Some of the tastiest juiciest freshest food around it always has been. Guys are lovely, friendly professional. True Grafters passionate about the food and it shows.

Excellent Turkish food, always hot and tasty. Very clean and lovely staff.

Please learn how to cook rice properly because it was undercooked, brittle and dry. Also the chili sauce tastes like water, no flavour at all. From the meats, only lamb donner tastes good but rest are average, not that flavourful. This is a very below average turkish kebab shop. There are way better shops to choose from than this one. Not the worst but far from top quality. I would say add more flavour to your food and sauces, just add more salt and more spices because it's not all about charcoal grilling, you must marinate it properly.

It’s the best takeaway in the area, hands down! Their donor is absolutely delicious. It’s has become our go-to spot every weekend. Highly recommend giving this takeaway a try 😌

A little rushed when I first walked in ,rabbit on headlight effect.Had the chicken with veg and some halloumi cheese, yes it's a kit but it's all there,including the dips. Nicely cooked and very well seasoned ,did need to put the pitta in the toaster as I do like it a little more done.nothing left so says it all .definitely will be back for more.

Been to this place every Saturday night as a treat . The chicken or donner kebab are both excellent. Fresh meat , fresh salad what more do you need . Exquisite chilli sauce on top honestly go there you won’t be disappointed!!

Totally Disappointed...Turkish delight had closed down so we tried irmak kebabs, not getting value for money like before especially now you get separated salad and meat in a same box ! giving you far less portions , no free drink or delivery anymore .. definitely NOT going back. !!!!!!!

Rubbish ever place to eat food. Prices rip off. Guy serving on counter doesn’t have ability even to be a cleaner. Total nonesense and rude has has no etiquettes how to deal with customer complains. These people just rip off Food tasteless. Pitta bread is like hard plastic. Betrer to eat 3£ choken ships than to waste even a single penny here. Such business spots dont last long. Funniest thing is CASH ONLY …. Not recommended.

Cold and tasteless, very disappointed also shocked that when I got home I found that I had to make my own kebab the pitta wasn't even cut everything was separate had to assemble it myself like it was IKEA furniture

This is by far the BEST authentic Turkish grill in Luton or nearby. The food is unbelievably well presented. Red meats and white meats and extra all separate. Food quality and taste is DELICIOUS. We’ve ordered twice now their platters and items were delivered and hot. No issues. The way this establishment is running - and the way they present their food (takeaway) I’ve not seen this being done in any other ‘kebab/turkish’ restaurant. THIS is now our favourite Turkish restaurant because the quality is amazing. Well done Irmak

I've always been here and had lovely kebabs until now.and found out rheyve changed management I paid £17 for a mixed grill kebab which was over cooked and cold with a pot of saggy salad and no Pitta bread, so ibrang to complain n they said they will bring it out when it arrived it was 2 small Pitta breads like you get from Iceland , I had to fill the bread myself with cold over cooked.meat and soggy salad it was so dry and tastless. I rung the shop to complain and rhey had a bad attitude and refused to refund me so I will be taking it further it's disgusting what they serve and how they treat you

I liked it and super fast delivery but they said that I have to order salad separately for the mix donor meal, but those meals on menu says it comes with chips or pitta bread and also served with salad, why advertise it served with salad if you don't include it in meal and u want me to buy extra, that's on only option I can see

After moving from London I have not found a decent Turkish takeaway until now! Ordered for the first time from here tonight. Amazing, high quality food, meats perfectly marinated. Good portions, even decent chips not like the cheap french fries rubbish you can get from other places. 100% will buy from again - Excellent.

First time First impressions,ordered a kebab.i did not get a kebab, just the ingredients to make one. Tasteless,went straight in the bin. Worst kebab I've ever had.cannot give it one star but I had to for post to be hight lighted ... Never again

Tiny portion compared to previous owners, when the shop was called Turkish delight, and then BBQ. Asked if I wanted the kebab I Pitta bread, said yes, they put the pitta in the box, separate from the kebab and salad, what the hell is that about. Salad portion is tiny aswell. On top of that prices are ridiculous. £12 for large kebab, when the portion is tiny. The lamb shish was also chewy. No free drink either. To the owners, you will not last long with this sort of service, there's plenty of competition. Your too focused on the profit margin.

We order for takeout from this place for first time and our experience was very good. We got the irmak special platter. With chips and salad. Chips where okey...not the best...salad was okey too..not much for 3 people. The best meat from the platter was chicken wings and lamb kebab and chicken kebab ...the least favourite was lamb ribs. Very hard and dry...over all we would visit this place again to try some more food. All the food come to £35.

Previous owners Turkish delight use to give us 1 separated FULL ! box of kebab MEAT 🍖 and same the salads 🥗 and with enough leftovers, .....now newly opened Irmak kebabs only give you smaller portions of kebab and salad side by side in smaller same box 📦 on top of this NO more free delivery SO NOT going back. IRMAK take notes 📝

Always used Best Kebabs & then Turkish Delight but the chicken changed . Haven’t ordered a kebab for over a year. Tonight we had Uber deliver Mix 2 plater bloody lovely ☺️

Service a little slow but not drastically so. Food not bad, though the pitta bread was hard. Had to put meat and salad in the pitta to make the kebab whats that all about? IMO food from previous Turkish Kebab better. Prices have gone up too and seemed a smaller portion.

Told them clearly Chilli sauce on the donner and salt on the chips. Didn’t do it. Massive communication problem. Very rushed and no thought in making the food.further more the price has gone up to 3 pound since changed to Irmak bbq. Very disappointed won’t come here again

Went to order my good they would not take card only cash. I order a mix donner it was cold so bland no taste in the donner the pitta bread was rock hard the food was done in less then 5 min i was shocked never got my food that qwick. The donner you have to make it your self they give you everything separate. There where a few bones in the donner

Really quick service. Tasty food. My wife enjoyed her chicken kebab, it was moist, it can be dry sometimes, however last night was excellent.

Sorry guys but the quality of the chicken kebab is very bad. I even found a small bone in it. I've never found a peace of bone in a kebab before.

Great kebabs, salad comes in a extra box which I love. Delivery is quick and friendly staff. Children also enjoyed their burgers which are of decent size.

Used to love this kebab shop when it was under the name of Best Kebab. But lately standards have slipped. Meat is not of the same quality anymore. And our last order which was recent was horrible, cold meat and old refried chips. Very disappointed seeing as we have been loyal long term customers
