Great food as always and attentive but not intrusive service. Reasonably priced just off the high street so away from the hustle and bustle of other restaurants on the high street

Delivered to my home. The main course, lamb, was very strongly beef flavoured (gravy granules added?) The spicing was poor and the chili was background only. I was hungry so ate half the other half will be binned. The dish was £26.00 I expected good food for that. So add overpriced to the list.

I had a lovely lunch there with a friend. Having driven there from different cities, we found it a little oasis for a long catch up. Wonderfully relaxing, serving truly delicious food and cocktails, by attentive and friendly staff. Thank you.

Enjoyed a really super lunch at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We chose from the £6 lunch menu, available from 12 noon to 2.30 pm I think (the restaurant closes at 3 pm for its lunchtime service). I chose a Jalfreizi Paneer wrap and my husband chose a Chicken Jalfreizi Wrap, we were both delighted with our choices. We also enjoyed a Rose Lassi each at £4 (they had dried rose petals floating on the top). Next time we visit (and we will!) we'll order Masala Chai as that is also available. We'll visit one evening too. Well done Team Infusion and thank you.

Been Infuse a couple of years ago and forgot to leave a review but remembered it being very good so thought I would try a cheeky takeaway. Had Lamb Biryani, chicken Tikka Masala and a garlic Naan. The biryani is not your normal Bangladeshi style. It’s so much better, it’s really good. Up there with one of the best I’ve had and I’ve had a few. 10 out of 10. Had the Chicken Tikka Masala, not my normal go to but thought it would go well with the Lamb Biryani and it certainly did. As with the Biryani, was very good and again, not your run of the mill. Quality of both dishes were on another level to most in St Albans. Let down slightly by the naan, which wasn’t great but can forgive that as the other two were so good. So it’s a rating of 5 out of 5 from me. Will be back very soon. Staff also very friendly *****

This is Indian food with a difference! We had both some tapas as well as a couple of mains, naan and rice, sharing everything. The food was great quality, with quite a few dishes different from what you'd have in every Indian. Tastes rich and balanced, with just the right amount of hot. I particularly liked the tapas - Lasooni Paneer Shahslik, Salmon Tikka and Choori Chat were excellent. Service superb. Lots of vegetarian and gluten free options. Find this little gem a few steps off the high street, it's well worth it!

Starters were really great. Should really give a special mention for the choori chat which was really authentic. Also a mention to "Prince" who was really kind and served the order with a smile.

We visited Infuse Modern Indian Restaurant, at first seeing online reviews we were looking forward to visiting the restaurant and enjoying some good Indian food. On arrival the staff welcomed us very well, the parking was an issue as close to the town centre area it's street parking or having to park at a pay and display and walk about 5 minutes from the restaurant. The restaurant interior was reasonable nice and clean and we were situated on the first floor. The food option wasn't too bad and there was plenty of different options available. We order a number of dishes and found some of the dishes to be very salty on taste, this included the fish and vegetarian options. The dishes seems like they were over marinated in the masala spices making it overly strong to taste the actual dish. The naan was overly crispy and was hard to eat with a curry as you would. We ended leaving most of it in broken pieces. The meat dishes were however the better options to a reasonable taste. Overall it was a nice little restaurant, food wasn't the best, however the staff were great. I would say it's a little overrated in the reviews it's received on Google.

Truly atrocious and a rip off. I’ve had bad quality takeaway curry in St albans before nearly edible but not so much a rip off… this was atrocious and truly a culinary embarrassment though. Really really really bad, and a MASSIVE rip off.

We absolutely love Infuse. The food is exquisite, and the bar/lounge atmosphere is really nice. It’s perfect for a couple or family evening. My two teenage love it too. The menu is varied and there is something for everyone. The service is super courteous too.

Born and raised in India, having eating my fair share of Indian food and counting lol, these guys are as authentic as it gets. The lamb biryani and tandoori chicken, lamb chops, prawns and salmon tikka are especially exquisite. On par with 5 star hotels in India and far supersedes any other offering in St Albans and beyond. Lucky to have them in St Albans :)

Infuse is a really great restaurant. The team are excellent and take you thru all the foods And are very sensitive to allergies. Great vegetarian selection. Nice wines as well and a great ambiance. Recommended.

