Innkeeper's Collection Weybridge in Elmbridge

Be aware, if you are unexpectedly delayed this Inn / Hotel will turn you away after 10pm with no possibility of rebooking. I would say: do not expect 21st century service, but even in the 18th century there would have been some kind of night watchman on duty. Hotel closed at night? Interesting. Epic fail.

A great hotel in a good location. Lovely welcoming bar with a fantastic food menu. The staff were efficient and friendly. And such great value for money! The room was larger than expected with a huge comfy bed and a bathroom with a good shower. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

The Inn has some lovely warm rooms, spacious and well decorated. The restaurant however isn't great. Freezing cold and food average. My Steak and Malbec Pie for £19.

Location was lovely and although the room was over the bar you didn’t hear anything room was lovely and quiet, bed was super comfy and bathroom was great, only comment would be to add the timings that the kitchen closes as we missed it by 4 minutes and they wouldn’t budge on it so had to order a takeaway

Rooms perfectly adequate, nice and warm (outside temp -6) Restaurant absolutely fabulous. Have ate dinner and breakfast, all food so fresh tasting. And a good choice of mains. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Lovely hotel and restaurant.

Oatlands Chaser is an exceptional pub with lovely clean and modern rooms. Food is wonderful, breakfast especially- and staff cannot be nicer and do enough for you. Will definitely stay again

Lovely hotel, tremendous front of house team.

The price-performance ratio for room with breakfast is great. Our room was quite large. Breakfast was the usual English. To visit London it takes 10 minutes to get to the train and then another 35 minutes to Waterloo station. If you would like to eat dinner, you can do so on site.

We had a delicious 😋 evening meal. Perfect 👌 food. I had steak medium well done, and it was just how I prefer it. The trio of mini deserts ( they are huge minis 😜). Just gawjus. My husband had the cheeseboard. He's not keen on the "weird" crackers. Prefers jacobs cream crackers - old school. 🥳. Perfect service.

Overnight stay. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent.

Having booked 3 rooms on the 14th Jan 2024 for 4 people, I was very disappointed to find on arrival that one of the rooms I booked Double or twin was not available, I was offered a double with a sofa bed. As I was sharing this room with my brother ( we are both in our 70's)( the thought of sleeping on a sofa bed was not happening. Your staff member could not offer the room I booked therefore we all left ( 4 people 3 rooms) . We did get a refund but this is totally unacceptable and will not attempt to stay again.

Everything was very good apart from one group who spoiled dinner with such loudness you couldn't hold a conversation over the table. Staff could have acted but didn't. Shame really as everyone else had to suffer the same. Subsequent staff engagement not the best either. It took the shine off but we felt this was a probably a one-off occasion and we would visit again if we needed to visit the area.

A lovely big , clean room with everything we needed. All the staff were pleasant , helpful and polite . The accommodation was a good location for what we wanted , no complaints at all

Friendly service, clean room. I would have preferred a bath but I had not specified that. Couple of light bulbs not working but no big deal. Liked the fact that I could take my clean carbon bike into my room although required a bit of maneuvering through doors etc so that it did not touch any surfaces. Maybe breakfast could be a bit more varied? eg fresh fruit salad. (I may have missed that). Altogether was just fine and if I am in the area again, I will come back!

English charme! The atmosphere is cozy, the food is tasty. The rooms are nicely decorated and cozy. Only the escape routes in the event of fire are insufficient, doors that do not open. Worth to visit!

The room was great large and well decorated the staff were great couldn't eat at the hotel due to works food budget but was only a 15/20min walk to town and loads of take aways and shops.

It was really nice. My kids felt safe and comfortable. The room was comfortable and so we're the beds.

Loved the location and the hotel itself. Staff were on point. The only inconvenience was having only one set of keys and key fobs for access through the doors leading to the room.

Great location for visiting Brooklands museum. Clean comfortable room. Helpful friendly staff and a very enjoyable breakfast.

Cosy rooms, above the bar/restaurant so expect some noise. I brought ear plugs which worked a treat. My daughter slept with no problems. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and accommodating.

If you’ve booked for valentines over the weekend I’d cancel immediately. Pub was absolutely dead, no atmosphere, staff quite blunt, food very was average and key main items on the Valentines menu ‘sold out’. Questioned the staff as to how items were sold out (due to how quiet is was) and was told that they didn’t have many of the key items on the menu in the first place. We were told by the manager that we would be compensated on the bill (confusing to explain but we upgraded to the more expensive menu to cover the mains we wanted). We weren’t compensated at all. Basically just lied to in order to make sure we still went ahead with our meal at the more expensive cost. Very disappointing, not as advertised and not romantic for valentines. I’m sure it would be fine if you wanted a quick pub meal but nothing more than that. Don’t waste money or time when there are much nicer restaurants in the area.
