The food Was amazing and the also thanks you so much to chef and service manager because of one off the person cooked another person to serve to us to make our dinner well will come back again definitely

We ordered a few dishes and they were different I what we had before, I ordered the shrimp, it didn’t come with potatoes like it said on the menu and the shrimp was rubbery and tasted like nothing. If they have a new chef then he/she is really bad

Same good old staff from across the road, they have added fried chicken and cheese burgers to the menu. Beautiful interior with two dining halls, toilets and table service.

Big disappointment!! Thought would be the same as the one at Huddersfield. Portion size was smaller and prices were high. Wanted to celebrate my daughters birthday but deferred due to cold customer service They did not have cake, no music, no privacy not a great ambiance to celebrate anything. We’ll not be visiting again neither will recommend anyone.

All their meals come with a choice of either rice or couscous as side options. They ran out of rice!!!! And without notifying, provided bulgar cous cous on the plate. There were delays in clearing up the table after the starters, we had to ask for cutlery and serviettes. Not the service we were expecting. The only saving grace was the food, so I suggest the best option here is a takeaway wrap

Food was cold, they literally said to us after they bought us food that they didn’t have lamb chobs. when wanted to pay, they hid the card machine and said to us that they don’t take card but just cash whitout warning us when we go in. Really disappointed, never again

We have been there more than once and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were all friendly and making sure that everyone got what they had ordered. Highly recommend going there for birthdays and just in general. The food was severed hot and the atmosphere was really good and the manager was fantastic

The restaurant was a total nightmare! Waited forever, and the food was a disaster – half raw, half burnt to a crisp. Discovered a hair, chips were like cardboard, calamari was rubbery, and the lamb? Completely inedible. Service was chaotic, and the manager? Just plain rude. Definitely won't be giving that place a second chance!

They love to serve raw food and also have rubbish service.

Stopped here on a whim tonight and SO glad we did! The food was incredible! The staff were friendly and welcoming and the vibe was brilliant. We had Turkish tea, coffee, apple tea and the sharing platter. We couldn't finish it all between two of us. We will definitely be going back soon. Our new favourite place

Quilty of food zero I ordered mix kebabs all I received is few bits of chicken wings and littel bit of lam not enough meat as what I expected I ordered tea as well and I didn't get it not what I expected and to expensive I will definitely not go there egain poor costumer service

Lovely warm welcome, nice atmosphere, luxurious feel to the place . We had tried the one in Manchester which was amazing and thought we’d try this one closer to home. Very disappointed, waited ages for the main and when it arrived the waiter just chucked the plate down at my husband, it wasn’t even his order, same happened with the other dishes, no communication of who’s dish was who’s. All the food was cold. We complained and they replaced the chips/rice but left the luke warm meat on the plate. Both boys and girls visited the toilet and was disgusted to see what state they were in. One waiter told us if we wanted to bring our own wine in it would be £25. We queried this with another waitress who said they didn’t have a corkage fee. Will not return. They did knock £20 off the bill but given 3 out of 4 of us hardly touched our food it should have been more.

Amazing food and service couldn’t fault this place one little bit. We had amazing mock tails starters and mains. All the food tastes so fresh and really gives a taste of turkey. The service was amazing we were so looked after.

My little boy was eating chips when he found a hair in the chips. When I told the waitress she said its not a hair its something else when it was a hair and even though it was something else what can it be on the chips. It was a hair string but when she told the manager he didn't come to us or asked us anything soon as we got to the till the manager dealt with us without asking about the hair. This was the last time we would never go again.

The atmosphere was nice and the decor was lovely. First time trying it I wasn't impressed by the food. The chops were burnt we told them they replaced it with ribs. The meat was dry and overcooked. The staff were friendly but it's the food that's let it us down for us. We were expecting it be like classic persian. Unfortunately we won't be going back ever again.

Used to be lovely fresh food delivered but recently gone downhill massively cold undercooked soggy chips wet soggy lettuce the rice was stale & cold & the koftas weren’t nice in the slightest needed a lot of chilli sauce put on them just for flavour Uber eats even gave me a percentage back due to it being so bad Update It is true sometimes Uber do delay orders which is why I paid extra for priority delivery which took exactly 7 minutes to arrive also Uber can’t account for chips being undercooked & flavourless koftas unless the driver came & cooked themselves 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very nice fresh food. Complimentary bread whilst awaiting meal. Courteous and professional staff. Large portions. We have eaten here a few times. Always excellent. Mr Gokai always ensures good service. Rimsha is an excellent waitress. All staff brilliant. Highly recommended

What an absolute delicious restaurant. The food was absolutely magnificent, we ordered the sharing platter for 4 and it was very generous. The beef kebab came a little undercooked but the staff were very quick to rectify this and bought out a really mouth watering kebab that was cooked to perfection. A pizza was recommended (sorry don't remember the Turkish name) it was absolutely delicious and fairly priced. The free bread and condiments were absolutely yummy too. The atmosphere and decor was sooooo lovely only down fall was it was a little cold but this was highlighted when we had walked through the door. The service was top notch. Everyone was lovely and helpful and went the extra mile to make us feel valued customers. Thank you for a lovely afternoon. Sad that the one in Manchester is not the same as yours. But we will be definitely visiting again and recommending to everyone.

Went to celebrate my brother's graduation. Had an amazing time, with delicious fresh food. Their menu is fantastic, personally I would recommend the pide, kofte, iskender kebab. The staff were very friendly, we got complimentary Turkish tea, which is a perfect to end the evening after having some of their kunafa and baklava.

I’ve recently been at this wonderful Turkish restaurant with my family, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. I came to this restaurant for the first time with my family. I must say that the food is really incredibly delicious, but there is something else that makes the food delicious: Excellent service. The manager came to our table every 15 minutes to make sure everything was going well. He smiled throughout the entire service and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. They take care of every table one by one and it's incredible. I strongly recommend this restaurant. I can't wait to come again. thanks for everything. It was a beautiful evening. 😊

One of the best Turkish restaurants in the Bradford-Leeds area. Authentic Turkish food, great atmosphere, very friendly staff. The host (Gökay abi) is very attentive, makes good conversation and makes sure every visit is personal and spectacular. Don't leave without having some Turkish tea and baklava!!!

Lovely place inside. Was welcomed by Gokay, great guy, who doted on us and made us feel comfortable. Selection of food was great and good vegetarian options for myself. Nice bread and dips to start with and a complementary tea to finish. The mains were delicious, great experience and can definitely recommend.
