the given ETA. Always piping hot on arrival and a decent bunch of people who work there. If you fancy kebabs/pizza/etc etc then look no further. Only thing I would say is disappointing is the minuscule portion of cheesecake that costs an almighty £2.50 . I have seen larger sliced segments in a game of trivial pursuit

Delivered the wrong food, cold. When I rang up they got rude and tried to make me pay extra to get the right food. Not sure what's worse, the food or the service. Absolute jokers

Been ordering from these a while now, so to say their food is always nice and fresh and the delivery is pretty quick is a pretty fair statement. I'd recommend them to anyone especially those after a kebab, The meat itself isn't spicy and full of weird and wonderful things you can smell its lamb meat, pizzas are pretty good aswell.

Fast service with an extended menu type

Normally there is alway something wrong or something missing,but though I’d give it another go.well I won’t again!!!! I order the food with one being 1/2 pounder with cheese,bbq sauce ,lettuce and fresh tomato,lucky I was watching what the guy was doing so he puts ketchup on the burger bun realises his done wrong then try to cover the sauce up with bbq sauce,then tried to make out that is what I asked for which I no I wouldn’t have.so he takes the top of the burger which now has tomato and bbq sauce all over it ,leaving my sons food sat on the cold side whilst he did another top.Its not like the food was free I’m paying for a service and I will NOT be back

I’m staying in the area for business so ordered a take away at my hotel. These guys need to move to where I live in Yorkshire because the food I ordered was fabulous. Quick service and reasonable price. Fingers crossed I can get accommodation in this area next time I visit. Thank you so much

Shame 1 is the lowest, terrible service, rude arrogant man on the phone when order placed, then the order came wrong, spent 10 minutes on the phone explains why to find them arguing how they were in the right, not one apology for incorrect order, after all the grief eventually they collected with refund (from the driver who they claimed finished and couldn’t come back) terrible customer service, rude, arrogant, will never order again and would actively suggest everyone orders else where

Had a chicken kebab, food was cooked well, quick service and totally delicious.

If you love kebabs, this is a great place for a takeaway. We regularly use this one, and will continue to do so. I must admit though, we were there last night and (Saturday at 7pm) the service was nowhere near as good as usual. Not asking what salad we would like on the kebab, and putting on the minutest amount of chilli sauce that made it quite dry. My recommendation is use this place its great........just avoid a saturday early evening, as they clearly cannot cope when it gets busy.

Amazing tasty fresh food. From kebabs to pizza and burgers, EVERYTHING is cooked fresh and is delicious AND they deliver.

It's actually really good here. I don't mean to sound surprised, but it's not every day a vegetarian walks into a kebab shop.

Food missing again and wrong items sent. Not the first time so won't be ordering again as when I rang they weren't bothered and put the phone down.

It's okay. Not the best lamb shish kebab I've had, but certainly not the worst. Unfortunately, as is the norm with most food outlets these days, they got my order wrong, and put garlic mayonnaise on my kebab, instead of chilli sauce. As for my kid's burger and chips meals.... Well, they asked for tomato ketchup on their burgers, and I've never seen such a vibrant tone of red in a ketchup in all my life.!!

Absolutely rubbish i ask him if he could give me sweet chilli which he said yes kebab arrived with hot sauce when I called to explain my problem I was told I already told you we only do one type of chilli food was undercooked Pitter bread was soggy I would recommend anyone to avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid ps by far the worst kebab I have ever eating

Best kebab I have eaten for ages.

Being overweight I love my fast food, of all the kebab shops in Aylesbury this has a lot to learn, it's clean it's friendly and for me it's the nearest but it's not the best, when very busy customer service seems to go out the door, failing that it's ok if hungry and don't want to drive anywhere.

Pizzas, great. Kofte wrap, great. Chips, lovely. Can’t fault this place. Clean, quick, nice food. Very happy.

ONLY rating 1 as theres no option for a zero star-- order a pizza online as 1 hour passes i ring to ask my order is, I'm told by the man on the phone theres no cheese and he cant get hold of any therefore i cant have the pizza, they had my telephone number and when i asked they told me they were too busy ring me an tell me ! too busy but happy to let me and my 3 kids wait with no pizza even coming to us !i then get told he is waiting for cheese and my delivery will come to me but he cannot give me a time maybe 1-2 hours,,, why would i want to wait 2-3 hours for a pizza ! bad bad customer service and such a lame excuse to use for no cheese, STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS

Food delivered with in an hour. Lovely food and portions we are so pleased with our food !! Tastes fresh and healthy and the kebab meat was really nice and normally I don't like it anywhere else ! Hope that the food and service stays this good !! Defo our new regular take away spot.

Disappointing. Had kebab from here when it first opened which was fantastic. Went back today and lamb was really gristly and not nice at all. I will stick to just chicken in future.

By far the best and only proper kebab in the Aylesbury area.

Highly recommend this place. We have tried pizza's kebabs, burgers and nuggets and we have yet to come across anything bad from here. The premises are EXTREMELY clean and the staff are very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend trying this place if you like this kind of food. OUr favourite is the Istanbul Grill.