Always delicious at Infuse! The chicken momos are a must! And the garlic naan is like eating into a pillow!

After a very disappointing experience with the local Nandos it was a very welcome change to find the service at Infuse was superb. The waiter was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and when it came it was flavourful and spicy. Highly recommended

We popped in to have a lunch which was delicious! Plenty of vegetarian options too. Their set lunch is very simple but tasty as well as quite reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The service and atmosphere were amazing! The staff are lovely. The food was different. Not your typical Indian restaurant, the meals were full of flavour, tangy, herby and refreshing, but quite different. It wasn't to my personal taste. However, my two friends loved their meals. Highly recommend a meal here!

Best curry in St Albans! Visited here a few times and been meaning to write a review. Firstly, all the staff are lovely, attentive and extremely polite. Secondly, the menu is fantastic, they give the option for a more tapas style on the starters - basically had every single one now with the exception of one or two and they are all flavoursome, I recommend getting a few before a main meal and exploring the different ones. The same goes for the mains, they are amazing, in particular the Dal Makhani. Seriously it is amazing and you could live off it, it's that good! Regarding the price point, phenomenal, the value for money you get in there will not be exceeded elsewhere.

Delicious meal! The lamb chops and lamb biryani were both fantastic, and the service was excellent - all for a very reasonable price.

Attentive staff: they will happily explain you the menu inclusing a video demonstration of size portions and dish presentations. The staff was super polite and paid attention to small details. They did not rush to pick up the dishes and allowed us time to choose our food wisely providing also great recommendations. Food: presentation and taste 10/10. My favs were Chicken MoMo and Prawn Curry. All the food was delicious and tasty. Definitely one of my top indian restaurants. I definitely recommend it.

Best curry we’ve had in St Albans ever! The meals are exquisite, even the rice and onion bhajis are so much lighter and finest. The food is much better than anywhere else we’ve been, and the service is perfect, the staff are lovely. The interiors and atmosphere are different to your usual curry house too, in lin with their ‘modern Indian bistro’ ethos. Great vibe! We’ve been going on about it at home so going back with our teenage kids very soon!

Amazing food… Variety of starter dishes that I have never seen anywhere. The test is the perfect example of best of both worlds. In true sense- infusion. One suggestion, go with the owner’s recommendation- he knows his customer base.

This was categorically The worst Indian food I’ve had in my life and has put me off eating Indian again. Briyani was definitely a few days old dhal was tasteless and garlic naan was not fresh. Sad to leave such a bad review but seriously money down the drain. The delivery driver was courteous and text notifications were good.

Excellent and varied Indian cuisine & pleasant service. The chef here must be very special . The Hyderabadi Lamb Biryani , the House Pinot Noir & Lakshmi ( our delightful waitress ) were all very special.

Absolutely awful curry - the worst I’ve ever had in 50yrs. We ordered chicken tikka masala and lamb bhuna. The CTM had very little flavour, and totally bereft of the creamy, coconutty tikka flavour that is universally loved. The bhuna resembled a mix of cat food and stew. Very limited menu. No types of rice to choose from - only plain. Genuinely can’t understand why this place gets good reviews: thought it was awful. Would give it 0 stars if I could

Great place. Food was very good. We ordered salmon for a starter and was exquisite. Our waiter- best ever, my husband has really strict diet but our waiter was very helpfull and give us a lot of suggestions. Fully recommend that place. PS. rainbow cocktail delicious😍

This is a really fantastic Indian restaurant! the food was incredible, very fresh and super tasty. You are spoilt in the UK for Indian food but this is one of the best I've ever tried. One of the highlights is that the owner is very involved. He designed the menu and so is very knowledgeable about where each dish comes from and exactly what ingredients is used. He also served the tables. I'm vegetarian but prefer to eat vegan and there were lots of options of both. I wish I took a photo, but highly recommended. I'll be back.

Amazing Indian, creative, fun and delicious!

Food was delicious and service was great. The only thing I didn't like was the rowdy customers. Probably not the best place for a romantic meal as you can't hear each talking. We had the bread basket. It was enough for 2 people and then some. The momos were my favorite. The butter chicken was also delicious.
