Not smash burgers so disappointing

I did not receive my order and am very upset with they way this fast food outlet dealt with the situation as if I got it wrong and received it eventually finding out I never.. over £48 and no food

If you wanna eat nice food DO NOT order from this place as they will serve you an expired food !

Pizza arrived cold and had to heat it in the microwave . It changed the taste wasn’t to pleased . I’ve had Indiano pizza before when I’ve collected it myself and they are beautiful. Will not use just eat for delivery if I’m going to get cold pizza .

Missed out some toppings on the pizza (sweetcorn and jalapeño) and gave wrong chicken - ordered Peri peri, but gave chicken tikka or something instead

Always great, greasy (in the way you want a take away pizza to be, but not too much) hot and quick.

Smelled and Tasted like the ingredients were old. The tuna Had a really weird smell. Had to throw it away.

My son loves this pizza the most. Delivery was on time but i gave 1 star for a driver who wouldn't deliver the food to the door. I was capable to go down outside to collect it but it could be disabled person or person with babies or someone in middle of working from home who wouldn't be able to leave their flat to go outside to collect food. Driver didn't even try to ring the bell he called from a mobile .. told me he didn't ring because he cannot deliver to my door without explanation. The reason people order food is so they wouldn't have to go for it . No other drivers from other fast food restaurants have ever had issue to come inside the building and deliver the food to my actual door. Lazy and cheeky.

Food was Yummy! hot and gave extra chips and wings so fresh and tasty Thank you Indianos and Delivery driver.

the worst customer service ever! Forgot chips with my order & then acts rude when they made the error and then wants me to beg for my food to be sent out to me!! worst worst service error! I will take my money elsewhere!

Not sure why the driver has to ring the bell, use the door knock and then bang really hard on the door and then walk off and leaves me standing while he goes back to go get my food from his bike. No "hello" or any form of communication and completely miserable 🤷‍♂️ Food however is perfect as always.

The food was cold rubbery and dough was very stale and smelly

The poor gentleman who delivered the food was so pleasant that I couldn't get annoyed with him despite my frustration, but the food more than compensated for the lateness. Well done Indiano

Prices have jumped up by more than 20% which now makes one look around at other food outlets however the quality has remained the same

Scheduled a delivery and it arrived 30 mins early. The deal was supposed to come with 12 wings & wedges. Only the pizza was delivered, the wings and wedges were missing.

Best pizza in the borough, probably the best in East London. Definitely the best garlic pizza bread

I have ordered from here before and the food has been ok. However today the pizza was a soggy mess and fell apart on picking up. The chips were absolutely disgusting. They were devoid of flavour & seasoning, floppy & lukewarm. I ate only a few and then threw them away. A complete waste of money. The order was wrong too. I asked for coleslaw but received a salad.

I called and they couldn't update me on how long the delivery would be, he said he would call back he didn't. Ii called back 20 mins later still no update. Eventually food turned up but it was so cold..

Food wasn’t delivered to me. Saying my food has arrived, but I haven’t got anything? Happy to amend this review if my food arrives in the next few minutes, but if not I want a refund! Tried calling a few times but no answer. Sorry, food is generally good from here but obviously no food means 0 stars 😅

The food was so late that by the time it finally arrived the chips were cold & almost indeible. When I was waiting for delivery I called the restaurant to find out what was happening & was told it would be with me in 5 - 10 minutes. No hint of an apology for the delay. Again when the driver turned up there was no apology for the delay. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from here (1st time was good). If the next time is anything like this, the 3rd time will be the last.

We ordered for our event that was for 4:00-6;00 and they literally delivered 6:00 when everyone was leaving.

Before placing order arrival time on app said 40-50 mins. Upon ordering the estimate was 60-70 minutes and when it arrived it was getting cold as well as take about 15 mins longer than their upper limit estimate. Probably happened because it was getting rush hour and was fairly far from our house. Did not get any apology or anything from delivery driver. Food is very reasonably priced, the pizza I had today didn't taste as good as if it was hot but I don't think it would have been that great anyway. I had ordered from this place many years ago and it was delicious then.

Upon calling the restaurant to enquire about the delay. The person on the phone spoke very impolitely and interrupting what I actually had to say. Very rude and disrespectful considering I am paying for my food not ordering it for free.

Disappointed. Our pizza was squashed into an oval shape. To be fair, I'm not sure if it was the restaurant or delivery person's fault.

Food was 1 hrs late, had to call shop twice to chase them for delivery. When arrived it was cold.

Collection was immediately as I arrived. Food stayed hot throughout my journey. Great pizza. Enjoyed very much. I would advise the Garlic Mayo dip. Will try the other size pizzas again maybe the square one's also.

Ordered food but it hasn’t arrived. The only reason this is getting the rating it is is because the food before has been good. It’s said it’s been delivered (asking me for my ratings) but I don’t have anything…

I put a note to specify to add sauces like ketchup and mayyonaise to go with the chips but that was completely ignored! The large portion of chips was ridiculous if that’s what large is what on Earth is a small!!! 3 large portions of chips put together didn’t equate to a large portion that’s how skimpy the portions were really disappointed WON’T ORDER AGAIN!

Food was good and as expected, if you are looking for a good cheesy pizza with good toppings, this is the place and they do steak chips which is nicer to have then hard crunchy french fries like other places

Food came late and cold, sauces opened and all over my drink cans. Food absolutely horrible and not eatable. Will never use this place ever again and their customer service is next to none.

Too expensive for the size of pizzas

Driver came and failed to bring an item. I asked him you missed an item. He said I’ll go and collect it. After n 30 min I called in asking if he got the item they said he off duty so he lied then they said I’ll get another driver to give your missing item and it’s been almost 2 hrs so i guess they lied and Taken have my money.

Ordered pepperoni with extra cheese and there are slices of pizza that don’t even have cheese on them absolute joke and to top it all of the my order was an hour late

Sent a completely wrong meal and I made sure to write a note for the restaurant but they didn’t read it.

App doesnt tell me when their driver starts, therefore my food came over an hour late. İt was food for the workers and as they couldnt eat at their usual break time, we had to arrange a second break time for them eat.

Food was delivered 10 minutes past its expected time. Pizza was tasty however it was delivered cold.

Very disappointed with the service, over a hour late. I requested a partial refund from the restaurant, and they refused straightaway. When the food finally did finally arrive the driver had the cheek to ask for a tip! Don't order stay away. Take your money elsewhere.
