Costa Coffee in Aylesbury Vale

Extremely rude staff, very unprofessional, have always got coffee from Costa but this bad experience will have me avoiding using any Costa in the future, avoid!

My elderly mom and disabled brother went into costa this afternoon for the Lunch special , my mother put my brother at a table went and stood in the queue, my brother started making noises so my mom went to talk to one of the servers to ask if she could leave the sandwich in front to attend to my mentally disabled brother , when it was her turn in the queue for the server just to call her so she could pay for a cappuccino and the sandwich (toasty ) . She was told when she left the Sandwich there was a queueing policy ,my mom showed the server my brother so she would be able to see why my mom was asking if she could be called when it was her turn , but the server had a go at my mother saying that my mom thought she was in-titled which really upset her , when my mom tried to talk to the staff member she said she was not interested ,when my mom and brother left staff members where laughing at them .

The outside is dirty, tables inside aren’t clean.

Food is ok, drinks were nice but service wasn’t great!

Best coffee in town. The italian guy does an incredibly job. Love his coffee especially. Highly recommended!

The whole of this costa was lack luster, no care has been taken in its appearance, toilets were dirty and the staff looked like they would rather be somewhere else .

We come every weekend with our daughter and granddaughter. The staff at the high street store are absolutely fabulous. Super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I don’t think there is a single member of staff that doesn’t smile as you walk in and the immediately engage with the customers. You really feel they are genuinely valued. When you have a business, this is the staff you want.

Relatively quick service and standard costa drinks available in an environment with plenty of places to park your bottom. However part of the costa experience is also getting a tasty bite to eat and unfortunately the selection in this branch was poor.

Two floor Costa in an older building with nice views onto the High Street in Aylesbury, friendly staff ,pleasant service with newer staff at times . New building work started , left vacant for a few months, on going opposite Costa Older styled costa in need of modernising

The toilets were disgusting, and the floor and tables in the 'dining area' were dirty and wet!

Not the best. Got told they would bring over my food and drinks. Sat down, then they asked me to come and collect it. Was overcharged, and the coffee was only luke warm and tasted weak.

Great service and food, the property needs some TLC though

Nice upstairs area with large window views over the high street and some comfy chairs. Toasties are always good in Costa.

Favourite Costas in Aylesbury. Consistent with excellent service. Always lots of smiles. Actually listen and give you what you order!! The upstairs always warm and you can relax comfortably as long as you need.

Their chocolate muffins are very tasty. I loved the top deck part of this Costa, it has that living room feel.

This is a really nice coffee shop. The staff are friendly and the place is comfortable and cosy. I come here relatively often and would happily come here again.

Coffee was decent but one member of staff was so rude, barely responded to us wanting to order. Seats in the dining area were also stained and tattered

Good coffee at reasonable prices and fairly quick service. Now later after 3 or 4 visits upgraded from 4 star to 5 star for their coffee. Now have large decaf lattes and they are excellent.

Had a festive hot chocolate. Sadly i can say its one of the worst i had, ever. Price does not help. Watery, sugary. Went to Costa twice. Never again. Stuff where ok, but nothing extraordinary. Table areas where full of dirty plates on the first floor, and no one came to check on the area, although it was three of them with no guests on till. A bit odd. Shame how costa went down in quality over years

get my coffee here on the regular and am served by the same acne ridden worker every time. have no clue why but my drink get saltier every time I visit.

You are treated like family here and always made welcome. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the service is very good too Long may they reign!!!!!

You can get your favourite coffee anytime but they also do iced tea. I miss the banana bread though

I always get good service and even though the masks are on I can tell they're smiling. Never once got a bad service from them. There's one guy Gabriel. Always cheerful and jolly and very efficient, yet professional. I'll always choose those Costa branch because of him. Kudos to the staff there.

Amazing coffee and being a chain coffee house the menu is standard but what sets it apart for me Is the staff, they are excellent.

I was looking for a morning coffee and a treat, I taught on this shop because is the most known and renowned. What was my surprise? The clerk attended me with the mask in the chin and speaking in front of the croissants. Honestly, the High St. shops are down the hill nowadays...

I have shares in costa obviously, ok outlet, bit small, couple of tables ouside.

I visit this branch fairly regularly. The staff are extremely friendly and the baristas are excellent.

The service was great and there is a lovely atmosphere in the shop.

Fast and efficient service by very helpful baristas. Convenient and popular location. The main toilets are four flights of stairs above the ground floor and with no urinals but just one cubicle! Bad planning? There’s a toilet for the disabled downstairs.

I had some trouble here while I was ordering my coffee. When I was looking for my gift card on my phone to pay for my drink a male customer in front of me told me to ‘get a move on because people had places to get to’! I couldn’t believe that a customer could be so rude to me. On top of that when I was given the cream to put in my coffee I tasted it to find it was completely sour and off and the assistant disagreed with me, and she exclaimed that she couldn’t believe the cream was off because customers had not complained about it all day. Then I asked the assistant to taste it but she refused to. If that wasn’t enough, when I was putting my cup on a tray the same assistant told me to hurry along because they needed the space. I was glad to get away from the counter and to go upstairs to the first level to try to enjoy my coffee. Apart from the rude behaviour of a couple of people in there it was a very nice coffee and coffee shop, and another assistant was actually very nice to me on my way out when I asked her what time the coffee shop closed.

Very nice little costa with some nice and quiet upstairs seating. The mobile order pickup point is a bonus if you are in a rush. Staff are always friendly and happy to help whenever they can.

So grubby inside I'm surprised it's not been shut down, the toilet looked like a direct access to the main sewer. The main walkway of the floor is repaired with gaffer tape as was some of the ceiling. But the staff were friendly and polite, they obviously just don't have enough to cover cleaning duties.

Always a nice environment, staff joke with you and aren't dead serious all the time.

Nice coffee, more room than most costa stores. The only issue is that the staff can be difficult to understand due to accents, but they are friendly and give good service.
