AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE GOT FOOD POISONING FROM HERE ,Used to be OK nothing special place YEARS AGO, but it's gone down hill. Portions have gone right down, prices gone right up. Delivery means hours of waiting and end up getting cold, Even pizzas are half cooked now WORSE pizzas ever with honestly a table spoons worth of toppings and the base dough is like stale raw cheap undercooked cold mushy rubber disgusting Got big order for large family spend around £40 biggest regret daylight robbery not 1 member of family liked food , also chips was cold and soggy , chicken was raw can see blood inside meat yuk health hazard

****avoid**** my daughter is suffering from food poisoning and we are currently struggling to keep her hydrated! This is from having a chicken burger! So whoever cooked on the 18th December 2023 needs to be re educated on how to serve chicken!!

If you want good polite service and pipping hot fresh food then this takaway is what your looking for, I got their 10 piece bucket with 4 bags of chips. Chips had seasoning on and tasted lovely, the chicken freshly cooked batter crispy perfectly cooked, this is where I feel awful and must express strongly there was nothing wrong with the food its my personal taste, for me to hot and spicy but if you love hot and spicy food then certainly recommend it. Next time think going to give their burgers a try because would love to taste their chips again, so all I can say to the team at Indulge keep it up I certainly was impressed as most takaways you collect take home and they cooled down but yours where still pipping hot sadly for my tastes so was the flavouring and spice but certainly good food.

The food is always nice ,the chips are nice and spicy and the chicken wings are the best.

The chips were stale and very clearly microwaved got two different types of popcorn chicken and the burger was disgusting and falling apart

Best place ever! Yummy food, delightful chips, my fav part about the chips is the spice 🌶 🤤 TO. DIE. FOR! Burgers aren't those massive thick chicken burgers, their thin and yummy, also they don't have that rubbery chicken taste and they don't have those weird black and pink bits on the chicken. Drinks are a bit limited but not a problem for most because there is Pepsi, if I could, I'd eat this every day, every meal, forever 🤩

Worst takeaway in Keighley. I ordered chicken and chips and I waited over an hour for soggy chips and when I took a bite of the chicken it tasted funny I felt okay initially but I ended up with food poisoning the day I'm due to start my new job. I've been past the establishment before and it looks downright disgusting. Safe to say I'll NEVER eat anything from here and I've made sure that none of my family and friends ever will. Not even worth a single star. Don't waste your money here unless you want food poisoning 🤬🤬🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮

Probably the best chicken shop in keighley. A little pricey but worth it. The chicken peices were large. Parking can be an issue if collecting food.😊

Disgusting. The wrap was soggy, the onion rings were burnt to a crisp, I ordered cheesy chips and they put some horrible sauce underneath the cheese and I didn't even ask for any sauce. I asked for a diet Pepsi and they sent a normal Pepsi

Soo I ordered my food over the phone for collection. As I got to the shop to pick up the food the guy behind counter just randomly put his shutters down and closed up around 2pm. I was left outside in shock , first time experiencing anything like this. Right so I've been coming to this takeaway for years, I have not had a problem since yesterday, ordered plenty of food for friends and family. So the issue is everyone who has had the wings and chicken yesterday have some how ended up with sickness and diarrhoea, could you please explain yourself?!! this will be getting referred to the department of health. Order a large fries (ensuring you add spice) and their fried chicken and you'll be in heaven. Or you can a box meal. Not sure on other menu items.

Legit just had the worst takeaway of my life. Had to wait an hour and 10 minutes, the food turned up clap cold. Only thing slightly warm was the burger (Which they got wrong anyway). Tried to call them to complain for 5 minutes and unsurprisingly they never answered the phone. Used to be a fantastic takeaway, those days are over. Avoid at all costs.

I wouldn’t give this place 1 star if I could, but this is based on my many recent experience of coming to this place. The staff there have no customer service skills all and their manner towards paying customer is an absolute disgrace especially the bald one who works there, he throws the items on counter and not acknowledge customers at all very rude, I don’t know how they are still in business. The food is alright but they need to strip back on the oil in their products it’s very unhealthy. They need to read their reviews and take into account of the overall negatives especially on just eat where it effects their trade as of right now I speak from same others who reviewed it here! Seriously step up or step down

I will never order from here again. Placed an order last night which took 1hour and 45minutes to arrive. The driver could not find my address and insisted he was on my road for an hour which he definatley wasn't. He was very rude and said he didn't drive a bus so had no time to stick to. The food was awful once it finally arrived!

Ridiculous service. Got food delivered and we opened it straight away, was all dry and cold. Rang the store, they said we sent it all good from here and you can speak to my driver. If you want it bring it in we change it for you. Poor service. The manager was quite rude and not polite whilst talking on phone. I also got ill the next day with the food. 👎

Me and a friend eat here every day. It is life. It is the best place you could ever dream of consuming any amount of chicken. "The chesters experience" has become a way of life and has always been the first option of eatery whenever someone asks where they should go for dinner. By this point we have memorised the entire menu and have tried each of the items 2 or 3 times. However, the pinnacle of the menu is definitely the chicken fillet burger, spicy, succulent and mouth-wateringly tasty which we have both sampled well over a hundred times each. Despite the name change, indulge Keighley will always remain to be known as Chester's chicken and pizza, it's simply too nice to pass up and would recommend to everyone 160%. 1000000/5 star ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Ordered the mini family mix offer for £10 which included 2 fillet burgers, 2 reg fries, 4 pieces of chicken and 4 chicken wings for iftari. Very happy with the food.
